Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

Abstract

The goal of this research are to see information about UNP student perception of the service employees in the UNP BAAK. The popolation is 31122 UNP student from year 2007 to 2013 and the sample is 100 people that taken by random. Sampling research the instrument of this research is avestion with likert scale models that had tested for validity abd reliability. Data analized using mean score. The results shawed that the administration of employe service BAAK be in other category. Keyword: perception and administration services

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain information about teachers' perceptions of the principal's decision in SMK Padang Management Business Group. The population was sampled 133 teachers and 54 teachers were taken with a random sampling technique. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire form has been on test validity and reliable. Data were analyzed using the average value (the mean). The results of this study are the perceptions of teachers to the principal decision-making at SMK Padang Management Business Group in good enough category. Abstract

The research is aimed to know teachers perception towards coaching the professional competence of teachers by the principal at Junior High School 18 Padang. The Population of this research is all teachers of Junior High School 18 Padang which has total numbers 77 people. Technique sample ofis Stratified Random Sampling, by using Cochran formula. Sample in this research 39 people. The data is analyzed trough average score. The overall research result is that coaching the pofessional competence of teachers by the principal at Junior High School 18 Padang is good enough. Abstract

The goal of this research are to see information about the students perception about management of library in SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung. The kind of the research is descriptive. The population is 1030 students in SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung and the sample is 105 people that taken by claster random sampling. The instrument of this research is question with likert scale modelsĀ  that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score. The result of this research are the students perception about management of library in SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung stay in good category with mean score 3,64. Key word: Management of library

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of: (1) the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in MAN Model Bukittinggi, (2) the factors that support the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in MAN Model Bukittinggi, (3) implementation constraints of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in MAN Model Bukittinggi, (4) the benefits of the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in MAN Model Bukittinggi. This research was conducted at MAN Model Bukittinggi. This study used a descriptive research is. Data collection technique here using interview techniques, observation, and documentation The results showed: (1) ISO 9001:2008 system implementation at MAN Model Bukittinggi is good. (2) The factors that support the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 system at MAN Model Bukittinggi namely (a) the awareness and commitment of the school community, (b) infrastructure (c) quality input, (d) human resources. (3) The factors that impede the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 system are (1) lack of human resources in charge of special documenting ISO, (2) a sense of indifference, (3) workload. Implementation of the quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in Bukittinggi MAN Model will provide benefits such as: (a) In every activity and administrative system more organized and controlled, (b) more easily find the documents that are stored and tidier, (c) togetherness and cohesiveness in implementing a management system, (d) Schools are recognized as having international management system, (e) Trust by universities both domestically and abroad Keywords: Implementation, Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008

Abstract

The background of this research from the author's observation on Teacher Perceptions Toward Supervision Principal at SMPN 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie Regency Pasaman Barat not as expected. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about: Teachers Perception on. (1) Aspects of supervised, (2) monitoring techniques, (3) Time and supervision, (4) Follow-up. This research is a descriptive form. Population is all Teachers SMPN 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie Regency Pasaman Barat which amounts to 42 people. Insrument research using a questionnaire with a Likert scale models of alternative answers provided consists of 5 scales are always (SL), often (SR), Sometimes (KD), rarely (JR), and never (TP). Before the questionnaire was distributed to a data source testing prior to 10 teachers at SMPN 1 Regency Pasaman Barat which does not include the data source to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Test results are valid and reliable questionnaire. The data were processed using the formula data. The results showed: Teacher Perceptions of the aspects which are supervised on an average score of 3.4 and be in reasonably well. Teacher perceptions of the Control Techniques is the average score of 3.5 and be in good enough qualification. Teacher perceptions of the Time Control is the average score of 3.4 and be in good enough qualification. Teacher perceptions of the Follow-up monitoring is the average score of 3.7 and be in good qualifications. Overall average score of Teacher Perceptions Toward Supervision Principal at SMPN 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie Regency Pasaman Barat is 3.5 and is in the category Good Enough. Thus the results of the study showed that the Teacher Perceptions Toward Supervision Principal at SMPN 1 Disryct Sasak Ranah Pasisie Regency Pasaman Barat good enough. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale modelsĀ  that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score . Abstract

This research about principal leadership style and teacher performance, also to see the relationship between the two variables. Population are 95 teachers and 48 samples using proportional stratified random sampling technique. This research instrument is a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale, a score of variable principal leadership style 0.739 and teacher performance 0.812 that means instrument is reliable. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation, get rscore = 0.37> = 0.284 believed rtabel standard 95%. Research has come to the conclusion the relationship between principal leadership style with the performance of teachers in SMK 2 Pariaman. Key word: gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja

Abstract

This research is based on Teacher Professionalism at SMK 1 Padang which still needs to be improved. The objectives of this study are (1) Knowing teacher perceptions about the desire to always display behaviors that approach the ideal standards of professionalism of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Padang; (2) Knowing teacher perceptions about improving and maintaining the professional image in teacher professionalism at SMK 1 Padang; (3) Knowing teachers' perceptions about always pursuing opportunities to develop professions that can improve and improve the quality of professional knowledge and skills of teachers in SMKN 1 Padang; (4) Knowing teacher perceptions about the pursuit of quality and ideals in the existing profession of teacher professionalism at SMK 1 Padang; (5) Knowing teachers' perceptions about having pride in their profession in the professionalism of teachers at SMK 1 Padang. This type of research is descriptive. The population of this study was 172 teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Padang. The sampling technique in this study was Simple Random Sampling, sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples obtained was 64 people. Data collection tool in this study is a questionnaire in the form of a Likert Scale with five alternative answers that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the mean formula and the percentage formula. The results showed that the professionalism of teachers at SMK 1 Padang from various aspects had an average percentage of 82.83% in the good category. Then it can be concluded that the professionalism of teachers at SMK 1 Padang is good.
