Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about teacher perceptions of ethical behavior of principals as supervisors at SDN in Nagari Balah Aie, Kec. VII Koto Sungai Sarik Kab. Padang Pariaman. Ethical behavior includes the characteristics related to personality and democratic supervisors expectations of all parties. The ethical behavior of principals as supervisors is very important in getting maximum supervision results. This type of research is a descriptive study with a population of 43 people. Thus this research is called population research. The results showed that the teacher's perception of the principal's ethical behavior as a supervisor was good with a score of 4.0. Viewed from the aspect of personality related to being in the good category with a score of 4.1. Furthermore, in the aspect of a democratic supervisor the expectations of all parties are also in the good category with a score of 3.9. As for what needs to be considered again is the attitude of sympathy for the teacher by providing assistance and asking in advance the obstacles faced by the teacher in learning. Then a firm and objective (impartial) attitude by giving sanctions and a firm attitude towards negligent teachers regardless of teacher status outside the school. Next is fair and honest attitude by not distinguishing supervision services between one teacher and another, and providing guidance in accordance with the needs of each teacher. Whereas in the sub-indicators know how to delegate tasks and responsibilities can be done by involving and entrusting the teacher in the successful implementation of supervision. Then by suggesting the teacher to share teaching experiences and always discuss the methods, sources and learning media

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see information about the Teacher’s Perceptions of Facilities and Infrastructure Learning Management in SMP Negeri Lubuklinggau Timur. The population in this research are 168 and the sample are 35 by using simple random sampling technique. The instrument of this research is question with Likert Scale Models that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed by using mean score and performance level. The result of this research are the showed that the Teacher’s Perceptions of Facilities and Infrastructure Learning Management in SMP Negeri Lubuklinggau Timur in good category. Abstract

This study aimed to describe the perceptions of employees on the implementions of the inherent supervisions by immediate supervisor in the office Unit Pelayanan Teknis Dinas Pelayanan Pendapatan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. A total population of 46 people. The research instrument used in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data processed by using the formula of the average (mean). Based on research result obtained revealed that the implementation of the inherent supervision by immediate supervisor in the office Unit Pelayanan Teknis Dinas Pelayanan Pendapatan Provinsi Sumatera Barat already performing well enough with an average score of 3,4 on category quite well

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get information about employee perceptions of career development by the leader of Padang Islamic Education and training Center. This research is a descriptive study. The population is an employee of  Padang Islamic Education and training Center which requires 51 people. The sample was taken as many as 51 people from the total population of less than 100 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire of Likert scale model with five selected answers that have been tested for its validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the mean score formula. The results show employee perceptions of career mining by the leader of Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keagamaan Padang in the category enough with the average score achievement score of 3.39.

Abstract

Phenomena in the field suggests that motivation of teacher working in a state that has not been ideal. This study aimed to obtain information about  motivation of teacher working in elementary school gugus 2 kecamatan tanjung baru Kabupaten tanah datar. This descriptive type of research. The population in this study were all teachers in elementary school negeri gugus 2 kecamatan tanjung baru kabupaten tanah datar Barattotaling 45 people. The sample size is determined by the table krejchi and gained as much as 40 people. Sampling technique using proportionate stratifed random sampling technique. The research instrumen was a questionnaire likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability. In general, motivation of teacher wirking in elementary school gugus 2 kecamatan tanjung baru kabupaten tanah datar well in the category with an average score of 4.35. Thus it can be said that the work motivation is good.Key word :motivation of teacher working

Abstract

The goal of this research are to know the information about organizational culture in Local Employment Agency The City of Padang. The population is 49 employee people and all of them make sampel. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models that had tasted for validity and realiability. Data analyzed using mean score. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of  Value Clarification Technique (VCT) modeling method on the studnts’ learning outcome in civic education. This study is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group. The research was conducted in cluster VI elementary school akabiluru sub-district district fifity cities. Sampling data is taken by purposive sampling. The sample of this study amounted to 40 people, with a population of 92 people. Based on the research that has been done, obtained t count> t table, 1,98 >1,72 with α = 0.05 is means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Therefore, it is concluded that the Value Clarification Technique modeling method affects the students’ learning outcome in civic education in cluster VI elementary school akabiluru sub-district district fifity cities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kinerja pegawai dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembinaan kinerja pegawai pada dinas pengelolaan keuangan dan aset kota padang yang berjumlah 176 orang. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 88 orang. Alat pengumpulan data berupa angket model skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang diperoleh dari responden hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kota Padang sudah diterapkan dengan tinggi (3,62).Kata Kunci : Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This research is motivated from author's observation in SMKN 2 Padang about  the teacher's personality competence of Islamic religion .The purpose of this research is to determine the teacher's personality competence of islamic religion by aspects 1 ) acting based on norms of religious, social and cultural 2 ) presenting himself / herself as a person who is honest, noble, an example person for students and the community  3) presenting himself / herself as person who is steady, stable , wise , prudent and dignified. This research is a descriptive research. Total population in this research are  934 people . Samples were taken using stratified random sampling with 140 people. The conclusion is the teacher's personality competence in SMKN 2 padang to be improved
