Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has created the need and need to maintain social distance in social interactions (social distancing), quarantine, and isolation so that every vulnerable individual will not be exposed to the virus. The use of technology with online meetings for students and educators is very important, especially in the development of civic education, in order to love the Republic of Indonesia. This paper will discuss the concept and direction of civic education and the urgency of strengthening the concept and direction of progressive citizenship education online in the midst of the covid-19 virus pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical with a qualitative approach. The results show, First, the concept of Citizenship Education supports the objectives of civic education, which can be interpreted as a subject that focuses on the formation of citizens who have intellectual skills, skills to participate in every civic activity and have a strong civic character so as to make citizens who are intelligent and have character. . Second, the urgency of strengthening the concept and direction of progressive citizenship education online in the midst of the covid-19 virus pandemic prepares students to become good citizens who master knowledge derived from multidisciplinary concepts and theories, practice values, and apply the skills they need to participate. in online education.

Abstract

In the process of examining criminal cases such as corruption cases, the existence of a criminal law expert’s statement makes pro and contra, so that is very necessary to do a comprehensive research in the existence of expert criminal law statements. For this reason, the authors are interested in discussing the existence of statement of criminal law experts as one of the evidence in a criminal case. The problem in this research is what are the qualifications of a person to be able to ask for expert criminal law statement to be used as evidence in the trial of a criminal case. This research is a normative juridical legal research with norms approach method and case approach. The results of this research are the qualifications of someone who can provide expert criminal law statement as evidence in the trial of a criminal case is someone who has special expertise regarding knowledge and experience in the field of criminal law. The Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) does not provide a limitation on experts and only mentions a person who has special expertise, so that a criminal law expert can be categorized as an expert and the information given can be one of the evidence in court.

Abstract

In vision, the eye has various refractive errors. These refractive disorders include myopia, myopia is a condition in the eye that has excessive refraction power so that parallel rays that come are refracted in front of the retina. Many factors cause myopia, one of which is close reading. Reading is an activity that requires near vision. Children who read continuously for more than 30 minutes are more likely to develop myopia. This study aims to determine the relationship between the habit of reading at close range to myopia for grade IX students at SMP Negeri 7 Padang. The results showed that there was a relationship between history of close reading and myopia. Where Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, while the strength between variables in this study is assessed using adds ratio. The OR calculation result is 0.405 because OR (0.405)

Abstract

Luak Gadang Bukik Baka is a natural tourist attraction located in Agam Regency, West Sumatra. This tourist attraction is relatively new, so it is still managed by the community. An attraction that is favored by this tourist attraction is a fish pond with a karst cliff on one side. Bukik Baka is a beautiful hill that has lovely sees and can also be used as a camping site. This tourist attraction is still in the early stages of growth. Since opening in April 2018, the available tourist facilities are still minimal, but tourist visits to this tourist attraction are very busy. This study aims to figure out how to develop the tourism potential of Luak Gadang Bukik Baka, so that it can attract tourist visits to Jorong Guguak Rangpisang, Nagari Kamang Hilia, Agam Regency. The research approach used is the qualitative descriptive method. Obtaining the informant's researchers used the snowball technique. Observation, question, and answer (interview), and recording were used as data collection techniques. Based on the findings of the study, it can be inferred that the current innovations are in the areas of activities and services, such as lodging and facilities. Meanwhile, Luak Gadang Bukik Baka has not fully evolved in terms of physical aspects, beauty, accessibility, socio-economic, and cultural aspects. It is hoped that the Agam Regency Government will continue to support the Jorong Guguak Rangpisang community in developing the Luak Gadang Bukik Baka into a popular tourist destination.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dari untuk menganalisis pengakuan pendapatan dari penjualan tiket Trans Padang tahun 2018. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan yang diperoleh oleh Trans Padang adalah pendapatan yang berasal dari penjualan tiket angkutan bus yang terdiri dari dua macam tiket yaitu TAT dan tiket elektronik. Hasil analisis pendapatan penjualan tiket pada Trans Padang ini mengunakan metode basis kas yaitu pendapatan diakui pada saat penjualan terealisasi. Pendapatan dari penjuaan tiket merupakan usur paling utama kegiatan Trans Padang ini. Dalam pencatatan laporan keuangan masih menggunakan metode manual sehingga banyak terjadi kesalahan-kesalahan yang signifikan diantaranya terdapatnya kesalahan pencatatan dari jumlah penjualan tiket pada tabel-tabel laporan pendapatan, terdapatnya kecurangan dari penjualan tiket sehingga sangat perpengaruh terhadap pendapatan Trans Padang dalam mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan, contohnya tidak diberikannya tiket kepada penumpang, tiket dibayar dibawah harga tiket tetapi tanpa memberikan tiket pada penumpang, dan terjadinya pembayaran dobel oleh penumpang yang mengira tiketnya belum dibayarkan temanya sehingga dibayar lagi oleh penumpang yang sama.

Abstract

The quality of health services and the image of a hospital is largely determined by the role of nurses, because 90% of health services in hospitals are provided by nurses. in providing quality nursing services can be applied by using caring behavior in providing nursing care to clients. Caring is special and depends on the relationship between the nurse and the client, where caring facilitates the nurse's ability to recognize the client so the nurse can find out the client's problem and find and implement a solution. The survey conducted by researchers at Solok District Hospital on evaluating the quality of nursing services to patient satisfaction in the inpatient office of Solok Hospital obtained a surgical room with 42% good, and 58% less good. The fact that was found in the field more than half (59.4%) of respondents had a negative perception of the implementation of nurses caring behavior in the operating room in Solok Hospital and more than half (40.6%) of respondents had a positive perception of the implementation of nurses caring behavior in the room inpatient surgery. It is expected that all nurses, especially nurses in the room can carry out caring behaviors to all patients optimally because caring behavior by nurses can optimally affect how a person or patient thinks, feels and behaves in dealing with others, so as to provide patient satisfaction towards nursing services.

Abstract

In line with the government's program to encourage lending to small businesses and the weak economic class which is the largest part of the Indonesian people. So it is expected that with credit based on fiduciary system can help both credit recipients and creditors. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Griya Walnut Village Siak Hulu Riau Kampar Communication entitled Patterns of husband and wife are not Harmonious At Griya Kenari Jaya Siak Hulu Kampar Kubang. This study aims to determine the Communications Patterns husband and wife are not Harmonious At Griya Kenari Jaya Siak Hulu Kampar Kubang. Research benefits expected to be useful both theoretical and practical aspects. Theoretically, this research may be useful for the development of science communication, providing information and contributing communication patterns. Practically, this research is expected to be useful as information for individuals in developing communication patterns husband and wife in a family. In this study used qualitative methods with the intention of digging Communication Patterns of husband and wife are not Harmonious At Griya Kenari Jaya Siak Hulu Kampar Kubang. As for the time of the conduct of this study started from March 2018 to June 2018. Data collection technique is by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of qualitative data. From the results showed that some family communication patterns that are not in harmony occurs less effective and less fun. This happens because the habit of speaking unfriendly and irritable and grumpy. The habit of talking shout, scold and rage will make married life becomes harmonious. Seoseorang good communication in public, also does not guarantee that a person can communicate well with his family. May talk in front of other people with good communication patterns. As communication patterns by using Hp, too. Often a person communicates with the communication media does not correspond to the truth.

Abstract

Berdasar hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk penyelesaian secara kekeluargaan/perdamaian atau non-litigasi adalah dengan cara muyawarah antara pelaku, korban, keluarga pelaku atau keluarga korban serta disaksikan oleh pihak LPA dan Polisi sebagai mediator. Penyelesaian secara kekeluargaan/perdamaian atau non-litigasi dilakukan dengan alasan : menghindari stigmatisasi pelaku sudah menyadari kesalahannyapihak korban sudah memperoleh ganti rugi dari pelakutindak pidana yang dilakukan pelaku ringan Penyelesaian secara non litigasi dapat memenuhi dan mencapai perlindungan terhadap anak yang melakukan tindak pidana, karena : saling memaafkan antar pelaku dan korbananak pelaku tindak pidana kembali ke orang tuatercapai keseimbangan dalam masyarakatsudah tidak ada stigma bagi anak. Namun demikian, penyelesaian non-litigasi ini juga memiliki beberapa kendala dalam praktik pelaksanaannya yakni: pihak korban tidak mau menerima penyelesain secara non litigasitindak pidana yang dilakukan diancam dengan pidana berataparat penegak hukum kurang mendukung tidak ada juklak atau juknis untuk pelaksanaannya.

Abstract

The construction of border regions and disadvantaged areas is one of President Jokowi's and Vice President Jusuf Kalla's Nawacita program. Each region does not have to be exactly the same in carrying out development, differences in development need to be done in order to accommodate the characteristics and capabilities of each region. The term is asymmetric decentralization. This research itself is to support the Draft Law on the Acceleration of the Development of Disadvantaged Regions which is being drafted by the DPD RI. Although the government has issued various policies to catch up, but to realize the acceleration of underdeveloped regional development a strategic legal umbrella is needed. The formulation of the problems raised in this study are: 1) how to realize the acceleration of border area development and lag behind through meeting basic needs such as education, health, food, infrastructure? 2) how to synergize the implementation of these programs to reduce inequality between regions? This research will use normative juridical research and supported by empirical juridical research so that it will be able to see the realization of the acceleration of border area development and lagging through meeting basic needs such as education, health, food, and infrastructure are important in building regional development equality in Indonesia. To realize this, food needs to synergize the implementation of these programs to reduce inequality between regions in Indonesia.
