Abstract

According to Article 7 of the Criminal Procedure Code, investigators have the authority to handle reports of suspected criminal events. Investigators are also obliged to carry out examinations at the scene of the crime. As in the Police report Number: LP / 61 / K / IX / 2017 / Sek-str, dated 18 September 2017, there has been a criminal offense against a person's soul or a murder in Kampung Pasar Ajalai Sungai Sirah, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The problem that occurs is that investigators have obstacles in determining the scene of the crime of murder. This research is a descriptive analytical study. The approach used in this study is a normative juridical approach supported by an empirical juridical approach. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. All data and materials obtained from the research results were analyzed qualitatively, and presented in a qualitative descriptive form. Based on the discussion and analysis, it can be seen that: First, the efforts of investigators of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pesisir Selatan Police to determine the scene of the murder crime case are to process the scene of the crime and listen to the statements of witnesses who saw, heard and knew about the crime, and the investigator brought expert witnesses to reinforce the elements of the crime the suspect has committed. Second, the obstacle for investigators of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pesisir Selatan Police in determining the scene of the murder case is that the suspect is not cooperative, the witnesses do not want to be questioned, the witnesses arrive late when asked for information, bring in expert witnesses, it takes a long time to bring in. Evidence is difficult to find and it is difficult to determine the scene of a criminal case, because the scene of the case varies.

Abstract

In the last three years, it has been seen that the level of tourist visits in the City of Bukittinggi has increased significantly. Business actors and the government are also racing to improve tourism infrastructure, including lodging facilities. Based on observations, data was obtained that in 2018 the number of accommodations in the City of Bukittinggi was 107 inns. The number of guests staying in 2016-2017 increased by 1.51%, then in 2017-2018, it increased by 5.66%. This study aims to examine the effect of products and accommodation prices on the purchase interest of tourists in the city of Buktinggi using quantitative descriptive methods. The population used is tourists who have stayed at the accommodation in the city of Bukittinggi, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires, and secondary data was obtained from the Department of Tourism, Youth, and Sports, by testing the hypothesis of multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that the products offered affected the purchase interest of tourists, while the price of accommodation did not affect the interest of tourists to stay in the city of Bukittinggi.

Abstract

In the case of extortion ever happened in the city of Batam. The extortion is in the process of Accepting New Students at SMPN 10 Batam City. The indications of PPDB fraud have actually become suspicion in the community, but in law enforcement in the case of extortion is quite complicated because it is designed systematically in such a way that it will be difficult later in the proof process. Obtained evidence in the form of Money, Proof of Acceptance of New Students, and SK. This investigation is in accordance with KUHAP Article 1 Paragraph (19), the investigation which took place at SMPN 10 Batam City was said to be caught red-handed, the suspect was found at that time. The obstacles of the police in this illegal levy are: Lack of information from the public about the crime of illegal levies and is covered up in carrying out illegal levies at schools, thus hampering the police. Efforts that can be made by the police are to appeal to each agency regarding legal sanctions when committing illegal levies and carrying out patterns of prosecution or punishment against illegal levies based on the legal provisions in the prevailing laws and regulations.

Abstract

Dental health education is used as a measuring tool to generate knowledge and awareness that can influence a person's attitudes and habits towards oral and dental hygiene. Low oral health knowledge can be affected to children's attitudes and actions. The study aims to determine the effect of guidance on the technique of brushing teeth on the oral hygiene status of mentally retarded children, the output of this study is expected to be useful as a reference in improving the ability of brushing techniques and oral and dental hygiene. The research design was quasy experimental design with a pre test and post test with control group approach. The study was conducted at SLB Wiyata Dharma 4 Godean Sleman in October 2019. Data analysis using t-test statistical tests. The results showed that there was an increase in knowledge, abilities and status of dental and oral hygiene of mentally retarded children. Statistical test results obtained p value = 0.00 The conclusion of the study was that there was a significant influence between the guidance of brushing teeth on the oral and dental hygiene status of mentally retarded children. It is recommended that mentally retarded children increase awareness and apply brushing knowledge in maintaining oral and dental hygiene.

Abstract

Perubahan UUD 1945 membawa implikasi terhadap perubahan kekuasaan atau kewenangan kelembagaan MPR yang membawa akibat pada kedudukan hukum ketetapan MPRS/MPR yang dilahirkannya, baik itu sebelum dan sesudah perubahan UUD 1945. Kajian penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan. Untuk itu metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam praktik ketatanegaraan sepanjang berlakunya UUD 1945 sebelum dilakukan perubahan, cakupan luas materi muatan yang diaturnya tidak hanya terbatas pada hal-hal ditentukan dalam UUD 1945. Jika diklasifikasikan, ada Ketetapan MPR yang memenuhi unsur sebagai peraturan perundang-undangan, Ketetapan MPR sejenis penetapan administrasi Negara (beschikking), Ketetapan MPR berupa perencanaan (GBHN), dan Ketetapan MPR semacam peraturan kebijakan (beliedregels) di bidang administrasi negara. Setelah UUD 1945 dilakukan perubahan, maka kedudukan hukum Ketetapan MPR menjadi sumir, di satu sisi perubahan pasal-pasal UUD 1945 dan adanya ketentuan Pasal 1 Aturan Tambahan UUD 1945 mengakibatkan hilangnya kewenangan MPR untuk membentuk Ketetapan-Ketetapan MPR (jenis peraturan perundang-undangan) bersifat mengatur (regeling), karena tidak lagi memiliki dasar konstitusioanal dalam UUD 1945. Namun di sisi lain dengan diberlakukannya UU Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan, kedudukan hukum Ketetapan MPR menjadi hidup kembali sebagai bentuk peraturan perundang-undangan dengan pembatasan sebagaimana disebut dalam penjelasan Pasal 7 ayat 1 huruf b, yakni Ketetapan-ketetapan MPRS/MPR yang masih berlaku sebagaimana ditentukan dalam Ketetapan MPR Nomor 1/MPR/2003.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the management of building assets in the City of Pariaman in the context of administration. The research used is naormative juridical. The implementation of the work on the management of regional goods which is charged is not optimal, as well as inadequate funding to carry out the management of regional property, so that activities to support the orderly implementation of the management of regional goods do not run effectively as well as funding for procurement of goods which must be in accordance with the facilities and infrastructure which should be used to cover work desks, work chairs, etc., does not yet meet the standards for facilities and infrastructure determined by the City of Pariaman Regulations. There must be firmness and clarity carried out by DPPKA in reporting goods to each SKPD so that reporting of the use of goods is timely

Abstract

Pt. Bank Riau is a continuation of the business activities of PT. BAPERI (PT. Riau Regional Development Bank) which was established based on the Notary Deed of Syawal Sultan No. 1 dated August 2, 1961, and the permission of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.No. BUM 9-4-45 dated August 12, 1961. Furthermore, with the Decree of the Governor of KDH. TK.I Riau No. 51/IV/1966 April 1, 1966, it was stated that all activities of PT. BAPERI was merged into the Riau Regional Development Bank in accordance with Law Number 13 of 1962, officially the activities of the Riau Regional Development Bank began with the status as a Bank Owned by the Government of the Riau Province. Various changes and developments in the Bank's activities, and since 1975 the status of the establishment of the Riau Regional Development Bank, Decree of the Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia No. 5/30 / KEP.DGS / 2003 dated 22 July 2003, the legal entity status of the Riau Regional Development Bank changed from a Regional Company (PD) Regional Development Bank of Riau to a Limited Liability Company (PT). Bank Pembangunan Daerah Riau was abbreviated as PT. Bank Riau as of August 1, 2003. This research aims to Analyze the Influence of the Incentive Factor on improving the work performance of employees at PT. Bank Riau, Perawang Sub-Branch. The number of research samples are all All employees of PT. Bank Riau, Perawang Sub-Branch, as many as 60 with the sampling method saturated sampling technique or census. Saturated sampling or census is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples.Meanwhile, the leadership is used as the key information in this study. Research result shows The influence of incentives on increasing work performance having a significant influence and positive means that there is a strong positive relationship between incentives and increased work performance of employees of PT. Bank Riau Perawang Sub-Branch, through regression model, the incentive variables and the indicators in the study, are able to contribute to an increase in work performance by 88.36%, and the remaining 11.64% is influenced by other factors who were not examined in this study. Abstract

Mediation that is carried out by the mediator in a juridical manner must be carried out before the main examination of the case, and if it is not implemented it will result in the decision being null and void (Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2008). Meanwhile, the legal process that originates from each family party, juridically it is an initiative of the panel of judges to implement (Law on Religious Courts), because in the existing regulations it is stated with the phrase "can", which is based on an interim decision by the panel of judges. those who examine, in fact, in practice, the role of Hakam in divorce proceedings in religious courts is no longer relevant and implemented, because his function has been replaced by a mediator as required by a Supreme Court Regulation, and the litigants tend to be determined to separate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in counterproductive behavior of education personnel based on gender and age in Private Universities in the City of Padang. The data used in this research are prmer and secondary data. Research data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is the Independent Sample T test and Annova test. The sample used was 100 education personnel at Bung Hatta University and Baiturrahmah University. The results of the Independent Sample T Test analysis showed that there was no difference in counterproductive behavior of education personnel based on gender and there was no difference in counterproductive behavior of education personnel based on age.

Abstract

An interaction process is based on various factors, among others, factors of imitation, suggestion, identification and sympathy. These factors can move independently or in a combined state. If each is examined more deeply, the imitation factor, for example, has a very important role in the process of social interaction. One of the positive aspects is that imitation can encourage a person to obey the rules and values that apply. However, imitation may also result in negative things where for example, what is imitated are deviant actions. In addition, imitation can also weaken or even kill the development of one's creative power. The suggestion factor takes place when someone gives a view or an attitude that comes from himself which is then accepted by the other party. So this process is actually almost the same as imitation, but the benchmarks are different. The suggestion can take place because the receiving party is hit by emotions that impede rational power. Perhaps the suggestion process occurs if the person giving the view is an authoritative person or perhaps because of his authoritarian nature. It is also possible that suggestions occur due to causes that give views or attitudes the largest part of the group concerned, or society. Likewise for the social interactions of the elderly with family members.
