Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

The study was grounded by optimizing and building morale officer at Tanah Datar education agencies. A survey is a data collection tool to model research method of rank correlation (Spearman method) submitted by Purwanto. Research result shows that building morale officer at Tanah Datar education agencies found that: (1) The overall average score on the granting of compensation to officers of the department of education leaders at KAB. Flat land is 3.6 6. This score is the Good category. (2) The overall turnover of the average score of all indicators is 3.74 lies in good category. (3) The overall average score on the placement of procurement officers in the right job by the leadership of Tanah Datar Department of Education has a 3.71 score and occupies a good category (4) In keseluruahn average score on the grant opportunity to develop themselves against the officer by leadership of the department of education is 3.59 Tanah Datar has good category. This means that the construction work of the spirit of education service officer at Tanah Datar. Kata Kunci: Semangat Kerja

The goal of this research is to gather information about the work discipline. The population is 104 employees and the sample is 54 people taken by random sampling. This study aimed to obtain information about classroom management by teachers at SMK Tri Dharma Kosgoro 2 Padang dimensional views of prevention (preventive) and dimensions of healing (curative). The population of this study were 110 students and 90 students were taken with the provisions krecjie table. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire form has been on test validity and reliable. Data were analyzed using the average value (the mean). Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMP Pembangunn Laboratorium UNP. Metode penulisan menggunakan metode library research. Dari hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah adalah manajemen sekolah yang dilaksanakan dengan memberikan kewenangan bagi kepala sekolah, guru, peserta didik dan masyarakat untuk melakukan inovasi dan improvisasi di sekolah, berkaitan dengan masalah kurikulum, pembelajaran manajerial dan lain sebagainya yang tumbuh dari aktivitas, kreativitas, dan profesionalisme yang dimiliki dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila melibatkan seluruh komponen pendidikan secara sinergis (kepala sekolah, guru dan staf, masyarakat (orang tua), dan siswa.) Pelaksanaan implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium belum maksimal untuk itu perlu upaya kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah agar mencapai tujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

This research was backgrounded by a phenomenon was that educate found in the education department of youth and sports Solok is still a lack of employees motivation in the work. The aims of This study are to know about relationship of organizational climate with employee motivation in the education department of Solok. The study population are all employees of education department of youth and sports Solok totaling 73 people, and the sample in this study is 40 people who se were taken by using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. the research instrument was a questionnaire Likert Scale models. The results of the data analysis showed that: 1) motivation of employees in the education youth and sports Solok is in good categories (78.23%), 2), organizational climate of education youth and sports Solok is in good category (80,8%) and 3) there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and motivation of employees working in the education department of youth and sports Solok with t by 7.82 at the 99% confidence level.

The purpose of writing articles to obtain information about Management of Education Facilities at Vocational High School in the City of Padang. The population in this study is the manager of educational facilities at State Vocational High School In Padang City amounting to 40 people. The data collection technique is done by spreading the questionnaire to all populasidenga using the mean formula. The results showed that the management of educational facilities at Vocational High School in the City of Padang, with details of the research results as follows, the planning of education facilities has been done well (76%), procurement of educational facilities have been done well (77.7%), (74.1%), the utilization of educational facilities has been well implemented (80.6%), maintenance of educational facilities have been done well (74.6%) and the elimination of pedidika facilities has been done quite well ( 64.2%). From the description of research results can be concluded that the overall management of educational facilities at Vocational High School in Padang City has been done well (74.53%), but must be improved again so that the educational facilities in schools are in good condition and ready to use and can support in the learning process effectively and efficiently.

The research focus are talking about responsibility, warmth, foith, and freedom in Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Barat. The population of this research is all of civil servant on Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi provinsi Sumatera Barat, and samples of this research 8 of civil servant in Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Instrumen that used is questionnaire result of research by using average with responsibility 3,5, warmth 3,3, faith 3,6 and freedom 3,3. The research was conducted by a temporary problem that shows that there is no significant difference between the motivation of teaching held by teachers who are already certified to teach motivation that a teacher who is not certified . This study aims to determine the level of motivation to teach the difference between a teacher who has been certified by a certified teacher who has not thought daari observations while there was no difference between the motivation of teachers who are already certified to teach by teaching motivation of teachers who have not certified . This research is descriptive research that reveals a situation as it is. The population in this study are already certified teachers and teachers who have not been certified in puff Vocational School ( SMK ) Padang State with 60 certified teachers and 60 teachers were not certified (after sampling ) . Data collection tool was a questionnaire . Results show trial questionnaire is valid and reliable questionnaire . With the results obtained for certified teachers rhitung > rtable = 0.973 > 0.648 . And to reliably obtained results rhitung ( 0.669 ) > rtabel ( 0.632 ) , because rhitung > rtabel then the result unreliable . Furthermore, for teachers not certified the results obtained rhitung ( 0.967 ) > rtabel (0.648 ) , because rhitung > rtabel then the result is valid , and to reliably obtained results rhitung ( 0,803 ) > rtabel ( 0.632 ) , then the result is reliable . Data were analyzed by calculating the mean . The results showed bersertifkasi motivation of teachers to teach and teachers alike have not been certified to be in good category with an average of 4.01 and 3.91 . Testing homogeneity , after the sample variance homogeneity test showed homogeneous and Ho is accepted , the results Ftabel (1.008 ) < F table ( 1.54 ) . Test T -test , T - test after test results show tcount ( 32.11 ) < t table ( 55.86 ) , it means that there is no difference between the motivation of teachers who are already certified to teach with teachers who have not been certified. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Mengajar
