Jurnal Sendratasik diterbitkan 4 (empat) kali pada bulan S Maret, Juni, September, dan December denganmemuat artikel / artikel penelitian di bidang musik, tari, dan drama serta pembelajarannya. Memuat teks yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok penyunting, naskah yang digunakan adalah naskah yang lolos dan tidak pernah / tidak akan pindah ke jurnal lain. Jurnal Sendratasik menerima naskah yang memberikan wawasan tentang isu-isu terkini, dan terutama berhubungan dengan studi Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya(Seni Drama, Tari dan Musik) dengan menyebar luaskan pengetahuan di bidang-bidang yang muncul dan berkembang. Hasil riset, terdiri dari laporan ilmiah yang meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang seni secara umum, seni pertunjukan, dan pendidikan seni. Baik dalam bentuk artikel yang melaporkan hasil studi penelitian kuantitatif atau kualitatif. Artikel secara konseptual harus relevan untuk memajukan Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya, menyajikan teori tentang seni, model, posisi filosofis, dll. Artikel juga dapat mengacu pada teori-teori ataupun materi- materi yang dikembangkan dalam praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Bahasa naskah yang dikirimkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Harus membahas tentang masalah serta kontribusi baru yang signifikan untuk bidang praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Artikel dapat berasal dari salah satu bidang berikut: - Drama - Tari - Musik dan / atau Musik Tradisional - dan Pembelajarannya

This article aims to find out the application of the method of Peer Tutors in Class VII in learning the art of dance in SMP Negeri 3 Kota Solok. This type of research this is a class action Research (PTK). The object of research is the grade VII in the SMP Negeri 3 Solok which consists of 30 students. Research instrument is the Researcher as a teacher practitioners, teachers of art and culture as an Observer and the observation sheet tools, documentation, and test the ability of the students. Further data was collected with the data analysis techniques to selected and analyzed his righteousness. The results of this research show that the application of the method of Peer Tutors in SMP Negeri 3 Solok in 2 cycle with 5 times the meeting went well and smoothly. Improved student learning outcomes can be seen from the goal of learning the art of dance with smooth motion and assessment aspects. The average student learning outcomes i.e. 74 category I cycle quite well with the average percentage of 48.3% ketuntasan I cycle and which are not comprehensively 51.65%. Then average the results of student learning cycle II 86 categories very well with the average percentage of 98.3% in cycle II ketuntasan and its not finished 16.6%. Thus the results of this study indicate that the peer tutor methods can improve the results of learning the art of dance class VII in SMP Negeri 3 Solok.

This article aimed to describe the differences and observe the learning outcomes of students in dance subjects using conventional methods with the Cooperative Learning type Think-Pair-Share. The type of this research was experimental research. The population in this reserach were all students of class XI IPS SMA 2 Sijunjung. The method of sampling used random sampling techniques with selected classes based on the same average, namely XI IPS 3 and XI IPS 2. The types of data in this research were primary and secondary data. The research instrument was a test. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, and tests. The techniques of data analysis were done by the steps of normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. The results of the research showed that there were differences in students’ learning outcomes of dance in class XI IPS 3 (experiment) with the average 84.45 using the cooperative learning method think-pair-share type with the results of learning dance as well as in class XI IPS 2 (control) with an average grade of 80.12 using conventional learning methods. The improvement of students’ learning outcomes in class XI IPS 3 (experiment) and in class XI IPS 2 (control) using cooperative learning methods think-pair-share type with conventional learning methods that were strengthened by testing obtained a significance value of 0,000 (0.003 <0, 05) means that there were significant differences in the students learning outcomes of dance arts using the cooperative learning method think-pair-share type with the students’ learning outcomes of dance arts using conventional learning methods. This was supported by the value of tcount> t table (3.275> 2,0002) with dk= 60 (n1 + n2-2 = 31 + 31-2). Thus, it can be concluded that the proposed hypothesis H0 is accepted and the proposed H1 is rejected.

The article aimed to know and describe the relationship between students’ perception toward the results of the study of art and culture in SMP Negeri 4 Padang. Type of the research was used in this research was quantitative with the correlational method (relationship). Correlational research intended to examine whether there was a relationship between students’ perception toward the results of the study of art and culture in grade IX SMP Negeri 4 Padang or not. The population in this research was all of students in grade IX of SMP Negeri 4 Padang which was 204 of students meanwhile the research sample was 67 of students from the whole grade IX which was taken by using Slovin formula. The instruments were used to obtain data were questionnaires and report of students’ results in the odd semester (1) in 2018/2019. Results of the research showed that there was a relationship between students’ perceptions toward the results of the study. The correlation of test results with the values was obtained for the variable X (students’ perception) and the variable Y (result of the study) was 0.7954 while rtable was rcount, so 0.2404 > rtable. Then it can be drawn the conclusion that the relationship is positive and significant and it can be proceeded by using significance test. Significance test is sought by using t test so that the variable results obtained is tcount = 10,579 and ttable = 1,996 (tcount > ttable) to X (the student's’ perception) toward Y (the result of study). Then it can be drawn the conclusion that Ha is accepted.

This article aims to describe the planting of students' self-confidence characters through the self-development of dance in Bukittinggi 2 Public Middle School. This type of research is Qualitative Descriptive Research. The object of research is students of class VII and VIII in Bukittinggi Middle School 2 who participated in Self Development as many as 12 people. The research instruments were researchers as teachers and observers as well as school principals and art and culture teachers at Bukittinggi Middle School 2. Furthermore, data is collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the planting of students' self-confidence characters carried out during 6 meetings went well and smoothly. It turned out that through the Pasambahan dance it was able to instill the character of self-confidence of students in Bukittinggi Middle School 2, where in the Pasambah Dance itself students were required to focus and have self-confidence in performing each of the movements of Pasambah with the complexity of martial arts movements at the opening of Pasambahan Dance, for road techniques for carano carrier and motion at the closing of Pasambah Dance and the use of changing floor patterns, so that students' confidence can be embedded through this Pasambah Dance. It was proven at each meeting that students experienced an increase in self-confidence by referring to six indicators of self-confidence and categorization, namely self-confidence in good categories, feeling self worthy in good categories, not relying on other people with good enough categories, not boasting with categories good, not hesitant in the good category and have the courage to act in a fairly good category, so that at the end of the process students are shown in the opening ceremony of the seminar at IAIN Bukittinggi also looks good. Thus it can be concluded that the Pasambah Dance that was passed on the Self Development of Dance was able to instill the Student's Confident Character in Bukittinggi Middle School 2 well.

This article aimed to explain and describe about the improvement of learning the dance art in students by using peer tutor method in class XI IPS 1 SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang. The type of this research was classroom action research which was conducted as much as 2 cycles. The subject was the students of grade XI IPS 1 SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang which amounted to 23 people. The data were collected by using observation sheets of the skills as well as documentation for the research. The results of this research showed that learning the art of dance using peer tutor method succeeded to improve the students’ learning outcomes at class XI IPS 1 SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang. This was evidenced on improving students’ activities and student learning outcomes on cycle I and cycle II which increased primely. On cycle I, the overall student positive activities were 38,64% and student negative activities were 16,89%. While, on cycle II student positive activites were 63,03% and student negative activities were 11,58%. The overall of students’ learning outcomes on cycle 1 was 55,21, meanwhile on cycle II, it has been risen to 80,21. Thus, the use of peer tutor method to enhance the outcomes in learning dance art in class XI IPS 1 SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang has already achieved very well.

This article aimed to reveal and describe students' motivation towards dance self-development activities in SMP-SDI Silungkang. The type of this research was qualitative research with descriptive methods. The objects in the study were 22 female students and 1 male of class VII and VIII in odd semester 2018/2019 academic year. All of the objects participated self-development. The instruments used in this study were the researchers herself and free interviews. The types of data in this research were primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of library research, observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques of data analysis were carried out by the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the motivation of students towards the self-development activities of dance in SMP of Islamic Business School (SDI) Silungkang was still quite good and the implementation of self-development in dance was running well. This school was still facing obstacles in developing dance self-development activities, such as infrastructures that were not yet complete. However, there were also several types of rewards given by the teacher to motivate students in the self-development activities. Thus, it was concluded that students 'motivation towards the self-development activities of dance in SMP of Islamic Trading School (SDI) Silungkang is quite good and needed some improvement in terms of students' external motivation, especially in the aspects of facilities and infrastructures

This study aims to describe the implementation of dance development activities in SMP-SDI Silungkang. The type of research is qualitative research by usingdescriptive method of analysis. The objects in this study were 23 students consisting of grade VII and grade VIII at SMP-SDI Silungkang. The instrument used in this study was the researchers themselves and supported by observation, documentation and interviews. The types of data in this researcher were primary data and secondary data. In data collection used secondary techniques. The technique of data collection was done by means of library studies, observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the dance development activities in SMP-SDI Silungkang ran well. Although, self-development activities in coaching were assisted by the teachers of Communication and Information Technology (ICT). However, the results can be achievedwell. This was also supported by thestudents’ interest to improve their self-development of dance in the school.

AbstractThe purpose of this work is to arrange Ayah song as a form of expression of the author's musical experience in arranging, making musical arrangements that are relevant to the works of musical works of students and maximizing the potential of human resources (students) in school. In this work, the author uses a mixed ensemble presentation format. The musical instruments used for accompanying vocals are pianika, piano, guitar, bass, and drum-set. This arrangement uses 2 parts, namely part A and part B with a time signature of 4/4. Part A starts from 1 time to 46 time and part B starts from the time of 47 to 103. The musical arrangement of this work contains lyrics that tell about the attitude of a father who loves and protects his child. The development techniques applied are (1) repetition melodically and rhythmically, (2) sequences, (3) augmentation, (4) diminution, and various other techniques without changing the essence of the song Ayah.

The article aims to describe the application of simulation methods to improve the learning outcomes of dance in class VIII.6 of SMP Negeri 7 Padang. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) or Classroom Action Research. The instrument of this study was the researchers themselves and assisted with supporting instruments in the form of observation sheets of student learning activities, knowledge tests (cognitive) and skills tests (psychomotor). The data collection technique used in each cycle is by observing, testing and documenting. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Student learning outcomes data were analyzed using mean techniques and using individual and group completeness criteria. The results of the study show that the application of simulation learning methods can improve the learning outcomes of Dance VIII.6 grade students at Padang 7 Public Middle School. Learning activities consist of positive activity and negative activity. Positive learning activities are with indicators asking questions, daring to argue, and doing assignments. Negative learning activities that are with indicators do not concern in class and do not go out of class. Learning activities in the first cycle were still low seen in positive activity 62% and negative activity 61%. While the second cycle obtained an average of 85% positive learning activities and negative learning activities 89%. The average learning outcomes in the first cycle were obtained 82 and the average learning outcomes in the second cycle were 89.4. So it was concluded that the application of simulation methods to improve the learning outcomes of Dance in class VIII.6 students at Padang 7 Junior High School had succeeded.

This article aims to describe and explain about the reviews of Dance Choreography Ngayun Nuci in Semurup Sub Regency of Kerinci Hagat Water Jambi province. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive methods. The object of research is the dance Nuci Ngayun. Instrument in this study is the researchers themselves and assisted by mobile phone camera, voice recorder, and stationery. Types of data using primary data and secondary data. Engineering data collection done by the study of librarianship, observation, interviews, and documentation. Technique of data analysis by collecting data, selecting data that is considered important, compiling data that has already been selected, analyzed data with interpretation techniques. The results of this research show that dance Ngayun Nuci is a dance creation which is the development of a tradition of Nuci Ngayun dance serves as the entertainment and aims to preserve traditional arts in Semurup. Dance Dance-shaped Nuci Ngayun group that developed the science of dance composition by koreografernya. Nuci Ngayun dance Creations rendered with planning the choreography for pementasannya. And also this dance movement is fixed at typical dance tradition.
