Abstract

Laboratorium Teknik Industri Universitas Pamulang digunakan untuk aktivitas penyablonan pakaian dan topi yang akan dipasarkan ke masyarakat lingkungan UNPAM. Dalam  aktivitas penyablonan operator sering mengalami keluhan musculoskeletal atau dikenal dengan gangguan sistem gerak pada bagian punggung, pergelangan tangan, leher dan bahu. Keluhan ini diakibatkan fasilitas alat bantu atau meja sablon yang tidak sesuai dengan ukuran tubuh operator. Oleh sebab itu perlu perancangan alat bantu yang dapat mempermudah aktivitas penyablonan. Rancangan alat bantu adalah proses mendesain dan mengembangkan alat bantu, metode dan teknik yang dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas manufaktur. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengukuran Antropometri melalui rekapitulasi kuesioner Nordic Body map dengan 10 responden yang menjadi operator. Hasil dari pengelolahan Rekapitulasi kuesioner Nordic Body Map kemudian di olah dan didapatkan skor individu (28-49) dengan level risiko rendah belum perlu tindakan, skor individu (50-70) dengan level risiko sedang mungkin diperlukan perbaikan dan skor individu (71-90) dengan level risiko sangat tinggi diperlukan tindakan menyeluruh segera mungkin. Selanjutnya, hasil menggunakan metode pengukuran Antropometri pada rancangan alat bantu meja pada penyablonan topi menggunakan persentil 50 dengan ukuran tinggi 98 cm, lebar 68 cm dan panjang 101 cm. Kesimpulannya, rancangan alat bantu meja sablon yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan operator di Laboratorium Teknik Industri akan diberikan rancangan stasiun kerja baru untuk mempermudah aktivitas penyablonan yang dibuat berdasarkan ukuran antropometri.

Abstract

Rama Engineering is one of the companies that is moving in the field of construction that is currently working on the construction project of the University of Pamulang campus 3 Witana Harja. In the implementation of such construction projects there is usually a deadline every week, but the actual delay from the planning of 9 months to 11 months requires the calculation of the project scheduling. Project scheduling is one of the planning elements that can provide information about the schedule of plans and the progress of ongoing projects. To find out the optimal time of the project is done analysis using the CPM method and for the most possible duration in the acceleration of the building construction project is analyzed using the PERT method. The results of the analysis using the CPM method showed a 3-week acceleration where the initial project duration of 35 weeks was 32 weeks with a 3% accelerated presentation score with a critical path A – B – C – D – E – R – S – U, whereas the analysis with the PERT method saw a 1-week 6-day accelerations where the project initial duration for 35 weeks became 33.17 weeks with an accelerating presentation score of 1.87% with a Critical Path A - B - C - D - E - R - S - U. In conclusion, in order to minimize the completion time of the project as a whole, a combination of similar activities is carried out. . Keywords: CPM, Project Management, PERT

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of solvency, profitability, and market ratios on stock prices within the banking sector listed on the LQ45 index in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022. The study aims to determine how Return on Assets (ROA), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), Dividend Yield (DY), and Price to Book Value (PBV) influence share prices. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected through library studies and analysed using Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS. The findings reveal that EPS, PER, and PBV have a significant positive effect on stock prices, while ROA, DER, and DY do not show a significant impact. This study highlights the importance of fundamental financial indicators in investment decision-making. Keywords: Fundamental analysis, LQ45, stock price, earnings per share, investment decision.

Abstract

Work comfort is an important factor in the production process, as it can reduce complaints from workers, especially for handling staff. One of the issues arising from insufficient comfort and safety in the workplace is Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). This study aims to analyze the workers' posture and improve the work system in the oil palm tissue culture production process, using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method to reduce the risk of MSDs. Based on data from 2022, workers experienced complaints with an average score of 21.92 and a severity level of 13%. This study focuses on evaluating workers' posture during the selection of oil palm shoots and measuring work posture scores using the Nordic Body Maps (NBM) and RULA methods. The analysis showed that 26% of workers experienced pain in every workflow, which needs improvement, with the upper body being the most affected. RULA scores indicated that several operators fell into the high-risk category, with scores ranging from 5 to 7, signaling the need for improvement. As a corrective measure, this study suggests adding portable ladder tools to improve comfort and accessibility for workers, particularly for operators with a height of 145-165 cm and a weight of 50-65 kg. The addition of portable ladders is expected to reduce work strain and minimize the risk of injury for workers. Keywords: Posture Improvement, NBM, RULA.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is an important aspect in the work environment, especially in the parking sector which has a high risk of accidents. This study aims to analyze the effect of worker awareness and supervision on compliance with K3 standards in the Plaza Kenari Mas parking area. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis and strategy evaluation through SWOT analysis. Data were collected through a survey of 30 parking workers using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study showed that worker awareness factors have a significant effect on K3 compliance with a regression coefficient of 0.208. Supervision also plays an important role in increasing compliance with a higher regression coefficient, namely 0.324. The results of the statistical test support this finding, where the t-test shows that both awareness and supervision have a significant effect on worker compliance with K3 standards (t count = 2.103 and 2.608 greater than t table). The SWOT analysis identified that the optimal strategy to improve K3 implementation includes regular training, increased supervision, provision of safety facilities, and implementation of incentives and sanctions. Thus, this study concludes that increased worker awareness and tighter supervision from management can improve compliance with OHS standards. The implication of this study is the need for more effective managerial policies in implementing OHS systems, including optimizing training, supervision, and regulation to create a safer and more productive work environment in the parking sector.   Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health (OHS), SWOT, Linear Regression.

Abstract

PT. Primayudha Mandirijaya is a manufacturing company operating in the textile sector. Customer satisfaction is the main goal. Therefore, production quality always comes first. However, there are problems in making this happen, namely that there are often defects in spools of 20s polyester, because these defects greatly exceed the production limit set by the company, namely 5% of total production. The aim of this research is to find out directly the problems that occur in the production process, as well as to find out the resolution of problems that occur on winding machines. To make this happen, the Statistical Quality Control method is used. To determine the possibility of failure, the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis method is used. The results of research using the Statistical Quality Control method, the defect rate of 44.67% in Stitch can be reduced to 43.97% and the defect rate of 36.07% in Swelled Package can be reduced to 29.36%. In the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis method, the factors causing defects are influenced by a lack of attention to components and maintenance on the machine, so the maintenance team is recommended to carry out regular check-ups on the condition of the machine every day. Before repairs were carried out, total defects from January to September reached 68,231.52 or 5.28% of production output. After improvements, the number of defects decreased in October to 6,831.72 or 4.53%. Thus, this research is able to reduce defects in spools of 20s polyester thread by 0.75%. Abstract

PT. XYZ is a bakery industrial company founded in 1992 with employees consisting of only 5 people with new types of bread consisting of 5 types, namely round bread with cheese filling, round bread with chocolate filling, bread with chocolate banana filling, bread with cheese banana filling, and bread with meat filling. The bread that is made is smaller than bread in general, so it is better known as unyil bread. In 2018 PT. XYZ managed to sell around 2,167,250 pcs, in 2019 total sales decreased by 107,225 or around 5.21%. In 2020 the decline was quite significant, namely 481,332 pcs or 30.48%. In 2021 there will still be a decline of 327,945 or 26.22%. One of the factors thought to have caused the decline in sales at PT. XYZ is consumer dissatisfaction. This research aims to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction with service quality at Roti Unyil Bakery (PT. The research results show that the Assurance and Reliability dimensions have the highest satisfaction scores, while the Responsiveness and Empathy dimensions require improvement to increase customer satisfaction. Based on IPA analysis, several service attributes are in the improvement priority quadrant, indicating the need to improve aspects of customer service. This research provides strategic recommendations for PT. XYZ improves service quality to retain consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and optimize the workflow in the sheet metal fabrication production process using FlexSim simulation software. The research focuses on a manufacturing company engaged in sheet metal fabrication, covering the entire process from raw material arrival to finished products. By utilizing FlexSim, this study seeks to significantly improve production efficiency and reduce cycle time. The tools used in this research include FlexSim for workflow modeling and simulation, as well as statistical analysis software to evaluate the simulation results. The data analyzed includes process time at each workstation, waiting time between stages, production capacity, and resource utilization. Through modeling and simulation, this study successfully identifies bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the production workflow. Based on the simulation results, the implemented optimization strategies lead to a 25% increase in production efficiency and a 15% reduction in cycle time. The optimization strategies involve improving facility layout, adjusting workforce allocation, and rescheduling production to minimize waiting time and enhance workflow. Thus, this study demonstrates that using FlexSim as a simulation tool provides deeper insights into the sheet metal fabrication process and supports data-driven decision-making to improve overall production system performance.    Keywords: Sheet Metal Fabrication, FlexSim, Simulation, Work Flow, Optimization, Production Efficiency
