Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

Includes data management and data storage management is done simply where data is only stored in excel. It looks less effective and efficient in technology’s development. Now, in Education, the lack of good cooperation between the school and parents to support the application of management information systems to improve quality of education. This is the implementation of Management Information System is already being adopted by schools, especially in SMP N 1 Talamau. The researcher use field research method that is qualitative research. The outcomes are that existing management information systems already meet the standards, both in terms of the student, curriculum, human resources, the facilities and the quality of the user, who is able to manage the activities that exist in the school. And then, the role of parents is also important in implementing management information systems to improve the quality of education. SMP N 1 Talamau applies a specific strategy that utilizes information technology-based Management Information Systems, namely an information and consultation room that functions as a consultation center between the school and parents and gives access to parents to see the development of students' Academic values.

The purpose of this research is to know the information about the students perception about student development at senior high school Sub distric Gunung Talang. The population are 1279 students and the sample are 128 students those are taken random by using simple random sampling technique. The instrument of this research is quesioner with Likert scale models that have been tested. The data analyze through average score. The result of this research is perception of students above the student development at senior high school Sub district Gunung Talang is good category.Key word: Student development

This article describe result of research about leadership Guardian Village in the Koto Parik Gadang Diateh Districts in Solok Southern District. The population of this research are 69 employee and 59 employee were taken as a sample. Sampling technics were using is Simple Random Sampling with Krejchi Table. The instrument used in this research is questionnaire and analyzed by average. In general, the result of this research is leadership Guardian Village in the Koto Parik Gadang Diateh Districts in Solok Southern District have is good enough at 3,45.

This study was based on the observations of the authors who suggested that the supervision process carried out by the principal was not well implemented. The purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher’s perceptions of the supervision process of principals in Payakumbuh 1 Vocational school, which included several aspects namely: 1) supervision planning, 2) implementation of supervision, 3) evaluation of supervision, 4) follow up supervision. This type of research is deskriptif research. The study population was all teachers in Payakumbuh 1 Vocational School as many as 102 people. While the sample is determined using the slovin formula, which is 48 people. The data collection tol is a questionnaire, which is arranged in the form of a likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the average formula (mean). The purpose of this research is to find information about Organizational Culture in vocational high school of the country District Lubuk Begalung Padang City. This is a descriptive research. The population is 137 teachers and research sample is 62 teachers that taken by proportional stratified random sampling.The instrument of this research was a questionnaire with Likert scale models that had been tested for validity and reliability. Colected data were analyzed by using the average (mean) formula. The results of this research shown the organizational culture in vocational high school of the country District Lubuk Begalung Padang City achieve good category with an average score 4,00.

The goal of this research is to provide information about Human relations of employees in the education office payakumbuh city. Human Relations of employees seen from 1) Mutual Respect, 2)Loyalty, 3) Cooperation, 4) Familiarity. The population in this research is 85 employees. Determination of the number samples by looking at Table Krejcie. Based on the Table Krejcie is 73 sample of employees. The Instruments used to collect data in this research is questionnaire Likert scale models that have been tested and the results are valid and reliable. Research data processing performed by using the average formula (mean). The phenomenon of the decline in the morale of teachers, it can be seen from teachers who do not do their job well, teachers who only teach but function less educated. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of climate organizations of the morale of teachersat SMK1 Agam District of Ampek Angkek.This study is correlational, which describesthe relationshipof organizational climate with the morale of teachers. The study population was all teachers in SMK1 Agam District of Ampek Angkek totaling 75 people. The sample size is determined by krejcie table which is 5% ofthe population is determined so that the number of samples obtained in the amount of63 people. Sampling using proportionate stratified random sampling. There search instrumentis a Likert scale questionnaire that has beentested Validity and Reliability. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation formula.

The purpose ofthis study was to determine the relationship of supervision conducted leadership and job satisfaction of employees at the Office ofthe Regional Employment Boardof West Sumatra Province. Population of this study amounted to 76 and 47 samples using the formula Proportional Stratified Random Sampling Technique. The instrument of this reseach is using statement with linkert scale model to see the validitiy and reliability with analysis data mean score. From this study can be seen that the supervisory relationship with the leadership's job satisfaction of employees on staffing agency office area west Sumatra provinceis quite good.Key Word : supervision and job satisfaction

The purpose of this research is to observe information about student perception for XI class toward the class management activities by teacher at the state vocational school No. 2 Padang. This is description research. The population of research is 418 students and research sample is 81 students that was taken propotional random sampling. The research instrument is questioner by scale model of Likert that has been examined validate and reability. The analysis data by using average formula (mean). The result of this research indicated that student perception for XI class toward the class management activities by teacher at the state vocational school No. 2 Padang is in good category by using average scores 3,69 become 73,70 percant.Key words : perception, class management.

This Study aims to determine the effect of Course Review Horay (CRH) modeling method on the student’s learning outcome in civic education. This research is a classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. In the implementation, this research consists of two cycles, namely cycle I two meetings and cycle II one meeting. Includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 34 teachers and grade IV students.Student learning outcomes in research Cycle I 62.0 with good qualifications increased in cycle II to 86.64 with very good qualifications. Thus the Cooperative Learning model type Course Review Horay has been able to improve student learning outcomes in Integrated Thematic learning in class IV SDN 01 Benteng Pasar Atas Bukittinggi.The Key word: Course Review Horay (CRH) clasroom action research, Integrated Thematic learning
