One of the health issues listed in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is to end the tuberculosis epidemic in 2030. Indonesia is the country with the third-highest number of tuberculosis cases in the world after India and China in 2018. Aims of this study to model the number of tuberculosis cases in each province in Indonesia, depending on the characteristics of each region. Geographically Weighted Lasso (GWL) is a method used to overcome the local multicollinearity that appears in the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) model. By using this method, each region will have a different regression model according to its respective characteristics. There is local multicollinearity (VIF> 10) in each explanatory variable used. Banten, West Java, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, East Nusa Tenggara and Papua Province are provinces where all research variables affect the number of tuberculosis cases. The variable that has the most significant effect on the number of tuberculosis cases in each region in Indonesia is the number of health centers. Therefore, to end the number of tuberculosis cases, the government should increase the number of health centers and improve the health service.

Water is primary need for human. People need at least 2 litres of water a day for drinking. Fulfilment of these needs very depend on the availability of a decent drinking water source. Based on data of Statistics Indonesia, people who consume bottled water in Indonesia reached 36 percent in 2018. It was significantly increase 3 times compared 10 years before. This increase needs to be watched out because bottled water is an unsustainable source of drinking water. In the following research, a model was formed that can predict the factors that influence bottled water consumption. The model was carried out using Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) analysis. The results from measurement model: demographic factor is measured by growth of population and urbanization, income factor measured by expenditure per capita per month, social culture factor measured by Human Development Index (HDI) and percentage of people who watch television. Based on structural model, all of the factors (demography, income, social culture) affect bottled water consumption in Indonesia. DKI Jakarta, Kepulauan Riau, Kalimantan Timur, Kalimantan Utara, and Kepulauan Bangka Belitung are the provinces which predicted have significant increasing in bottled water consumption.

Trade is a form of economic activity that has an effect on increasing the economy of a region. The availability of place, time, and goods is not a problem in trade, because the touch of technology is one of the solutions. Technology in buying and selling makes it easier for sellers and buyers to make transactions without meeting and based solely on the principle of good faith. Regarding the problems that occurred in the research process, several respondents admitted that the problems that often arise came from the traders. The use of oral agreements in buying and selling becomes a habit that cannot be abandoned by Klewer Market traders, even though they are aware that their position is weak if there are legal problems in its implementation. The conclusion is that the unwritten agreement entered into by a Trader with a supplier of goods at Klewer Market is still valid and binding on both parties but is weak in terms of proof in case of a civil dispute. On the other hand, we try to review the application of the principles of good faith in oral agreements between traders and suppliers of goods based on local wisdom.

The Micro and Small Industry (IMK) contributes in creating employments in the informal sector. This study analyzes demand for female workers in the IMK sectors from 2016 to 2018 which is influenced by the number of establishments, outputs, and Provincial Minimum Wages. Fixed effect models in panel data has been carried out to analyze the data. It was found that the number of businesses and the output variable had a positive and significant relationship to the demand for female workers. The coefficient value of the number of businesses is 0.5743, which means that for every one percent increase in the number of IMK establishments the demand for female labor increased by 0.5743 percent. The coefficient value of the output is 0.2046 or for every one percent increase in output the demand for female labor increased by 0.2046 percent. Meanwhile, the UMP was found to be negatively and significantly related to the demand for female labor. The UMP coefficient value is 0.5642, which means that for every one percent increase in the UMP will reduce the demand for female labor by 0.5642 percent. The increase on number of establishments and outputs on IMK will have an impact on the female workforce.

Based on the overlay analysis that combines shift share analysis and location quotient analysis, it is found that of the 17 existing economic sectors, all of them are included in the leading sector as many as 9 sectors and potential sector categories as many as 8 sectors. The transportation and warehousing sector and the accommodation and food and beverage provision sector which are closely related to tourism activities are not yet among the leading sectors, so they need to be improved in the future. Leading economic sectors such as agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector; manufacturing industry sector; and the services sector can take advantage of the presence of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ) to increase demand. Further research can use Input Output Table Analysis to determine the interrelationship between economic sectors and to know the impact of improving an economic sector on the performance of the economy in general.

The Baron Beach Area is one of the favorite beach attractions with the highest number of visitors in Gunung Kidul Regency. However, the presence of coastal abrasion and decreasing environmental quality needs to be a concern for the management. Understanding of the economic value and visitor characteristics is important for management considerations in a more optimal and effective coastal management. This study aims to estimate the economic value of the Baron Beach Area using the Individual Travel Cost Method. The variables used are travel cost (TC), expenditure (EXPEND), age (AGE), education level (EDU), other tourist object substitution dummy (DS), and environmental quality dummy (DENVR). This count data study used the negative binomial regression method. The results showed consumer surplus per person per visit was IDR 282,531.00 and total economic value of the Baron Beach Area was IDR 560,182,653,564.00 per year.
