Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

<![CDATA[This reserch is motivated from observation of the author in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat of the show is still not in accordance with proper. The reserch question posed is how to worck productivity employees at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat views of employee effectiveness and employee efficiency? This is a deskriptive study with a population of 67 poeople. Samples werw taken by Propotional Statified randoam sampling. Technique with a sample of 60 people. Data collection tool was a questionnaire drawn up in the from of Likert Scale. The results showed productivity of employees working in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Has been good with an average score of 3,6 in both cetegories.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was based on the observation of the author at the Tanah Datar District Education and Culture Office conducted by the leadership, namely the Head of the Division and the Head of the Session which were categorized Good. This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this study was all employees at the Tanah Datar District Education and Culture Office, which numbered 62 people. The data collection tool in this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire, which is arranged in the form of a Likert sketch that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using the average formula. The results showed that the performance management of employees at the Tanah Datar District Education and Culture Office showed that 1) employee performance planning was in the Good category with an average score of 3.75, 2) the implementation of employee performance is in the Good category with an average score of 3.73, 3) the assessment of employee performance is in the category of Good Enough with an average score of 3.58, 4) reviewing employee performance in the Good category, with an average score of 3.67, 5) improvement in employee performance in the Good category with an average score namely 3.63, and then general the performance management of the Culture and Education Office of the Tanah Datar District staff has been well managed.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated from the observation of the author at SMK Negeri 6 of Padang which showed that is still not running as it should be. Research question posed is how the morale of teachers working at SMK Negeri 6 Padang City in terms of: Morale, Discipline of work, and responsibility. This is a descriptive study with a population of 93 people. The Sample was taken with porpotional random sampling technique with a sample of 30 people. Data collection tool that is used is a questionnaire scale linkert. The results showed the overall morale of teachers at SMK Negeri 6 of Padang id in good categories with an average score of 3.58. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi pegawai terhadap pengelolaan arsip di kantor kejaksaan negeri bukittinggi, yang ditinjau dari segi : 1) pencatatan arsip, 2) penyimpanan arsip, 3) peminjaman arsip, 4) pemeliharaan arsip, dan 5) penyusutan arsip. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Pegawai Kejaksaan Negeri Bukittingi dengan jumlah 38 orang. Mengingat jumlah populasi hanya 38 orang maka seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel . Alat pengumpul data adalah angket dengan model Skala Likert yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitas.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpsepi pegawai terhadap pengelolaan arsip di kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Bukittinggi kurang terlaksana dengan baik (56,15%).Kata kunci : Pengelolaan Arsip]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to understand the implementing management of education standart which is reviewed by the side of the school program planning in SMK Kartika I-1 Padang. The kind of research is qualitative descriptive research that is using interviewing, observation, and dokumenting method as a method to collect data and the result of this study indicated that 1) the implementation of formulation standar and determination of school vision at SMK Kartika I-1 Padang has not fulfilled maximally that seen from the making of formulation and school vision. That is not through meeting of board of educator and lack of socialization to the shool stakeholder. 2) the implementation of formulation standard and arrangement of it mission also not fulfilled maximally that seen from the absence of board of educator. Meeting in formulation and arrangement of school mission and lack of socialization conducted by school. 3) implementation of formulation standar and determination of school objective has not fulfilled the criteria that seen from the absence board of educator meeting in making goals formulation and it has not been socialization conducted by school. 4) the implementation of formulation standard and arrangement of school work plan also not fulfilled maximally that seen from the absence of board of educator. <![CDATA[Education must have a clear vision and mission to produce quality output and be able to be optimally oriented today. In order to achieve the desires of educational institutions that can produce quality output, the quality and results of educational institutions need to be organized within the institution, in which there must be definite management. In conducting observations carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method used is interview. The intended results are the results of the UAS in 2018 which are expected to be above SKL determined by schools and by 2020 and can reach an average of 7.5. The results of the UAS include a minimum score and an average of 3 subjects (Indonesian Language, Mathematics, Science) with a target of 100% graduation rate and top 5 ranking at the sub-district level. <![CDATA[In the purpose of this research was to look at the information on the implementation of the academic supervision with a population of 289 teachers and 60 samples were taken using proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument is a question with a Likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability using SPSS version 16. The data is analyzed by comparing the average. The results of this study is about the implementation of the academic supervision in Junior High School district throughout koto tangah of the city of Padang in both categories.]]>
