Abstract

Adolescence is a period that shows the nature of the transition from childhood to adolescence. Social media has a huge impact on the morals of teenagers today. Simple examples are not uncommon for teenagers' daily activities to be shared via social media. As is evident in Air Gegas Village, they are accustomed to being educated and nurtured by their parents to do, namely good deeds (behavior), but on the other hand, there are still some teenagers who have bad morals. So that it can result in them being influenced by the social media they use in everyday life without any direct filter from parents. Because the impact of that action can affect the morals of a teenager. This research uses quantitative methods. This research will also measure the level of use of social media. Akhlakul karimah in Air Gegas village increased by a value of 956. This shows that the existing Social Media variables contribute positively to morals, so that the more complete social media is, the more akhlakul karimah teenagers in Air Gegas Village will increase. There is an influence of social media on the morals of teenagers in Air Gegas Village. Remaja merupakan masa yang menunjukkan sifat transisi dari kanak-kanak menjadi remaja. Media sosial membawa dampak sangat besar terhadap akhlakul karimah remaja di masa sekarang. Contoh sederhana tidak jarang aktivitas sehari-hari remaja di bagikan lewat media sosial. Seperti yang nyata terjadi di Desa Air Gegas, mereka terbiasa dididik dan diasuh oleh kedua orang tuanya untuk melakukan, yakni perbuatan (perilaku) yang baik, namun disisi yang lain, masih terdapat beberapa remaja yang memiliki akhlak yang kurang baik. Sehingga dapat mengakibatkan mereka terpengaruh oleh media sosial yang digunakannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari tanpa ada filter dari orang tua secara langsung. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari perbuatan itu dapat mempengaruhi akhlakul karimah seorang remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif.Penelitian ini dilakukan akan diukur pula tingkat penggunaan media social. akhlakul karimah desa Air Gegas meningkat sebesar nilai 956. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel Media Sosial yang ada berkontribusi positif bagi akhlakul karimah, sehingga makin komplet Media Sosial, makin meningkat pula akhlakul karimah remaja Desa Air Gegas.Ada pengaruh media sosial terhadap akhlakul karimah remaja desa Air Gegas.

Abstract

The rate of return risk is one of the risks that Islamic banks in Indonesia should pay attention to. The purpose of this research is to predict the factors that affect the rate of return risk of Islamic banking in Indonesia (namely Islamic Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units) from 2015 to 2019. The research methodology used is multiple regression with the EViews data processing application. version 9. The results of this study found that the deposit variable has a significant positive effect on the rate of return risk, while the BI-rate variable does not effect on the rate of return risk of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Rate of return risk merupakan salah satu risiko yang harus menjadi perhatian oleh bank syariah di Indonesia. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rate of return risk perbankan syariah di Indonesia (yaitu Bank Umum Syariah dan Unit Usaha Syariah) dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan aplikasi pengolah data EViews versi 9. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa variabel deposito mempunyai pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap rate of return risk sedangkan variabel BI-rate tidak berpengaruh terhadap rate of return risk bank syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

This article aims to review and describe the strategy of religious tolerance education and its impact on the integrity of the Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) in Bangka Belitung. In the Bangka Belitung Islands, the life of the people is very heterogeneous and has a high level of plurality. There are many portraits of the diversity of ethnicities, cultures, religions, ethnicities and languages ​​that are integrated into the social dynamics of the people in Bangka Belitung. Of course, this plurality has the potential to cause horizontal conflict in society. Therefore, to study and examine in depth this reality an in-depth interview technique is used to obtain clear information about the principles of religious tolerance from the perspective of Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Confucianism. As a result, there are three educational strategies that can be developed by religious communities in Bangka Belitung; first, the strategy of educating the internal religious community; second, the strategy of educating people to maintain harmony between fellow religious communities; and third, the strategy of educating people to maintain harmony with the government. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas dan memaparkan strategi pendidikan toleransi beragama dan dampaknya terhadap keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) di Bangka Belitung. Di Kepulauan Bangka Belitung kehidupan masyarakatnya sangat heterogen dan memiliki tingkat pluralitas yang tinggi. Ada banyak potret keragaman suku, budaya, agama, etnis, dan bahasa yang menyatu dalam dinamika sosial masyarakat di Bangka Belitung. Tentu, pluralitas tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan konflik horizontal di tengah masyarakat. Oleh karena itu untuk mengkaji dan menelaah secara mendalam realitas tersebut digunakan teknik wawancara mendalam untuk mendapatkan informasi yang jelas mengenai prinsip toleransi beragama dalam perspektif agama Islam, Kristen, Budha, Hindu, dan Konghucu. Hasilnya, ada tiga strategi pendidikan yang dapat dikembangkan oleh umat beragama yang ada di Bangka Belitung; pertama, strategi mendidik dalam internal umat beragama; kedua, strategi mendidik umat untuk menjaga kerukunan antara sesama umat beragama; dan ketiga, strategi mendidik umat untuk menjaga kerukuan dengan pemerintah.

Abstract

IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung implements an academic information system at located at http://ecampus.iainsasbabel.ac.id. In the academic system, there is some information that can be obtained by students. All menus contained in the academic system of IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung are very beneficial for the campus, especially for students. With regard, it is necessary to measure the level of effectiveness of the academic information system application IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung. To measure the level of effectiveness of the academic information system IAIN SAS Bangka Belitung then used standard the ISO 9126 with indicators of Functionality, Reliability, Usability, and Efficiency. The results showed that the four indicators of the standard ISO 9126 provide sufficiently effective, and efficient for the students in the use of Academic Information Systems. IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung menerapkan sistem informasi akademik yang beralamat http://ecampus.iainsasbabel.ac.id. Di dalam sistem informasi akademik ini terdapat beberapa informasi yang bisa didapat oleh mahasiswa. Seluruh menu yang terdapat dalam sistem akademik IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung yang disiapkan sangat bermanfaat bagi kampus terutama bagi mahasiswa. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut perlu diukur tingkat efektivitas dari aplikasi sistem informasi akademik IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung. Untuk mengukur tingkat efektivitas sistem informasi akademik IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung digunakan standart ISO 9126 dengan indikator Functionality, Reliability, Usability dan Efficiency. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat variabel ISO 9126 memberikan hasil cukup efektif dan efisien bagi mahasiswa dalam penggunaan Sistem Informasi Akademik.

Abstract

This article discusses about the relevance of KH Imam Zarkasi thoughts of education in developing intrapersonal intelligence. It is a kind of library research using descriptive-qualitative method. The resutt of this research shows that KH. Imam Zarkasi`s thoughts are still very relevant to be implemented in developing students` intrapersonal intelligence. Among of his thoughts are; 1) developing intrapersonal intelligence can be through two ways; intentionally, that is through education in formal institutions, and unintentionally that is through interaction with the surrounding community and the nature. 2) The method of learning to develop intrapersonal intelligence is through individual training; by entrusting children to carry out their own duties with full responsibility, giving children the opportunity to make their own decisions and be responsible for their decisions, and other similar activities. These thoughts have been applied by KH Imam Zarkasi through the institution he developed, namely Pondok Pesantren Gontor. Among of his renewal efforts are; The implementation learning using classical system, the use of learning methods that provide opportunities for children to develop their thinking power critically, independently and responsibly, and provide extracurricular activities as a forum for students to develop themselves. Abstract

The concept of wasathiyah al-Islam is an important concept for the Islamic world today. Especially for the development of the da'wah method which metamorphosed into Da'wah wasathiyah al-Islam. Understanding Da'wah wasathiyyah al-Islam: 'is (justice), at-tawazun (balance), and tasamuh (tolerant) in religion is the responsibility of Islamic da'wah, including Islamic Religious Counselors, especially in Surakarta City. Functional Islamic Religious Extension is the main task to provide guidance or counseling and development in the language of religion. Surakarta is a barometer of various religious sects and schools ranging from radicalism, Wahhabism, liberalism is a challenge for Islamic Religious Extension, especially during this Covid 19 pandemic. Wasathiyah da'wah plays an active role in changing the mindset of the target group in responding to differences from one another, such as not highlighting differences in carrying out religious teachings, conducting joint recitations, and carrying out religious activities together, are indicators of the success of wasathiyah al-Islam da'wah.

Abstract

This research aims to: to know, understand and expose the virtues of the formation of good behavioral personality and methods used in the formation of good behavior personality of children in early marriage family environment in Lubuk Besar Sub-District bangka tengah regency. As for finding solutions to the above problems researchers use the following methodology: in this study researchers used a qualitative approach to phenomenology is to observe social symptoms, and the role of each individual to educate children and families in each member of society. Because every education has a purpose to build a good behavior, there is a pattern of empathy and a role that contains and implements educational values or that every family has the right to educate and be responsible for educating children and their families. The main informants in this study are the key informants in this study are Islamic Religious Education teachers and landfill teachers and the informants in this study are families and children of early marriage perpetrators, then for the supporting informants are the sub-district staff of Lubuk Besar to look for data on the general picture of Lubuk Besar Sub-District. And the data collection techniques in this study are: observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Then the analysis techniques that researchers use are: data reduction, data presentation and data verivcation. The result of this study is that the first, the formation of personality akhlakul kaimah in the early marriage family environment does not go the maximum, because the family as the person shaper of the child does not have enough provision in building a household so that parents who are married early have not been able to apply everything that is the responsibility as a parent in educating and raising the child. Second, as a large number of children have poor adab and morals and some children born to early married parents have physical and psychological disabilities such as being born in un-normal circumstances. Third, among parents who are married early already married two to three times due to various domestic conflicts that occur in early marriage families caused by the economy, as well as other problems. Fourth, most parents who marry early are more entrusted to teachers whether school teachers or teachers where their children learn to pay in providing religious education to the Fifth child, the causative factor of early marriage in Lubuk Besar Subdistrict is mainly due to economic, educational, parental factors and free associations that are stuck with the wrong courtship style. Although in Islam there is no age limit when a person will marry, but early marriage is highly discouraged because it will be fatal in either the home life or the child of an early marriage perpetrator if not provided with sufficient knowledge in educating children and households. Sixth, the average observer is an early marriage and a housewife. Seventh, the adverse effects of early marriage in Lubuk Besar sub-district include depression (crazy), not being able to take care of children, family conflict, early divorce, economic pressures, family disharmony, risky pregnancies, the head of the family difficulty finding work due to the lack of experience before marriage. Thus it is highly discouraged for today's young people to perform underage marriages. Because it will not only affect him and his family but also on the children of early marriage abusers who will become the next generation of the nation.

Abstract

In the New Normal era, Administrator Leadership Training is an administrator leadership training for civil servants which aims to improve performance leadership competencies must be implemented with e-learning, e-learning is an educational system that uses an electronic application system to support the teaching and learning process using internet, because the administrator leadership training with e-learning is the first training held in Bangka Belitung Province, therefore it is necessary to conduct an evaluation. This study aims to conduct a study of Widyaiswara's satisfaction with the implementation of Administrator Leadership Trainingwith e-learning, satisfaction is the feeling when expectation becomesreality. The research was carried out using a qualitative method by distributing questionnaires via google drive to the BKPSDM’s widyaiswara as an instructor of the education and training. The result shows that 14.12% widyaiswara were most satisfied, 50.57% were satisfied, 26.48% were quite satisfied, 7.65% were not satisfied, and 1.18% were dissatisfied, so it can be concluded that Widyaiswara was satisfied with the implementation of administrator leadership training with e-learning and further research was needed to find out the satisfaction of the participants and organizers. Di era New Normal Pelatihan kepemimpinan Administrator (PKA) yang merupakan pelatihan Kepemimpinan Administrator bagi Aparatur sipil negara (ASN) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kepemimpinan kinerja harus dilaksanakan dengan e-learning, dimana e-learning merupakan sistem pembelajaran yang menggunakan konsep sistem aplikasi elektronik dengan menggunakan konsep pembelajaran jarak jauh, karena pelatihan kepemimpinan Administrator dengan e-learning ini merupakan pelatihan yang pertama kali dilaksanakan di Provinsi Kepuluauan Bangka Belitung sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian kepuasaan widyaiswara terhadap pelaksanaan PKA dengan e-learning, dimana kepuasan adalah perasaan yang muncul saat kita membandingkan antara apa yang kita harapkan dengan apa yang menjadi kenyataan. Penelitian di dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner melalui berupa geogle form kepada widyaiswara BKPSDM sebagai pengampuh mata diklat, dari penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap kepuasan widyaiswara didapat hasil 14,12% widyaiswara menyatakan sangat puas, 50.57 % puas. 26.48 % cukup puas.7,65 % kurang puas, dan 1.18% widyaiswara tidak puas sehingga dapat disimpulkan widyaiswara merasa puas terhadap pelaksanan PKA yang dilakukan dengan e-learning dan untuk mengetahui kepuasan peserta dan penyelenggara perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

During the Covid 19 pandemic, education and training activities changed, before the pandemic everything was carried out normally in the classroom, at this time during the pandemic, the implementation of education and training for government officials at BKPSDM Bangka Belitung Province turned into a distance learning method. The purpose of the study was to find out how the implementation of training using a distance learning model for widyaiswara in the 2020 PKA training at BKPSDM, Bangka Belitung Province. The research method used in this study using qualitative research methods to obtain information about widyaiswara's perspective on the implementation of education and training using distance learning methods. The data collection technique used in this study, by surveying all lecturers who became facilitators in the administrator leadership training, by making several questions that were asked to the widyaiswara and distributed via a google form, besides that, direct observation were also carried out during the administration of leadership training in 2020 .Widyaiswara perspective as a facilitator about difficulties in learning using distance learning methods in administrator leadership training is an inconvenient internet signal network, as well as facilities and infrastructure that are less supportive, there are difficulties in communicating and interacting with participants, and less able to monitor the activeness of participants. moreover, the convenience felt by widyaiswara on learning using distance learning, which is more flexible, The collection of participants' tasks is easier, saving more time in learning because the time in distance learning is shorter and can reach to other places in a shorter time, easier in learning management, and can avoid disease transmission, so it is expected to learn using distance learning methods, the need for organizers to improve the internet network, prepare facilities and infrastructure that support to steady implementation of these activities, and as a widyaisawara the need to improve technical skills in learning using e learning, so that learning could operate better and dynamic. Pada masa pandemi covid 19, membuat aktivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan mengalami perubahan, sebelum pandemi semua dilakukan dengan normal di dalam kelas, pada saat sekarang di masa pandemi pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk para aparatur pemerintah di BKPSDM Provinsi Bangka Belitung berubah menjadi metode distance learning. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyelenggaraan diklat menggunakan model distance learning bagi widyaiswara pada diklat Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Administraor tahun 2020 di BKPSDM Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang perspektif widyaiswara terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan menggunakan metode distance learning. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan melakukan survey kepada seluruh widyaisawara yang menjadi fasilitator pada pelatihan kepemimpinan administrator, dengan membuat beberapa pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada widyaiswara dan disebarkan melalui google form, selain itu, juga dilakukan observasi secara langsung pada saat pelaksanaan Pelatihan kepemimpinan administrator tahun 2020. perspektif widyaiswara sebagai fasilitator mengenai kesulitan pada pembelajaran menggunakan metode distance learning pada pelatihan kepemimpinan administrator yaitu jaringan sinyal internet yang kurang baik, serta sarana dan prasarana yang kurang mendukung, adanya kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan peserta, serta kurang dapat memantau keaktifan peserta, selain itu kemudahan yang dirasakan widyaiswara pada pembelajaran menggunakan distance learning yaitu lebih fleksibel, pengumpulan tugas peserta lebih mudah, lebih menghemat waktu dalam pembelajaran karena waktu dalam pembelajaran distance learning lebih pendek dan bisa menjangkau ke tempat lain dalam waktu yang lebih singkat, kemudahan dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran, serta bisa terhindar dari penularan penyakit, sehingga diharapakan pada pembelajaran menggunakan metode distance learning, perlunya pihak penyelenggara meningkatkan jaringan internet, mempersiapkan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung untuk kelancaran pelaksanan kegiatan tersebut, dan sebagai seorang widyaisawara perlunya meningkatkan kemampuan tehnis dalam pembelajaran menggunakan e learning, agar pembelajaran dapat berjalan lebih baik dan dinamis.

Abstract

This research was carried out to see the existence of the Jerieng tribe who still carry out tribal activities such as enforcing customary law for their citizens, it is considered that some residents outside this community are something useless and not in accordance with the present era or are often called conservative. This research is expected to be able to generate and change this paradigm. In fact, what is the perspective of residents outside the Jerieng tribe community is not true. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods, namely research or investigations that aim at solving problems that exist in the implementation of Jerieng tribal law. The intention is to see the implementation of customary law in the current Jerieng people. The main data collection was done through observation and in-depth interviews. Furthermore, all data collected, both primary and secondary data in the form of books, scientific papers, articles, observations or interviews, are analyzed (content analysis) and collided with theoretical foundations in order to obtain a picture and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of customary law of the Jerieng tribe such as Maleng customary law, Betian customary law in Uten, Bekelai and Munoh customary law, Buyong and Pateng Pemalei customary law which is still valid in the Jerieng tribal area contains Islamic educational values. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk melihat eksistensi suku Jerieng yang masih melaksanakan aktivitas kesukuan seperti memberlakukan hukum adat bagi warganya dianggap sebagian warga diluar komunitas ini adalah sesuatu yang sia-sia dan tidak sesuai dengan zaman sekarang atau sering disebut kolot. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menghasilkan dan merubah paradigma tersebut. Sesungguhnya apa yang menjadi perspektif warga diluar komunitas suku Jerieng itu tidak benar. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu penelitian atau penyelidikan yang bertujuan pada pemecahan masalah yang ada pada implementasi hukum adat suku Jerieng. Dimaksudkan untuk melihat implementasi hukum adat pada masyarakat suku Jerieng yang berlaku sekarang ini. Pengumpulan data utamanya dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Selanjutnya semua data yang terkumpul, baik data primer dan sekunder yang berbentuk buku, karya ilmiah, artikel, hasil observasi atau wawancara dianalisis (content analysis) dan diperbenturkan dengan landasan teori agar didapat gambaran dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi hukum adat suku Jerieng seperti Hukum adat Maleng, hukum adat Betian di Uten, hukum adat Bekelai dan Munoh, hukum adat Buyong dan Pateng Pemalei yang hingga kini masih berlaku di wilayah suku Jerieng mengandung nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam.
