Congestion is one of the events that occurred on the highway that can cause long queues of motor vehicles, so that the traffic flow becomes choked. Problems arising from congestion is the time the riders wasted unnecessarily. The purpose of disclosure is to provide knowledge congestion problems in complying with the awareness of the importance of traffic rambu2, skilled in driving to avoid themselves from the congestion to the creation of road conditions are arranged neatly away from the congestion. Ten paintings contemporary style created : 1), “Pindah Jalur” 2), “Pengemis Jalanan I” 3), Pengemis Jalanan II” 4), “Melawan Arus” 5), “Kurang Konsentrasi I” 6), “Kurang Konsentrasi II” 7), “Para Pekerja” 8), “Pengemis dan Sapu” 9), “Angkutan Kota” 10), “Dilarang Berhenti”. The results of this work have an understanding of the importance of obeying traffic laws that can be used as a moral message to the wider community.

The puproses of this study were to detect and to analysis : Connection between Multimedia Facility with the Upgrade of Students Study Result at State Junior School 2 Padang. The technique of sample withdrawal the thing which used is purposive random sampling which is take building on studi result database. The result of this research indicate that multimedia facility is related to significant about the upgrade of students study result with significant degree 0.000 (0.000 < 0.01), in the manner of achievement pearson correlation as big as 0.0547 with significant degree as big as .000 ≤ 0.01 level up at multimedia facility variable. If sig. ≤ 0,05 then ho is acceptance and ha to push away and if sig . > 0,05 then ho to push away ang ha is acceptance, with connection significant correlation at the 0,01 level.

This study aims to reveal the: (1) The effect of the results of tests of intellectual ability to the learning outcomes of art theory (2) The effect of the results of tests of intellectual ability to the learning outcomes of art practice, and (3) Effect of the results of tests of intellectual ability to the learning outcomes of art combined theory and practice of students MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan.The results showed the effect of intellectual ability test results: (1) the learning outcomes of students of art theory with determination coefficient of 0.903 or 90.3%, (2) to learn the art of practice areas has a coefficient of determination of 0.896, or 89.6%, and (3) the results of the combined fields studied art theory and practice fields students with determination coefficient of 0.943, or 94.3%.Keywords: Intellectual Ability Test Results, Results Learning Art

This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of video media to the results of learning art class VII in SMP N 1 Timpeh. The hypothesis of the research is that there is a significant influence of the application of video learning media to the result of art learning of class VII in SMPN 1 Timpeh. Sampek in this research class VII students as many as 68 students consisting of experimental class and control class. The research data was collected through the learning result test and analyzed using t test. Research shows that the application of video learning media have a significant effect on the result of art study of class VII in SMPN 1 Timpeh.Keywords : learning outcomes, visual arts, video media

Anger is a feeling of protest, shame insecurity or frustration toward someone or something, which is caused when the ego feels hurt or threatened. The intensity of anger, or lack thereof, is different between one human to another. Anger becomes the dominant flavors in behavioral, cognitive, and physiological when someone makes a conscious decision to take action to immediately stop the threatening behavior of another outside force. Anger can have physical and mental consequences.The purpose in making this thesis is to visualize such a facial expression of anger in the form of graphic art with technique Relief print.Methods in porses of making this work is done through perujutan ideas of art with several steps: Preparation (preparation), Elaboration, Synthesis, Reality Concept, Phase Completion (finishing)These works are created through various processes and experiences in the life of the author himself. As for the work that the author created was entitled: 1. Anger, 2. Ignorant, 3. Do not Want to Know, 4. Need 5. Who Cares, 6. Annoyed, 7. Wrath, 8. Upset, 9. Hurt , 10. This research aims to find out what carving motif in Hotel Pusako, Bukittinggi, West Sumatera, To know where the placement of the carving motif at Hotel Pusako, Bukittinggi, West Sumatera, To find out how the placement of the carving motifs on Hotel Pusako in view in terms of the placement of carving motifs based on customary provisions.This type of research is qualitative ethnography. This study was conducted by observing/descending into the field, interviews and research in the form of photographs. To analyze the data is done by 1) observation, 2) development findings, 3) interviews, 4) processing of data sources, findings and data analysis, 5) conclusion. Testing the validity of data is done using data triangulation techniques. The results of the research in the conclusion that the carving motifs in the Hotel Pusako is a motif that is in the Rumah Gadang, and the placement is not adjusted to the one in the Rumah Gadang.Kata kunci : Motif Ukiran, Minangkabau, Hotel Pusako, Ketentuan, Rumah Gadang

The purpose of this study was to describe the relationship of learning outcomes artistic knowledge consisting of theory and practice with the works of art students in SMK Negeri 4 Padang. The data of this study is painted in class XII students of SMK Negeri 4 Padang. Purposive sampling technique, as many as 19 students selected. Documentation of data collection techniques derived from the analysis of learning outcomes and leger value. The results of the study found a significant relationship at the 1% level of theory with the paintings, the paintings and the practice of theory and practice simultaneously (together) to the paintings. The purpose of the idea of the creation of this final work is to create a naturalistpainting by expressing the beauty of nature in Pasaman Barat. With the naturalbeauty of West Pasaman can be famous and become a potential for naturalattractions.The method of creating this final paper uses five stages: preparation stage,elaboration stage, synthesis stage, concept realization stage, and completion stage and the last one is exhibition of painting that has been made. In the creation of the works, use watercolors on canvas with brushstrokes techniques and use colors that match the object. The style used is the Naturalist style.The work that is visualized about the natural beauty in West Pasaman. Bydisplaying a visual form of mountain scenery, estuaries, beaches, waterfalls andlakes. The tenth work is 1) Pantai Sasak, (2) Pantai Maligi, (3) Pantai Sikabau, (4) Muaro Binguang, (5) Air Terjun Sipagogo, (6) Air Terjun Sarasah Batang Nago, (7) Pulau Panjang, (8) Pulau Pigago, (9) Gunuang Basandiang, (10) TabekGadang.Kata kunci: Alam, Pasaman Barat, Seni Lukis Naturalis

Learning activities SLB Fan Redha Padang art in the field seen students who often chide, and out of the classroom, less serious, do not carry supplies and not doing their jobs. In accordance with these problems, carried out research with the aim to describe mild mental retardation student in learning the art in the field SLB Fan Redha Padang. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Based on research in the field of data processing, the results are as follows; 1) a sense of excitement in learning the art is very good (64.0%), 2) the student's interest in learning the art is very good (64.0%), 3) the students' attention on learning the art is very good (52.0%) , 4) the involvement of students in learning art is excellent 56.0% 5) teaching materials and teacher attitudes to learning art are in good and excellent (44.0%), 6) mild mental retardation student interest in learning the art SLB Fan Redha Padang is very good (52.0%). The conclusion in the research mild mental retardation student interest in learning the art in SLB Fan Redha Padang is very good.
