Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the management of public school relations in SMA N 1 2X11 Enam Lingkung in sub-province Padang Pariaman. Covering aspects of the planning, actuating, and evaluation which conducted for the management of program’s public school relations. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Informant selection techniquesin this study using simple random sampling as many as 60 people with research subjects teacher of SMA N 1 2X11 Enam Lingkung. Data collection techniques using quisioner. Results showed generally depicted the management of public school relations in SMA N 1 2X11 Enam Lingkung have a category “good enough” in mean’s score 3,31. Management of school have to be improved public school relations for obtaining result better. Keyword  : management, public school relations, management

Abstract

The goal of this research are to see information about perception of teachers on the implementation of supervision . This type of descriptive research study. The population is 98 teachers and the sample is 52 people that taken by Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score . The result of this research are the perception of teachers on the implementation of supervision by the headmaster in SMAN District of Sijunjung stay in quite accomplished category. Key word : Perception of teachers on the implementation of supervision.

Abstract

This article discusses the difficulties of the principal in managing the 2013 curriculum in elementary schools in Koto Tangah sub-district, Padang City in terms of: 1) curriculum planning, 2) curriculum implementation, 3) curriculum evaluation. The type of this research is descriptive research. The population of this study is the principal who is in Koto Tangah District Elementary School, Padang City, as many as 66 people. The number of samples is 25 people taken from the population using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection tool is a questionnaire with a Likert Scale model that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data processing is done using the average formula (Mean). The results showed that the Principal Difficulties in the 2013 Curriculum Management at Elementary Schools in Koto Tangah Sub-District, Padang City on indicators: 1) 2013 curriculum planning gained an average score of 2.2 in the category of experiencing less difficulties, 2) the implementation of the 2013 curriculum gained scores 2.4 on average were in the category of having less difficulty, 3) the 2013 curriculum evaluation gained an average score of 2.7 in the category of having enough difficulties.

Abstract

This study examines the organizational climatein the office ofthe Center for Education and Training of Social Welfare (BBPPKS) Regional 1 in Padang Sumatra as seen from the aspect of freedom, responsibility, respect, intimacy, support, and involvement. This type of researchis descriptive. The population in this study as many as 41 people in a population sample using research, data collection tool was a questionnaire with Likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were analyzed by finding the average value (Mean). The results showed that the climate of the organization from the aspects: 1) freedom, 2) responsibility, 3) awards, 4) familiarity, 5) support, and 6) have demonstrated the involvement of a conducive organizational climate. Abstract

This research is based on the problem that shown the principals learning supervisionwhich were not very good. This research has a purpose to get the information about teacher’s perception toward the principals learning supervision at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. The type of this research is descriptive. The population of this research is 106 people. The sample which taken is 43% of the population, 46 people. The data collsed is likert scale quisionare model. This quisionare has been tested the validity and the reliability. The data is analyzed by average formula. In general, the teacher’s perception toward principals learning supervision at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota on the enough good category with average score 3,4. Abstract

Abstract

Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang pesat menuntut sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan pendidikan adalah salah satu wahana untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia. Pendidikan merupakan  tanggung jawab bersama antara pemerintah, pihak sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan serta tanggung jawab orang tua dan masyarakat. Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, partisipasi orang tua adalah salah satu faktor penting yang mesti diperhatikan oleh pihak sekolah. Untuk meningkatkan partisipasi orang tua terhadap pendidikan di sekolah, perlu adanya upaya tertentu yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Adapun upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan partisipasi orang tua terhadap pendidikan di sekolah diantaranya : menjalin komunikasi yang efektif dengan orang tua dan masyarakat, melibatkan orang tua dalam program sekolah serta memberdayakan komite sekolah. Kata kunci partisipasi, orang tua, kepala sekolah.

The goal of this research are to see information about Implementation of Inherent Supervision by Leade (chief) to employee’s tasks that reviewed from supervised aspect, inherent supervisi process, supervision techniques, and supervision time (duration). The population is 65 employee and the sample is 56 people that taken by simple random sampling research.
