<![CDATA[Guidance and mentoring of prisoners includes coaching and guidance programs in the form of personality development activities and independence development activities. Personality development is directed at mental and character development so that prisoners become fully human, devoted and responsible to themselves, their families, and society. Meanwhile, the development of independence is directed at fostering talents and skills so that prisoners can return to their roles as free and responsible members of society. In solving problems and achieving these goals, the approach method used is the empirical juridical approach. The results of the study found that the guidance provided by the Class IIB Payakumbuh correctional institution for prisoners who committed acts of narcotics abuse. This is reflected in the fact that the data in the field or the data in the institution can be concluded that since the establishment of the Payakumbuh Class IIB prison, it has been implemented or has been given to inmates but has not been maximized and there is no difference in coaching for narcotics trafficker prisoners with other inmates in Class IIB prisons. Payakumbuh. 2. The obstacles faced in the implementation of the development of narcotics trafficker prisoners are the lack of awareness of the prisoners themselves, the lack of human resources for officers, overload, lack of facilities and infrastructure in the institution. 3. <![CDATA[In sociolinguistic studies, language is defined as a symbol system, in the form of sound, arbitrary, productive, dynamic, diverse and human. Understanding of language in the big Indonesian dictionary, understanding language in general can be defined as a symbol, and understanding language according to the term is a communication tool in the form of a system of symbols produced by speech organs in humans. Language is also part of culture and it is language that develops culture as we know it today. Language can also act as a tool for social integration as well as a tool for social adaptation, considering that Indonesian has a pluralistic language. Slang is the typical language of teenagers (words that are changed in such a way that it can only be understood between them) can be understood by almost all teenagers in the country who are reached by the mass media. Yet the terms are evolving, changing and increasing almost every day. Slang is a language that has unique terms, while the second definition is made clear again that it is teenagers who use the language and the language will continue to develop. <![CDATA[The construction of border regions and disadvantaged areas is one of President Jokowi's and Vice President Jusuf Kalla's Nawacita program. Each region does not have to be exactly the same in carrying out development, differences in development need to be done in order to accommodate the characteristics and capabilities of each region. The term is asymmetric decentralization. This research itself is to support the Draft Law on the Acceleration of the Development of Disadvantaged Regions which is being drafted by the DPD RI. Although the government has issued various policies to catch up, but to realize the acceleration of underdeveloped regional development a strategic legal umbrella is needed. The formulation of the problems raised in this study are: 1) how to realize the acceleration of border area development and lag behind through meeting basic needs such as education, health, food, infrastructure? 2) how to synergize the implementation of these programs to reduce inequality between regions? This research will use normative juridical research and supported by empirical juridical research so that it will be able to see the realization of the acceleration of border area development and lagging through meeting basic needs such as education, health, food, and infrastructure are important in building regional development equality in Indonesia. <![CDATA[Every year the nagari government prepares a work plan before the determination of the APBNagari. The process of preparing this planning document is usually based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 114/2014, but in 2020 the Minister of Village Regulation No. 21/2020 regulates the same. There are differences in the process of preparing the RKP Desa regulated by the two regulations. The purpose of this paper is to see the impact of overlapping regulations in the preparation of the RKP Nagari in Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study indicate that there are 2 impacts of the overlapping regulations, First, the District Government of Lima Puluh Kota is slow in responding to the latest regulations so that the regent's regulations governing the Technical Guidelines for the Preparation of RPJM, RKP, and Implementation of Nagari Development Activities have not been revised so that the process the preparation of the RKP applied by the nagari varies, some are implemented according to the regent's regulations and some are in accordance with the village minister's regulations. Second, the emergence of internal disputes within the Nagari government because they are confused about implementing the process of preparing the Nagari RKP in accordance with the regulation of Permendagri No. 114/2014 or Village Minister Regulation No. 21/2020.Keywords: Village, Regulation, Development Planning]]>

<![CDATA[Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak pandemic covid-19 terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Solok. Data primer berasal dari 36 responden dari enam kecamatan di Solok dari profesi yang berbeda dan terdampak pandemic serta wawancara mendalam kepada kepala puskesmas, camat dan perwakilan ketua RT. Pendapatan responden mengalami penurunan tajam antara 30%-70% di awal masa pandemic sementara pengeluaran cenderung tetap. Kondisi ini menyebabkan responden harus mensiasati pengeluaran keluarga. Secara umum memang terjadi penurunan tingkat pendapatan responden selama masa pandemic, namun tidak semua responden melakukan perubahan pola pangan secara drastis. Mereka hanya mengganti jenis lauk tertentu dan lebih memilih mencari sumber pendapatan lain untuk mempertahankan pola pengeluaran yang lama daripada merubah pola pengeluaran keluarga.]]>

<![CDATA[Human resources have a major role in every company activity without the support of reliable human resources, the company's activities will not be completed properly. This study aims to determine how much reward, punishment and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Pelindo II (company) Teluk Bayur Padang branch using data collection methods through surveys and distributing questionnaires to 91 respondents. There are 91 questionnaires distributed and 78 which can be processed. The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis obtained the following equation y = 3.433 +0.224X1 + 0.714X2 - 0.017X3 + e. <![CDATA[Research on the Effect of Social Media Promotion in the European Village of Lembah Harau stems from the problem that the authors found, namely the lack of promotion through social media in the European Village. Promotion through social media is very important because it is useful for introducing or reaching out further to tourists so that they can improve their decision to visit Kampung Europe. And this research is also based on the needs of the Tourism and Youth Office of the Limapuluh Kota Regency in recording and increasing visits to tourist objects. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with a causal associative approach. The population of this study amounted to 3,120 and this research sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique with a sample of 100 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire that was structured using a Likert scale. The data in the study were processed with the help of the SPSS version 20 program. The analysis technique in this study was quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that: (1). Social Media Promotion Variable (X) obtained results as much as 57% with the category strongly agree. (2). The Visiting Decision Variable (Y) obtained results as much as 48% in the category of agreeing. The results in this study that through simple linear regression test obtained F count 70,305 with Sig 0.000> 0.05 then the regression model can be used. <![CDATA[Waste management so far has not been optimally carried out because it is not in accordance with environmentally sound waste management methods and techniques so that it has a negative impact on the cleanliness of the coastal area and the environment becomes dirty. The waste problem has become a national problem, so that its management needs to be carried out in a comprehensive and integrated manner from upstream to downstream in order to provide economic benefits, be healthy for the community, and safe for the environment, and can change people's behavior. This can be seen from the conditions in Taplau Padang that waste management is still not running optimally. The condition of waste in coastal tourist areas in general has not been managed optimally even though it already has waste management components. In fact, many cleaning managers face problems and obstacles that result in services that are not in accordance with the technical provisions and expectations of tourists. Taking into account the condition of the waste, the activities of throwing garbage to the seaside or littering have been going on for a long time by the people around Taplau Padang. Because some of the garbage has mixed with the ground and a lot of it settles on the beach and around the beach. As a result, there is a view that is not good to see and be seen by tourists who are in Taplau Padang.]]>
