Indonesia is a developing country that continues to carry out development in all fields, both in the material and spiritual fields, where the development is aimed at realizing the goal of building a just and prosperous society, one of the developments in the material field is to include facilities and infrastructure such as luxury housing developments, medium, even to housing for people (subsidized). Housing or settlements can create a conducive business climate to be able to open a comfortable settlement. The business offer of a house by the developer is sometimes so diverse that the understanding it conveys is not appropriate or not understood (missunderstanding information), meanwhile the prospective buyer sometimes has agreed to even sign his agreement on the binding purchase agreement (PPJB) with the developer so that it has sometimes even arrived at contract stage at a banking institution. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena pelaksanaan perjanjian jual beli online diatur berdasarkan pasal 1320 KUHPerdata tentang syarat sah perjanjian yang berisi adanya kesepakatan kedua belah pihak, adanya kecakapan bertindak, adanya objek perjanjian serta adanya causa yang halal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penulis tertarik melaksanakan penelitian ini, adapun rumusan masalahnya 1.bagaimana bentuk pengaturan hukum terhadap perjanjian jual beli online melalui e-commerce dan 2.bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap pembeli dalam pelaksanaan jual beli online melalui e-commerce jika penjual melakukan wanprestasi. Untuk menjawab hal tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Kesimpulan dari penulisan skripsi ini yaitu pengaturan pelaksanaan jual beli online melalui e-commerce diatur pasal 1320 KUHPerdata tentang syarat sah perjanjian yaitu adanya kesepakatan kedua belah pihak, adanya kecakapan bertindak, adanya objek perjanjian dan adanya causa yang halal sedangkan perlindungan hukum terhadap pembeli jika penjual melakukan wanprestasi diatur oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen dan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2019 tentang ITE.]]>

<![CDATA[This objective is to examine the original income of the region for sustainable regional development in Indonesia, using normative legal research. Regional government finance is a very decisive factor in the administration of regional government. The financial capacity of a region is determined by the existence of a source of regional income and its level of lucrative. The level of a local source of revenue is determined by the extent to which the basis for imposing taxes is responsive to inflation, population growth and economic growth. Generally in developed countries that implement decentralization policies tend to give greater authority to the regions to manage sources of revenue that are lucrative. On the other hand, in developing countries, financial resources are controlled by the central government. Local governments only manage financial resources that are less potential.]]>

<![CDATA[Controlling blood sugar levels is the main goal of nursing interventions that will be carried out in Diabetes Mellitus patients. Patients with diabetes mellitus are advised to always have a healthy lifestyle every day. Control blood sugar in DM patients by regulating diet such as: regulating the amount of food, type of food and frequency of eating hours and doing activities (sports). Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM), including Diabetes Mellitus, has now become a serious threat to global health. Quoted from WHO 2016 data, 70% of the world's total deaths and more than half of the disease burden. 90-95% of diabetes cases. Type 2 diabetes, which is largely preventable because it is caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. (Ministry of Health, 2018). Solok City has cases of Diabetes mellitus sufferers in four Puskesmas where there are 284 KTK Puskesmas working areas, while the number of visits to Type II Diabetes mellitus sufferers in the KTK Puskesmas work area is 50 people. Based on the results of research that has been carried out in the Working Area of the KTK Kota Solok Health Center, it was found that more than part (66%) of the respondents 'blood sugar levels were abnormal (high), more than part (64%) of the respondents' diet was not appropriate and more than some (60 %) respondents do not do physical activity regularly. There is a relationship between a diet that is not in accordance with abnormal blood sugar levels and there is a relationship that does not do physical activity with abnormal (high) blood sugar levels in the Working Area of the KTK Kota Solok Health Center. It is hoped that health workers will remind people with Type II Diabetes Mellitus, about the importance of dietary regulation in controlling blood sugar levels and carrying out regular physical activity (exercise) so that it can help in controlling blood sugar levels so that blood sugar levels can be controlled.]]>

<![CDATA[Jurnal ini mengkaji kewenangan kurator dalam menyita dan menjual saham debitor yang telah jatuh pailit, yang dimana kurator memiliki hambatan untuk melakukan order jual terhadap rekening efek debitor pailit. Kepailitan sendiri adalah sebagai sita umum dari semua kekayaan debitor yang pengurusannya dilakukan oleh kurator di bawah pengawasan hakim pengawas. Dalam hal ini, belum tersedianya sistem untuk sita umum efek dan cara kurator untuk melakukan order jual. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kurator adalah pihak yang paling berwenang dalam melakukan pengurusan dan pemberesan harta pailit sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 16 ayat (1) jo. Pasal 69 Ayat (1) UU K-PKPU. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme yang digunakan oleh kurator dalam melakukan order jual adalah dengan cara yang mengacu pada Pasal 45 UU Pasar Modal dengan cara membuka membuka rekening debitor dan kemudian menjualnya, atau dengan cara lain seperti melakukan pemblokiran rekening efek dan kemudian dibukakannya rekening penampung untuk kurator.]]>

The meeting between the children and parents is manifested in the form of visiting each other, that is, from time to time the child visits them or vice versa, the parents visit the child and miss their grandchildren at the same time. In this context there is an increase in mobility carried out by the elderly which can affect the degree or level of their health. Most of their children who are outside the kelurahan, namely 42.85% reside / live outside the district. In this connection, parents in old age make a visit (anjang ada). This means that in old age there is still population mobility. The mobility of the population in old age carries risks not only to the economy but also to health and safety because in old age the physical condition has decreased and is susceptible to disease. Most, namely around 71.42% of informants in the last year stated that they had been sick and only 28.57% stated that they had never been sick. For those who claim that they have been sick more than once with different types of disease.]]>

<![CDATA[Clemency is a pardon in the form of changes, reductions, reductions, or abolition of the execution of a criminal offense granted by the President. Based on Article 14 Paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, it is regulated that the President grants Clemency and Rehabilitation by taking into account the considerations of the Supreme Court. The granting of clemency by the president can have legal implications for the convict who applies for clemency. Decisions taken by the President, whether the decision to grant or reject the request for clemency, will not aggravate the sentence decided by the court. Convicts who get clemency will feel freedom because they can get out more quickly and are free from all obligations to undergo the punishment imposed on them. Although Law No. 22 of 2002 concerning Clemency does not regulate the prohibition of granting clemency to convicted corruption cases, the President should support the spirit of eradicating anti-corruption that has been echoed for a long time. With the granting of the petition for clemency against the convicted corruption case, the Governor of Riau, Annas Maamun, President Joko Widodo has hurt the feelings of the Indonesian people.]]>

<![CDATA[Today there are more and more challenges of civic education in education, from elementary to tertiary education. This happens because education is increasingly developing in accordance with the development of pressology. Of course, this matter no longer recognizes national boundaries based on time and space. Technology today can help people meet from any country. For this reason, this article wants to see how the development of civic education in the revolutionary era 4.0 and the future challenges related to civic education in the revolutionary era 4.0. The research method used in this article is a quantitative educational method, supported by comparative materials from books and journal articles. The results show, First, the development of citizenship education in the revolutionary era 4.0 follows the times and technology, so that more flexible rules are needed and in accordance with the needs of citizens of the Republic of Indonesia. Second, the future challenge related to civic education in the revolutionary era 4.0 is to introduce what are the rights and obligations of citizens, so that citizenship education is mandatory to be taught at any level of education in Indonesia.]]>
