Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

The goal of this research are to see information about the Conflict Relationship with Employee Performance. The population is 65 employee and the sample is 56 people that taken by simple random sampling research. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score and performance level. This study aims to determine teachers' perceptions of Kindergarten Principal Leadership Style. This is a descriptive study. The population in this study is 140 teachers. In general, teachers' perceptions Kindergarten Principal Leadership Style in Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang District are in principle leadhership with an average score overall was 2.48. This study aimed to describe the organizational climate on Badan Education and Training Agency of West Sumatra Province is seen from the dimensions of the physical environment, freedom, cooperation and familiarity . The population from this research is 60 employee and sample is 58 employee were taken with stratified random sampling techniuqes. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire form which has been in testing the validity and reliable. Data were analyzed using mean score (mean). Results of this research are organizational climate on Education and Training Agency of West Sumatra Province dimensional views of the physical environment, freedom, cooperation and familiarity is good. The background of this research is based on the observations and discussions between the writer and the employees at the social services office of west sumatera province which shows the low satisfactory of the employees. This research is aimed to gain the information about the placement towards the working satisfactory of the employees, and found a significant correlation between the two variables. The research population is 112 people and 52 employees samples or about 46% of the population, which was taken by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument was using questionnaires with Likert scale model which has been validity and reliability tested. The data was analyzed by using moment product correlation. The result showed that the placement of the employees are categorized as adequate with ideal score of 77.15%, and the satisfactory of the employees is categorized as adequate with ideal score 79.00% with rhitung correlation coefficient = 0.321 > rtable = 0.266 at the credibility level of 95%. In the end, the hypothesis stated that the placement meanly related towards the working satisfactory of the employees is accepted. Kata Kunci : Penempatan; Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai

This research is motivated from the observation writers District Junior High School in Padang Timur Padang city which shows the performance of duties of teachers is still low.It is thought to be related to the competence of the principal supervision, because supervision is implemented will not affect the implementation of the optimal assignment the teacher. This study aims to view its supervisory competence contribute significantly to the performance of duties of teachers. Population of teachers who 273 people and 56 samples were taken with the Proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire form which has been in testing the validity and reliable. To test the hypothesis using a simple regression analysis, the formula Product Moment, Test and Test-r-t, while r ² is used to look at the contribution of the principal's competency supervision duties of teachers. The results are quite good supervision competence and task execution was pretty good teacher and great contribution of variable competence of the principal supervision of the implementation of the teacher's task is 29.16%, while the remaining 70.84% is influenced by other factors. This study to obtain information on employee perceptions of the process, style and effectiveness of decision-making by the leadership at the Department of Dinas Pasar Kota Padang. This is a descriptive study. Total population of respondents sample taken is 64% of the total population is 89 people. The technique used is Stratified Proportional Random Sampling Technique. Data collection tool used was a Likert scale. Thus it can be said that the employee perception of the Decision by the Dinas Pasar Kota Padang is performing quite well (3.57). Kunci : Kinerja Pegawai

Kedisiplinan yang didasari dengan kesadaran guru, akan dapat mendukung pelaksanaan tugas yang dipercayakan kepadanya. Beberapa fenomena dan pengamatan penulis diberbagai sekolah di Yayasan Mutiara Gambut didapatkan kesan rendahnya disiplin guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya . Hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa fenomena, yaitu : masih ada guru yang masuk kelas terlambat, sehingga materi pelajaran siswa belum tercapai secara optimal, masih ada guru yang belum menyusun program pengajaran sebelum menyajikan materi di depan kelas, sehingga materi yang di sampaikan menurut keinginan dan kemauan guru saja, masih ada guru yang terlambat datang ke sekolah, masih ada guru yang belum mengikuti langkah-langkah yang benar dalam melaksanakan evaluasi, bahkan ada guru yang tidak memeriksa dan mengembalikan hasil evaluasi belajar siswa, dan fasilitas perumahan atau tempat tinggal yang belum tersedia untuk guru, mengakibatkan guru terpaksa bolak balik dari rumah ke tempat mengajar yang jaraknya cukup jauh.

This research about organizational culture and teacher performance, also to see the relationship between the two variables. Population are 90 teachers and 48 samples using proportional stratified random sampling technique. This research instrument is a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale, a score of variable organizational culture 0.948 and teacher performance 0.937 that means instrument is reliable. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation, get rscore = 0.29> = 0.284 believed rtabel standard 95%. Research has come to the conclusion the relationship between organizational culture with the performance of teachers in private sector of junior school Koto Tangah Padang.
