Abstract

The study aims to determine: 1) The extent to which the influence of the Liquidity on Dividend Policy partially on PT Gudang Garam Tbk?, 2) The extent to which the influence of the Profitability on Dividend Policy partially on PT Gudang Garam Tbk?, 3) The extent tp which the influence of the Liquidity and Profitability on Dividend Policy simultaneously on PT Gudang Garam Tbk?, 4) How much influence Liquidity and Profitability on Dividend Policy on PT Gudang Garam Tbk?. The type of data used in this study is secondary data financial statements PT Gudang Garam Tbk. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear berganda. Based on the result of the study showed that : Partially Liquidity has no effect on Dividend Policy. Partially Profitability has no effect on Dividend Policy. Simultaneously liquidity and Profitability has no effect on Dividend Policy. The amount of influence exerted by the Liquidity and Profitability variables on Dividend Policy in PT Gudang Garam Tbk in 2012-2018 is 50% while the remaining 50% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Public services are linked to leadership, motivation, compensation, and discipline are becoming one of humans resources concern today. This study aims to uncover relationship between leadership, motivation, compensation, and discipline on Civil Registry Kab. Kerinci. This study uses quantitative method, with exogenous variables, namely leadership variable (X1), motivation (X2), compensation (X3), discipline as intervening variable (X4) and endogenous variables, namely employee performance (Y). The data collection technique is propotional stratified random sampling. And the data analysis used is path analysis that devided into 2 paths, those are: sub structure 1 and sub structure 2. Data was collected through questionnares that have been tested for reability and validity. The results of this study show that there are relation leadership on employee performance is 3,7%, motivation on perfomance is 11,8%, compencation on performance is 4,2%, and relation between discipline on performance is 2,4%.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine how much influence application work ethic and communication in the office of BPMPDPP dan KB Kota Sungai with performance of employee.This research used quantitative method since researcher wanted to determine the measurement of X and Y variable. Population in this study is 32 people. Sampling technique used is a full sampling as many as 32 people. Data analysis techniques in this study ismultiple regresion analysis and coefficient of determination analysis.Questionaires were used as a tool in data collection method. The findings show that all hypothesis were proved to be significant work ethic and communication have a positive and significantinfluence with performance of employee. The implies that played as important rolework ethic and communication (individualy or simultaneously) in developing performance of employee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak program pemberdayaan terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi rumah tangga nelayan miskin di Nagari taratak kecamatan SUTERA Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuliatatif dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang diambil secara snowball sampling. Untuk menguji keabsahan data, peneliti melakukan triangulasi data. Analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Mathew Milles dan Huberman. Dampak program terhadap kehidupan sosial adalah interaksi sosial setelah adanya pogram KUBE menjadi erat, dan kerjasama semakin kuat, persaingan menjadi berkurang. Dampak terhadap kehidupan ekonomi dapat dilihat dari pekerjaan bahwa istri nelayan dan anak nelayan sudah bisa bekerja, pendapatan nelayan meningkat, dan pendidikan anak nelayan semakin baik. Berkat adanya program KUBE maka dapat membantu kehidupan ekonomi nelayan bagi yang memanfaatkannya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of honorary teachers in high school 4 kerinci. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS statistical sofware version 20. Techniques in sampling in this research was done with full sampling technique, as many as 37 respondents. Data collecting technique using questionnaire and literature. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a significant influence berween work satisfaction and motivation on the performance of honorary teachers in high school 4 kerinci. The results of the study show that the satisfaction variabel has a significant effect on honorary teacher performance with the prove t arithmetic > t table (4,728 > 2,03224) or sig < a (0,000 < 0,05) and work motivation variables have a significant effect on the performance of honorary teachers in high school 4 kerinci with proven t arithmetic > t table(3,056 > 2,03224) atau sig < a (0,004 < 0,05). The results of the F test indicate that the variables of satisfaction and motivation of work simultaneously influence the performance of honorary teachers in high school 4 kerinci with proven F arithmetic > F table (16,051 > 3,28) or sig < a (0,000 < 0,05). The amount of influence of satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of honorary teachers in high school 4 kerinci is 48,6% while the remaining 51,4% are explained by other causal factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding net income in predicting future cash flows by examining each variable. Through this research, the concept of net income can be known in predicting future cash flows. The object of research is the PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbkcompany listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2018 which always suffered losses, did not conduct margers during the observation period, and registered successively during the observation period. The method used in object selection in this study is purposive sampling. The analysis model used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis model performed with the help of SPSS version 20 for windows computer program. The independent variable in this study is Net Income while the Dependent Variable is Cash Flow. The type of data used is secondary data.The results of this study prove that net income has a negative and significant effect in predicting future cash flows at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan juga mengetahui seberapa besar niat beli masyarakat terhadap harga yang ditentukan oleh penjual online, lalu untuk mengetahui juga seberapa besar niat beli masyarakat terhadap kualitas produk dan harga yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bandar Lampung dengan populasi berjumlah 50 orang konsumen yang pernah belanja di toko online. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perangkat smartPLS 3.0 untuk analisis datanya. Hasil penelitian ialah: (1) Harga berpengaruh positif dan sugnifikan terhadap niat beli. Abstract

This study aims to determine: the extent of the influence of work motivation on the performance of employees of the Horticultural Food Plantations and Sungai Penuh City Plantation. the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of the Horticultural Food Crops and Plantation Plants in Sungai Penuh City. the extent of the influence of the work environment on the job satisfaction of employees of the Horticultural Food and Plantation Plants City of Sungai Penuh. the extent of the influence of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Horticultural Food and Plantation Plants City of Sungai Penuh.The population in this study were all employees at the Horticultural Food Crops and City of Sungai Penuh Plantations, totaling 41 people. Furthermore, it was found that all populations were sampled as many as 41 respondents with saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis tool used is path analysis at an alpha level of 0.05. The result of analysis found that job satisfaction was not found as mediation variable between motivation and performance employee, job satisfaction was not found as mediation variable between work environment and performance employee.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini akan diuji hubungan masing-masing variabel dengan dividen kas perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2018-2019. Penelitian ini meggunakan motode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis data sekunder. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan diperoleh secara tidak langsung atau diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan melalui www.idx.co.id berjumlah 38 sampel (19 x 2 )dari 134 populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yakni berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Untuk pengujiannya peneliti menggunakan metode regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa laba tunai, laba ditahan, profitabilitas, dan arus kas operasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dividen kas pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2019. Hal ini dapat dilihat laba tunai nilai t hitung2,683 > 2,045 dan tingkat signifikan 0,012 < 0,05, laba ditahan diperoleh nilai t hitung 2,737 > 2,045 dan tingkat signifikan 0,009 < 0,05, profitabilitas nilai t hitung 3,173 > 2,045 dan tingkat signifikan 0,004 < 0,05, dan arus kas operasional nilai t hitung 2,973 > 2,045 dan tingkat signifikan 0,006 < 0,05

Abstract

This study aims to determine, test and analyze the effect of the independent variables Price and Product Quality on the dependent variable of Asus laptop purchasing decisions on students. The method used in the research is a questionnaire. The population in this study were students totaling 45 respondents. Statistical tests were carried out using PLS-based Structurel Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value while the reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values. All proposed hypotheses are supported and significant. The conclusion of this study is that the effect of price and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Asus laptops.
