Abstract

The making of the final work of graphic art, this serigraphy technique is to visualize the uniqueness of the swallow, including the lifestyle and anatomy with serigraphy techniques using several color prints besides that it is also useful for pairing concepts and techniques for working in graphic arts. There are several stages in carrying out this final work including preparation, elaboration, synthesis, concept realization and completion stages. Thus, ten graphic art works that visualize the various uniqueness of swallow birds with the following titles: first "Tersesat", second "Lurus", third "Pulang", fourth "Keraguan", fifth "Sekawan", sixth "Romantis", seventh "Kelompok", the eighth "Bebas", the ninth "Berselisih" and ten "Hidup".Kata Kunci: Sipak Rago, permaianan anak nagari, Seni Grafis.

Abstract

Sea turtles (Chelonioidea) can be found in all oceans except for the polar regions. Sea turtles have a pair of front limbs as rower legs which make swimming easier. Althought it stays in the water for the rest of its life, it occasionally has to go on surface of the water to take a breath.Sea turtles, in this artwork aims to visualizes an expression of the writer's anxiety about the endangered turtle population. This artwork made by the intaglio print technique as one of the graphic art techniques. After various observations and long steps of work, these 10 artworks created and displayed namely : 1) Pemangsa, 2) Pencurian telur, 3) Ancaman, 4) Abnormal, 5) Harapan, 6) Terdampar, 7) Memakan plastik, 8) Korban, 9) Impian, 10) Terjerat. This is the result of sea turtles artwork which illustrates the writer's anxiety about the current phenomenon. Besides, this graphic work is expected to be a source of encouragement for other creators.Keywords: Sea Turtles, Graphic Art, Intaglio Print

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, permasalahan dalam penelitian adalah kurangnya minat siswa dipembelajaran seni rupa materi menggambar model di kelas VIII.1 SMP Negeri 40 padang. Tujuan dari penelitian tersebut adalah meningkatkan minat siswa dipembelajaran seni rupa pada era new normal melalui metode demonstrasi.  Dari data penelitian memperoleh dengan penerapan metode demonstrasi maka  siswa bisa menumbuhkan minat belajarnya pada pembelajaran seni rupa materi menggambar model dalam kelas VIII.1 SMP Negeri 40 Padang di tahun  2022. Pada prasiklus minat belajar siswa dengan persentase yang diperoleh  senilai 49.1%, sedangkan di siklus I senilai 81,1% dan di siklus II meningkat senilai 92.7%. Dalam prasiklus nilai rata- rata yang didapatkan senilai 56 dan di siklus I rata-rata  siswa terjadi kenaikan 80.31 dan juga mengalami peningkatan di siklus Kedua senilai 87.93. Siswa yang lulus KKM mengalami kenaikan di setiap siklusnya. Pada prasiklus siswa yang tuntas KKM berjumlah 5 siswa dengan pesentase siswa senilai 17.24%. Dalam siklus I siswa yang lulus KKM dengan jumlah 19 orang siswa dengan nilai persentase 65.52% dan di siklus II siswa yang lulus KKM jumlahnya 26 orang siswa dan pesentase 89.66%.

Abstract

The Effect of Giving Verbal and Non-Verbal Reinforcement on the Learning Outcomes of Visual Art Student in Class VIII at SMP Negeri 24 Padang. The Purpose of This research is to describe the differences studen learning outcomes who do not use verbal and non-verbal reinforcement with the learning outcomes of students who did not use verbal and non-verbal reinforcement in class VIII SMP Negeri 24 Padang. The kind of research was quantitative approach by using quasi eksperiment method and purposive sampling as a sampling technique. In this study there was a higher average post-test result compared to the control class that did not use verbal and non verbal reinforcement, namely 85.62 in the eksperimental class and 76.78 in the control class . Based on the t-test, the results obtained tcount = 9.287 and ttable = 2.045 at the alpha level = 0.05. The researchresult obtained show that there is a difference. This study aims to implement verbal and non-verbal reinforcement in education to give appreciation for student performance in the form of rewards.Keywords: Strengthening, Verbal, Non Verbal, Learning Outcomes, Fine Art

Karya ini bertujuan untuk memvisualisasikan  wujud dari perilaku Ayam sebagai gambaran kehidupan manusia ke dalam bentuk seni lukis kontemporer. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes for drawing comic materials through the use of powtoon learning media in class VIII-3 of SMP PGRI 4 Padang. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with the use of powtoon media in learning. The research results obtained from data processing showed an increase in student learning outcomes. In the first cycle the average student learning outcomes was 77.85, after improvements in the second cycle the average student learning outcomes increased significantly to 86.00. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the powtoon learning media can improve learning outcomes of fine arts learning material for comic drawing material for students of SMP PGRI 4 Padang.Key Words: Learning Outcomes, Powtoon Learning Media.

Abstract

This research aims to produce art teaching materials based on e-learning using wordpress that is valid and practical. The development model used is a 4-D model which consists of defining (defining), designing (designing), developing (developing), and distributing (disseminating). This research was only conducted until the development stage due to time constraints. This e-learning-based teaching material has been revised based on suggestions and comments from expert validators consisting of 4 art lecturers, 1 language lecturer, and 1 cultural arts teacher. E-learning based teaching materials are developed using wordpress. This development was carried out with a small-scale test consisting of 10 class VIII students of SMPN 2 Gunung Talang. The validation results obtained from the validation sheet given to the validator were with an average of 91.25% which was stated to be very valid. And the practicality test results given to students were stated to be very practical with an average of 82.7%. Based on the results obtained, it can be said that e-learning based teaching materials on model materials and illustration images are valid and practical.

Abstract

The purpose of the creation of this work is to visualize the procession of the Niti Naik Mahigai dance in a realist painting. The method of creating works uses five stages, namely preparation, elaboration, synthesis, concept realization, and completion. In the attainment of form through a combination of color, lines, form, and balance so as to produce interesting paintings. Abstract

Singoladoyo’s reog mask is often displayed in weddings, circumcisions, and other entertainment events. Many people do not know about the form, functions, meaning, and color, especially the Minangkabau tribe in Taratak Tinggi. The purpose of this study was to examine the mask shape, function, meaning, and color of the reog mask. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The result of this study are three types of masks, namely: Singo Barong in the form of a tiger head, ganong mask in the shape of a scary human face with a long nose, and bulging eyes, mask shaped sewandono klono face that resembles a god. The function of each mask is purely as an art of entertainment. While the meaning is taken from the history of the kingdom of Wengker in Ponorogo. Reog mask has a variety of colors, namely tiger stripes: (yellow, black, white), red and green.
