Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

The goal of this research are to see information about the Leadership Style Relationship with employed Motivation Work. The population is 117 employee and the sample is 50 people that taken by random sampling research. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score and work motivation level. The result of this research are the Leadership Style Relationship with Motivation to Work in officeDinas Pemuda and Olahraga Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Key word :Leadership Style andMotivation Work.

The population is 46 employee and the sample is 44 people that taken by proporsional random sampling research. This research is motivated by the implementation of the chief functions of the Working Group Elementary School District Koto Tangah Padang. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the implementation of the Principal Working Group functions as a container to solve the problems faced by teachers, school management forum for oversight, the agency that gave birth to school leadership tips, and a forum to improve the quality of education. This is a descriptive study. Researchers to test the validity of the questionnaire to test methods using the formula rank correlation (Spearman method). Based on the results of research in general has a score of 4.16. This means that the implementation of the main functions of the Working Group of State Koto Tangah Padang district with a population of 57 elementary school principal has been going well. The background of this research is the phenomenon that shows that Personnel Mentawai Islands Department of Education has not have good work ethic yet. This research is aimed to obtain the information about Work Ethics of the Mentawai Islands Department of Education Personnel in improving their work. The population is 50 Personnel of Mentawai Islands Department of Education. Data collection tool used was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The porpose the research is how to management of facilities and basic facilities in the Polres Sawahlunto. The population in the research have 25 persons and because the population of the research only a little so all of the population to be sample. Instrument to collect the data inquiry is skala likert. The data is analysis mean skor every indicator. The result of research about that is good that is 3,97. It’s mean management of facilities and basic facilities in Polres Sawahlunto is good. This study to obtain information on employee perceptions of the process, style and effectiveness of decision-making by the leadership at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports Agam. Thisis a descriptive study. Total population of 66 respondents sample taken is 53% of the total populationis 44 people. The technique used is Stratified Profertional Random Sampling Technique. Data collection tool used was a Likert scale. Thus it can be said that the employee perception of the Decision by the Chairman of the Department of Education Youth and Sports Agam is performing quite well (3.2). Kunci : Pengambilan Keputusan

This research aimed to morale relationship with implementation of task as a teacher of teachers at SMK N 3 Kota Padang. Problem found was caused lack of implementation of task as a teacher of teachers employed moral. The population is employe 73 people and samples is employe 63 people. Large samples are determined based on Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique using table krijce. Instrument by using is likert scala. Analyzed by correlation technique Product Moment. The results is significant relationship between morale relationship with implementation of task as a teacher of teachers at SMK N 3 Kota Padang. This study aims to describe the implementation of supervisory tasks kindergarten / elementary school in the District Tigo Nagari, and describes the obstacles that may be encountered in the implementation of the supervision and put forth the effort that may be made by the supervisor kindergarten / elementary school to improve supervision in the District Tigo Nagari. After an examination of the supervisory TK / SD District of Tigo Nagari, it can be concluded that the lack of effective supervisory done it can be seen from the lack of supervision is carried out by the passage of such supervisory managerial supervision and academic supervision.

The research is motivated by the result of the study authors showed that teachers’ work motivation is still not in line with expectations. It is thought to be related to insdequate incentives that affect the motivation of the teachers’ work. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the Working Relationship with motivation Incentives teacher at SMK Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang Padang Pariaman. The population of this research is the entire teachers SMK Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang Padang Pariaman as many as 78 people. The number of samples is 60 people taken with simple random sampling technique. Tool collecting data in this study is the now the likert scale, the Model already tested the validity and reliability; with valid results and reliable. Technique of data analysis by performing test normality by using a formula to calculate the coefficients of quadratic and Chi correlation using the correlation formula, as well as calculate the correlation coefficient with using the formula t-test results from the research on relationship with motivation incentives work teacher at SMK Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang Padang Pariaman is quite good and well. This research aimed to describe the job satisfaction, attitude of the leadership and attitude of the leadership relationship with employee job satisfaction at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. The population is 62 people and samples is employe 45 people. Large samples are determined based on Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire defferensial semantic models and Likert scale. Data analyzed by correlation technique Product Moment. The results is a pretty job satisfaction, attitude and a significant relationship between attitude of the leadership with employee satisfaction at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat.
