Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

This study is based on the existence of problems that demonstrate the spirit of part-time teachers who work less well. This study aimed to obtain information about how the junior honorary teacher morale Sawahlunto. This research is a descriptive study. The population in this study were all part-time teachers SMP Sawahlunto totaling 45 people. This study is a population study. Data collection tool used was a questionnaire or questionnaires. This questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliabelitasnya. Data were analyzed with an average score formula. In general Honorary Teacher Morale Sawahlunto SMP is in both categories with an average score overall was 3.8. Key word: Semangat

Lesson study can be implemented for teachers to improve the quality of integrated science learning in elementary schools. Through lesson study the teacher can provide input and improve the quality of learning that has been neglected. Lesson Study methods is Qualitative research. Result is teacher with lecturers made lesson Integrated science learning is a science learning that connects concepts with concrete situations in everyday life including social context, Indonesian language context including art culture, context of moral / citizenship education, and mathematical.

The goal of this research are to see information about teacher’s discipline in doing their learning process look from aspect the teacher’s obedience, teacher’s appropriate, teacher’s awareness, teacher’s willingness, teacher’s responsibility in doing their learning process at SMK Negeri in Solok City. The population is 210 teacher’s and the sample is 66 people that taken by stratified proportional random sampling technic. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score. The purpose of this study was to know about the staffing and employee performance, and found a significant association between the two variables. The Population are 112 employees and samples 57 employees, who were taken using stratifield proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with Likert scale models have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation. The results of this study are indicates quite appropriate staffing, employee performance is good, and there was a significant relationship between the staffing of the performance employee at the Social service office of West Sumatra Province. Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang solusi dan upaya yang dapat dilakukan kepla sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru sekolah dasar. Motivasi kerja yang tinggi tidak muncul begitu saja tetapi merupakan suatu proses belajar yang terus menerus. Pada pelaksaan pembelajaran, guru harus mampu melaksanakan program strategi dan metode yang telah direncanakan didalam kelas pada saat proses belajar mengajar berlangsung. Proses pembelajaran agar efektif dan kondusif maka pemimpin harus memperhatikan motivasi kerja yang ada pada diri setiap guru yang dipimpinnya dengan menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode langsung ( direct motivation) dan metode tidak langsung (indirect motivation). Meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam bekerja merupakan suatu keharusan yang harus dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah, karena tidak semua guru memiliki motivasi dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Dengan adanya peningkatan motivasi kerja guru yang dilakukan kepala sekolah terhadap guru - guru dalam bekerja akan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam bertugas sehingga proses belajar di Sekolah dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Motivasi sangat diperlukan karena dengan motivasi ini diharapkan setiap individu mau bekerja keras dan antusias untuk mencapai produktivitas kerja yang tinggi Menanamkan motivasi pada dasarnya adalah menanamkan nilai- nilai. Oleh karena itu, komunikasi dan pembinaan rutin adalah kuncinya.. Dengan adanya motivasi kerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dapat memaksimalkan pencapaian proses pembelajaran yang berjalan secara lancar, tertib, dan kondusif dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan di sekolah. Dengan adanya peningkatan motivasi guru melalui kepala sekolah, dapat membantu guru bersikap dan bertingkah laku penuh tanggung jawab.

Based on author observation at SD Negeri Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan showed that there is obstacle with teaching motivated that far from the expectation. It’s because depend on the leadership of head master. The population of this observation is the theacer of SD Negeri Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan as much 83 people. The sample is taking away from technique proportionate sampling rondom stratified equal to 70 people by using Krejcie Table. The analysis of data using simple regression of SPSS 1.5 version. The result of this observation is there is correlation between the contribution of head master leadership to the theacing motivation at SD Negeri Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan, as much 50.7%. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mendapat gambaran tentang tingkat kompetensi pedagogik guru di SD Yayasan Mutiara Gambut. Dimana kompetensi pedagogik yaitu kemampuan mengelola pembelajaran peserta didik. Ini mencakup konsep kesiapan mengajar yang ditunjukkan oleh penguasaan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mengajar. Kompetensi ini harus dimiliki setiap guru agar tercapai keberhasilan dalam belajar. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi di lapangan tentang kompetensi pedagogik dengan melalui wawancara. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kompetensi pedagogik guru masih perlu ditingkatkan. Peran kepala sekolah sangat perlu untuk medukung tercapainya proses belajar mengajar yang telah memenuhi standar kependidikan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kompetensi pedagogik guru Sekolah Dasar di Yayasan Mutiara Gambut bisa dikatakan baik. Kata Kunnci: Kompetensi pedagogik guru

This study aimed to obtain information leadership style SMA Negeri 1 (effective) West Sumatra. The population of this study were 35 teachers and 30 the number of samples. Data collection tool was a questionnaire Likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis using the average formula. The results of this study indicate that the head of State High School 1 West Sumatra tend to apply the transformational leadership style (3,66) compared to the transactional leadership style (3,32) and laissez-faire leadership styles (2,69). Research was to obtain information about student perceptions of the implementation of the responsibilities of a teacher in terms of hence the culture, formed in accordance with the basic personality of the student countries, delivering the protégé of good citizenship, directing and guiding children, enforcing discipline for himself as well as students and others. The Total population in this study as many as 2810 people. Samples were taken by the stratified proporsional random sampling technique with a number of 94 people.
