Abstract

The purpose of the research study was to aim empirical evidence in analyze the effect of the application of the rules of ethics, experience and professional skepticism auditor's fraud detection and analyze the most dominant variables between the application of the rules of ethics, experience and professional skepticism auditors that influence fraud detection.The population in this study is the KAP (Public Accounting Firm) located in Java and Sumatra by using Convenience Sampling samples were included in the Non-Probability Sampling. The data used is primary data collection method of data using questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple regression (Multiple Regression) with SPSS version 21.0.The results of this study indicate that the increase in the application of ethics rules will provide an increase in fraud detection with 2,349 t greater than t table 1.684 and 0.024 significant. Significantly affect fraud detection experience with the t value 2,334, t table 1.684, 0.024 significant. Professional skepticism proved to significantly affect the detection of fraud with 4,230 t, 1,684 t table significantly with 0,000.

Abstract

Perencanaan ulang gedung SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Payakumbuh bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang adil dan makmur.untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang adil dan makmur. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah anak didk yang terus meningkat sehingga membutuhkan fasilitas dan sarana penunjang kegiatan belajar –mengajar yang nyaman ,serta nyman bagi para murid dan tenaga pengajar sangat dibutuhkan. Penulis membuat perencanaan ulang gedung SMP Muhammadiysh Kota Payakumbuhuntuk memenuhi aspek-aspek tersebut. Pembangunan gedung bertingkat merupakan salah satu cara untuk memenuhi sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analisis struktur inilah maka didapatkan penulangan struktur berdasarkan analisis penulis. Hasil yang didapat material yang digunakan baja fy = 400 Mpa dan mutu beton fc` = 24,9 Mpa. Untuk penulangan pelat lantai dipakai tulangan untuk arah x = Ø10 – 150 sedangkan arah y = Ø10 – 100. Perencanaan kolom memakai mutu baja fy = 400 Mpa dan mutu beton  fc`= 24,9 Mpa dengan ukuran untuk kolom 1 40 cm x 40 cm diakai tulangan 8D13, dan untuk kolom 2 35 cm x 35 cm dipakai tulangan 8D13 . Sedangkan perencaan balok menggunakan mutu baja fy = 400 Mpa dan mutu beton fc` = 24,9 Mpa dengan ukuran untuk balok induk 35 cm x 25 cm dan balok anak 30 cm x 20 cm.Kata Kunci: Struktur, Gedung, Penulangan

Abstract

The phenomenon of online gambling that is now rife in society, especially in internet cafes or by using a laptop, is lottery gambling. The problems are: 1) What factors encourage online gambling offenders; 2) How are the efforts of the West Pasaman Police in the eradicating of Online Gambling Crime? 3) What are the obstacles faced by the West Pasaman police in eradicating online gambling crime? In conducting the research, the writer uses empirical juridical method which includes secondary data and primary data through interviews and document study. Research location at the West Pasaman Police. The research results are; 1) That the factors driving online gambling offenders are related to the rapid development of advances in telecommunications, media and informatics technology as well as the widespread movement of global information infrastructure; 2)  that the efforts made by the West Pasaman Police in Eradicating the Crime of Online Gambling by taking preventive and repressive measures, namely: preventive efforts by collaborating with several ISPs (Internet Service Providers) or internet service providers to close all web sites containing gambling, Providing Appeal through Ads About the Dangers of Gambling, the establishment of the Community Police (Polmas), and conducting Internet Cafes Operations and examinations. Meanwhile, the repressive steps are through enforcement of criminal law. 3) the constraints are: a) Lack of Human Resources; b) Lack of facilities and infrastructure; c) the dualism of legal perceptions, particularly the issue of sanctions, namely the Criminal Code and Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law no. 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions.Keywords: Effort, Eradicating, Online Gambling.

Abstract

In Indonesia, religion and state are two different entities, and each has its own autonomy, where there is an area that is completely “belonging to” religion, the state cannot enter it and there is also an area that is fully the competence of the state, so religion is not can participate in it. So that the formation of laws will reflect the configuration of power and political interests. In the actualization of political power and interests, sometimes there is a clash between the interests of fragmatism and those that are permanent and in favor of the benefit of mankind. This means that the interests of ideological values that live and develop in society can be configured with the interests of political power fragmatism. Therefore, first, the legislative program for several aspects of the modernization of Islamic family law politics in Indonesia, namely starting with the history of legislation on marriage in Indonesia, one of which is the Dutch East Indies Government circulating the Draft Ordinance on Registered Marriage, which includes the principle of monogamy and the prohibition of imposing divorce out of court. Then from the point of view of the meaning of the ideal law, the presence of KHI is a series of historical national laws that can reveal the various meanings of the life of the Indonesian Muslim community. Second, before the birth of Law no. 1 of 1974 in Indonesia various marriage laws apply for various groups of citizens and various regions. in the Indieche Staats Regeling (ISR), namely the Indian constitutional regulations. After independence, the Indonesian government has established a number of Islamic marriage regulations. Among them are Law Number 22 Year 1946 concerning Registration of Marriage, Divorce and Reconciliation.

Abstract

Notaries are public officials authorized to make authentic deeds and other authorities. Meanwhile, agreements made in writing before a notary or government official have perfect evidentiary power. Implementation of Authentic Deed Making by a Notary in Fifty Cities District the parties/appearers come to consult with the notary's office of consultation and convey what they want, the notary explains everything to the parties/appearers if everything has been completed by the parties/appearers, the deed will be signed by the parties (minuta/deed) and a copy will be issued by a notary, so based on the research the author did on the implementation of making an authentic deed by a notary in the District of Fifty Cities, it was in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), but was not maximized due to several obstacles. namely: the parties/appearers who came to the notary's office did not understand the notary deed and thought that the cost of making a notary deed was high and because the management system was on line, both CV, PT and Foundation, when the network had problems, the timing did not match the initial predictions of the parties. The solutions are as follows: increasing the understanding of the parties/appearers about the authentic deed, providing explanations to the parties/appearers about the procedure for making a notarial deed, explaining to the parties/appearers who come to the notary's office and changing the mindset and assumptions of the parties/appearers regarding the cost of making a notarial deed is high as well as providing explanations and understanding to the parties/appearers because the management system is online, when the network is in trouble, the time is not in accordance with the initial predictions of the parties/appearances. The suggestions are as follows: that the notary must be more careful in examining and making the deed, it is hoped that it will be a comprehensive renewal and reorganization in a law that regulates the position of a notary so that legal knowledge is created that applies to all residents throughout the territory of the State of Indonesia.Keywords: Implementation, Making, Authentic Deed, Notary.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk : (1) memperoleh metode dan teknik terbaik dalam sistem manajemen pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) El Hakim; (2) menjadi sumbang saran kepada tim majemen kampus dalam rangka perbaikan mutu pembelajaran selama pandemi covid 19; (3) menjadi sumbang saran kepada tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam rangka perbaikan manajemen pembelajaran tatap muka selama pandemik covid 19.   Metode yang digunakandalam penulisan ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur review dan respon partisipan lewat google form kepada mahasiswa/i dan dosen-dosen di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) El Hakim.   Dalam   analisis   memamfaatkan   pendekatan   pohonmasalah, pohon sasaran, pohon solusi/alternatif dalam mendapatkan hasil yang diharapakan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dampak sistem manajemen pembelajaran yang sesuai kondisi kampus dapat memberikan kemudahan, waktu yang efektif, dan biaya yang efisien bagi mahasiswa/i dan dosen dalam pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The provision of legal assistance at the level of investigation in the law of criminal justice in Indonesia is expected to provide maximum protection of the rights of life of suspects, especially those of weak and poor origin in the form of legal aid since the early stages of examination of suspects, Legal aid is not only interpreted as the right of the suspect since the investigation stage, but also as an obligation that must be fulfilled by every law enforcement apparat, especially investigators before starting an examination of suspects. Protection of the human rights of suspects since the stage of investigation is at least expected to be one of the factors that minimize the possibility of arbitrariness by law enforcement apparat and the possibility of irregularities in the application of criminal procedural legal procedures therefore examination at the level of investigation is important to get justice minimizing violations that can occur at any level that includes intimidation at the time of drafting News Of Inspection event so that apparat law enforcement stick to apparat law enforcement code of conduct and human rights values.

Abstract

This scientific paper discusses the importance of soft contact lens care knowledge for users in Padang Citra Optics. This study aims to determine: Knowledge, care  for users, the use , the impact of wearing and maintaining soft contact and also handling of the use and maintenance of soft contact lenses at Optik Citra Padang. This research design uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study was all patients wearing soft contact lenses at Optik Citra Padang in the period 15 July 2021-15 August 2021. Data were collected through questionnaires and research instruments using a Check List. The results showed that the respondents did not fully know the proper and correct care of soft contact lenses, this was seen as many as 24 respondents (53%) knew the correct soft contact lens care procedure and as many as 21 respondents (47%) did not know the treatment procedures. correct soft contact lenses, 21 respondents (47%) understand how to properly put on and remove soft contact lenses and 24 respondents (53%) do not understand how to properly install soft contact lenses, 20 respondents (44.40%) know about the impact of wearing and maintaining soft contact lenses that are not up to standard and as many as 25 respondents (55.60) do not know about the impact of wearing and maintaining soft contact lenses that are not up to standard, 14 respondents (31%) know how to handle the use and care of soft contact lenses and 31 respondents (69%) do not know how to handle from wearing soft contact lenses. There are several suggestionsFor RO to provide information to, For opticians, it is recommended to improve the quality of eye health services to the public, for academies, it is recommended to improve the quality of education. (4) For the public, it is recommended that when wearing and caring for contact lenses, more attention should be paid to use and care for them properly so as not to cause an impact on eye health.Keywords Soft Contact Lens, Wearers, Optics.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has created the need and need to maintain social distance in social interactions (social distancing), quarantine, and isolation so that every vulnerable individual will not be exposed to the virus. The use of technology with online meetings for students and educators is very important, especially in the development of civic education, in order to love the Republic of Indonesia. This paper will discuss the concept and direction of civic education and the urgency of strengthening the concept and direction of progressive citizenship education online in the midst of the covid-19 virus pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical with a qualitative approach. The results show, First, the concept of Citizenship Education supports the objectives of civic education, which can be interpreted as a subject that focuses on the formation of citizens who have intellectual skills, skills to participate in every civic activity and have a strong civic character so as to make citizens who are intelligent and have character. . Second, the urgency of strengthening the concept and direction of progressive citizenship education online in the midst of the covid-19 virus pandemic prepares students to become good citizens who master knowledge derived from multidisciplinary concepts and theories, practice values, and apply the skills they need to participate. in online education.

Abstract

Vision problems related to the learning process include deficits in efficiency and processing of visual information that have the potential to interfere with a person's ability to learn. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between refractive errors and student achievement. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study was 30 adolescents at SMP Negeri Padang City. The discussion is sorted according to the formulation of the problem. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 33.3% of the students had refractive errors myopia. In addition, there is a significant relationship between refractive errors and student achievement at SMP Negeri Padang City. Students who feel that their vision is blurry to see far away should immediately check their eyes and also have to be careful about the characteristics of myopia disorders and other refractive errors. It is recommended that students who have wrong reading habits pay more attention to their eye health so that unwanted things do not occur.
