Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil pengamatan penulis yang menunjukkan kurangnya pelaksanaan pengawasan pimpinan di PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumatera Barat Area Padang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan informasi tentang bagaimana persepsi pegawai tentang pelaksanaan pengawasan oleh pimpinan di PT PLN (Persero) Area Padang dilihat dari: Aspek Yang Diawasi, Teknik Pengawasan, Waktu Pelaksanaan Pengawasan, Proses Pengawasan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumatera Barat Area Padang yang berjumlah 91 orang pegawai. Besarnya sampel diambil berdasarkan tabel krechi, jadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 76 orang. Alat pengumpul data adalah angket dengan model Skala Likert yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Selanjutnya data diolah melalui analisis pencarian nilai rata-rata (mean). Adapun hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan alat ukur berupa angket diperoleh rata-rata untuk indikator aspek yang diawasi (3,6)) teknik pengawasan (3,5) waktu pelaksanaan (3,5) proses (3,4)). Dengan rata-rata keseluruhan (3,5). Hal ini menandakan bahwa pelaksanaan pengawasan pimpinan di PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumatera Barat Area Padang belum dilaksanakan begitu baik.Kata Kunci : Pelaksanaan pengawasan oleh pimpinan

Abstract

Objective of this study is to see how the work motivation of teachers. The population is 50 employees were taken by proportional sampling population. This is a research instrument with Likert scale questions modelsthat been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by using the average value and the level of performance. The results of this research work is motivated teacher in SMA I Banuhampu be in either category.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the facts indicating that the integrated thematic     learning was not run as it was expected. The teacher seemed to ignore the involvement of the students in  applying each of the values obtained in a learning stimulus in the form of a theacher’s demonstration. The purpose of   this research  was  to  describe the application  of VCT Percontohan approach  in integrated thematic learning process. This research is a class action. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 15 Ulu Gadut Kota Padang. The subject of the research was the teacher and the students of class IV totaling 25 people . The result of the research revealed that the quality of integrated thematic learning increased. The first cycle of meetings one aspect of teacher 84,4 % (B) and 84,4 %(B) of student aspects, second meeting aspect teacher 90,62 % (SB) of the students aspect of90,62% (D). The second cycle of meetings one aspect of teacher 93,75% (SB) of the student aspect 93,75% (SB).

Abstract

The goal of this research are to know information about the pedagogical competence (comparison study senior and junior teachers). The population is 73 teacher and the sample is 57 people that taken by disproporsional random sampling. The instrument of this research is Likert scale models that had validity and reliability. Data analyzed using t test. The result of this research are the to there is significant deffrent pedagogical competence di SMP Negeri 1 dan 2 kecamatan nan sabaris Kabupaten Padang Pariamn between senior and junior teachers.Key word : senior and junior teachers

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri Kecamatan Pesisir Bukit Kota Sungai Penuh. This is a descriptive research population was 77 people. The research sample was determined by using a quota sampling technique which totaled 68 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form of Likert Scale, which has proven validity and reliability. The data is processed by using the formula of the average (mean). The results show the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri Kecamatan Pesisir Bukit Kota Sungai Penuh quite accomplished with an average score of 3.5.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning model by using web-based moodle e-learning videos to support student learning outcomes in Computer subject. This research is motivated by the development of technology increasing rapidly, the demand for efficiency is increasing. Video e-learning media is a very good breakthrough, and demands for modernization in the world of education. The research method in this study was conducted using the R and D method. The study began with preparing teaching materials that were previously used, preparing teaching materials from the latest sources, collaborating old teaching materials with new teaching materials, reviewing instructional materials that have been compiled, refining materials teach according to directions, make video tutorials based on teaching materials, tutorial videos that have been uploaded to youtube, video links that have been uploaded on youtube are combined with e learning, the final step is done by perfecting the web-based e learning video teaching material by doing several test times , evaluating, and correcting as needed.  Keywords: learning models, video learning, moodle e-learning

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the organizational communications, employee job satisfaction, and correlational organizational communications with employee job satisfaction in department of education Sawahlunto. The population is 69 employee and the sample is 61 employee. Instrumen that used questionnaire scale likert model . The techhique of data analysis is done by using formula Product Moment Correlation and T-test. The result of the data analysis showed that (1) organizational communication at department of education Sawahlunto is good at 84,6%, (2) employee job satisfaction at department of education Sawahlunto is high at 82,4%, (3) There is a significant correlation between organizational communication with employee job satisfaction in department of education Sawahlunto with a correlation coefficient =0,431. Abstract

The purpose of this research is for getting information about school climate, spirit at work and the correlation of school climate with the spirit at work. The background of this research that the spirit at work is influenced by the school climate. The population of this research is a vocational school teachers, amounting to 124 with a total sample of 97 people by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnare. In general, the result research adduce that the school climate was good with interpretation 89,44%, school climate was good enough with interpretation 88,85% and there was a significant correlation between school climate with the spirit at work at t hitung = 2,66 > t tabel = 1,658 pada taraf kepercayaan 95%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in the pedagogical competencies of teachers in SMK Negeri Kabupaten Tanah Datar. This study aims to explore information about teachers pedagogic competencies in SMK Negeri Kabupaten Tanah Datar based on student perceptions in aspect 1) understanding students, 2) implementing learning that is educational and dialogic, 3) utilizing learning technology, 4) implementing learning evaluation, and 5) developing students to actualize various potentials they have. This type of research is descriptive research, with the aim of expressing a situation as it is. The study population was students in SMK Negeri Kabupaten Tanah Datar of flat land totaling 3.436 students.  A sample of 99 students was taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection instrument is a likert scale model questionnaire with five answer choices. The result showed that the teachers pedagogical competence was basedon the perceptions of the students in 1) understanding the student with an average score of 4,04 in the high category, 2) the implementation of education and dialogical learning with an average score of 3,98 in the high category, 3) utilizing learning technology with an average score of 3,86 in the high category, 4) carrying out evaluation of learning outcomes with an average score of 4,15 in the high category, and 5) developing students to actualize the various potentials they have with the average score of 4,14 is in the high category. Overall, the average score is 4,04 in the high category. The Key word: Perceptions, Pedagogic competence, teacher
