Abstract

The objectives of this study are: i) To determine the effect of motivation (External and Internal) on Employee Work Performance; ii) To find out which motivation (External and Internal) is dominantly influential on improving employee work performance. This study uses a survey system by distributing questionnaires to predetermined respondents. This type of research uses observations with Cross Sectional design, which is to determine the relationship between motivational variables and performance. The population of this study amounted to 65 employees working in Telkom Tbk Malang. The sample in this study was all employees totaling 65 people or samples. The statistical analysis used in this study is the path analysis approach with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that: From the results of the description analysis that if there is an increase in external and internal motivation, the work performance of employees will also increase. From the test of the dominant variable where the dominant external motivation is found to have an effect on improving employee work performance.

Abstract

Konsumen Indonesia dan kebiasaan berbelanjanya, selalu menjadi hal yang menarik untuk diteliti dikarenakan keunikan karakteristik yang dimilikinya. saat seorang wanita mengalami fase kehamilan, kebiasaan berbelanjanya pun juga cenderung akan mengalami perubahan menjadi lebih irasional karena fase ini adalah pertama kali dalam hidupnya. Pada fase ini, ibu hamil akan sangat mudah untuk menerima berbagai stimulus dari berbagai kelompok referensi yang menurut mereka paling sesuai. Denganmenggunakan metode Pearson Correlation, peneliti ingin melihat bagaimana hubungan antara penggunaan kelompok referensi pada wanita hamil terhadap munculnya perilaku pembelian impulsif pada produk kebutuhan bayi. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan adanya korelasi positif yang cukup kuat diantara kedua variabel tersebut.

Abstract

Pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo tengah mengembangkan konsep green government. Konsep ini merupakan adaptasi terhadap perubahan iklim untuk mengatasi kerusakan lingkungan di kabupaten gorontalo. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut Banyak Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan pmerintah daerah, Rencana kerja pemerintah dengan memasukan lingkungan hidup dalam RPJMD dan RKPD 2017, serta pihak pemerintah memberikan porsi besar anggaran dari dana APBD untuk pengelolaan lingkungan, disamping itu pemerintah berupaya meberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat Untuk menjaga & melestarikan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, Fokusnya yaitu peran pemerintah dalam pengembangan Green Government untuk mencapai Good Enveromental Governance, Hasil menunjukan bahwa pemerintahan telah memasukkan 19 program adaptasi perubahan iklim ke dalam perencanaan pembangunan daerah, khususnya Rencana Kerja lintas 9 SKPD, diantara Program tersebut yaitu Gerakan Menata Rumah, Lingkungan, dan Pemukiman Sehat, Konservasi danau,begitu juga di salah satu wilayah limbot direncanakan akan dibangun Techno Science Park yaitu akan menjadi taman ilmu pengetahuan, yang dalam  pengembangannya selain tempat penghijauan, taman pertanian agroforestry, obat-obatan, taman lingkungan, hingga pengolahan biogas, sampah dan lainnya. Hal lain juga yang dapat mendukung Green Government yaitu Partisipasi Masyarakat Juga sangat Nampak di daerah ini terlihat bahwa usulan-usulan masyakat banyak berkaitan dengan lingkungan serta kesadaran dalam menjaga lingkungan sekitarnya, Begitu juga dukungan dan apresiasi dari berbagai kalangan pejabat, swasta,maupun akademisi.

Abstract

Lecturers as instructors as well as educators are one of the components of PT that can form hardskills and soft skills from every student. Tridharma which is carried out by the lecturer is a form of lecturer performance to the DIKTI. In the performance of lecturers performance is regulated by Republic of Indonesia Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 84 of 2013, Republic of Indonesia Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 84 of 2013, Minister of Education and Culture Decree No.062/O/1982, No.0135/O/1990 and Minister of Education Decree No.184/U/2001. In the implementation of tri dharma lecturers are inseparable from students in their respective universities. Seeing this, the lecturer / student ratio is ≥ 100 for study programs that have a 1:30 IPA lecturer/student ratio and 1:45 IPS. The problem polemic is that the permanent lecturer and homebase status both have NIDN, lecturer lecturers do not have NIDK, extraordinary lecturers or non-permanent lecturers do not have NUP, different working hours, teaching with cut loads, guiding and testing (these are only a few colleges the only level that applies to homebase lecturers), academic supervisors, while for research and service are made the same. If viewed from the regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia number 26 of 2015 concerning the status of lecturers in Higher Education based on NIDN, NIDK; and this NUP violates but this is made to complete the ratio of lecturers and students as well as each lecturer can implement tri dharma in the field of research and service to the rules in simlibtamas. the type of research that will be conducted is quantitative research, the research method used is descriptive research. The type of data used is primary data and data collection techniques, namely the interview method. From the results of the validity test all produce valid, descriptive tests produce 100% and the results of SEM data processing result in a lecturer status policy significantly influencing the performance of the lecturer.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of internet technology in the world, online games also experiencing rapid development, for example: Dota 2 which belongs to free-to-play is free to play and game players can purchase or sell virtual items of real money that have been converted into digital money. Virtual items in online games are the main source of income in the online gaming industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of satisfaction with games, character identification, funtional value, emotional value, social value, epistemic value and conditional value on the purchase intention of Dota 2 virtual goods. This study used Multiple Regression Analysis using online surveys on 175 respondents. The results showed that the variables of satisfaction with games, social value, epistemic value and conditional value had an effect purchase intention, while the variable variables of character identification, funtional value and emotional value did not affect the purchase intention of Dota 2 virtual goods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Amtran Jaya Kota Gorontalo, baik secara simultan maupun parsial.Hasil lingkungan kerja hipotesis pertama menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja yang Meliputi Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan Pada PT. Amtran Jaya Kota Gorontalo sebasar 72,8%. basarnya pengaruh ini termasuk kategori kuat. Sedangkan 27,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, misalnya faktor motivasi, kepuasan kerja, tingkat stress, kondisi fisik pekerjaan, system kompensasi, aspek-aspek ekonomis, aspek-aspek teknis, dan perilaku-perilakulainnya. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang meliputi Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkunga Kerja Non Fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan Pada PT. Amtran Jaya Kota Gorontalo sub variabel Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. sebesar 45,2%. dan Sub Variabel Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 53,2%.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved is to analyze the service attributes based on the level of expectationand level of performance according to advertisers in Lampung Post. The sample used is allthe consumers who ever put an ad in the daily newspaper Lampung Post. Analytical toolused is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) which is used to measure the level of one'ssatisfaction on the performance of others with the Cartesian diagram as a depiction of theresults of the data. The results obtained from 23 service attributes are divided into fiveservice dimenasi 6 attributes that are considered important and determine the quality ofservice Lampung Post to advertisers are the cleanliness of Lampung Post office, the availabilityof garbage and toilets, the availability of Wifi facilities, the availability of parking, Availabilityof welcome greeters, and the tidiness of Lampung Post's physical and building forms. thesesix attributes must be more attention or even need improvement so that the company'sperformance increases and is directly proportional to the expectations of advertisers whocome directly to the office Lampung Post.

Abstract

State Budget is an estimate of the financial state of high spending limits for financing the implementation of operational government unit for a period of one year. The purpose of this study are: i) to determine the State's budget management system in the hospital. Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang, ii) to assess the effectiveness and management of the budget efisiens Country in RSJ work unit. Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang.This research is a case study using descriptive which describe or explain the effectiveness and efficiency of the management of the State budget in the hospital. Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang. The sample in this research is financial managers in the financial directorate RSJ. Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang sampling technique is purposive sampling, ie sampling considerations and specific goals, data analysis method is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study that the system of management of the State budget in the hospital. Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang is a centralized system of budget management or setralisasi, effectiveness and efficiency of budget negaran viewed from one side has been effective and efficient but the other has not been effective and efficient. It has been effective and efficient views of system planning and budget preparation process: planning anggran from bottom to top (bottom up plaining), the effectiveness and efficiency of the process and the allocation of expenditure and monitoring and controlling the implementation of the budget. Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To determine product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty 2) analyze product quality influences satisfaction 3) analyze service quality influences satisfaction 4) analyze product quality has an effect on loyalty 5) analyze influential service quality to loyalty 6) To analyze satisfaction influences loyalty 7) To analyze product quality has an effect on loyalty through satisfaction 8) To analyze service quality has an effect on loyalty through satisfaction. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah iklan, penjualan pribadi, hubungan masyarakat dan pemasaran langsung berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah BRI cabang Jombang, dan diambil sampel 100 orang nasabah secara Non-Probability Sampling dengan pendekatan insidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Tahapan analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisislinier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis uji F dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Iklan, Penjualan Pribadi, Hubungan Masyarakat atau Pemberitaan, Pemasaran Langsung berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Berdasarkan analisis data statistik, indikator pada penelitian ini bersifat valid dan variabelnya bersifat reliabel. Hasil uji secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah, variabel yang berpengaruh dominan adalah Hubungan masyarakat atau pemberitaan. BRI cabang Jombang perlu mempertahankan elemen yang sudah dinilai baik oleh nasabah serta perlu memperbaiki halyang masih kurang.
