Abstract

This research aims to identify the effectiveness of program 86 NET TV on increasing driving awareness of Bogor City community. The data analysis technique uses a quantitative explanatory survey method by taking data through a questionnaire, and document.The results of the research based on the effectiveness of the program 86 NET (X) significantly affects the community's awareness of driving (Y). The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination test show that the effectiveness of the program affects driving awareness by 49.5 percent, meaning that it is not only the program effectiveness factor that affects public awareness of driving

Abstract

Abstract                    This study aims to determine how the public relations strategy of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta in establishing communication to residents of the building shop tenants on the Nyi Raja Permas street in Bogor Station area before curbing occurred.                    The technique used to answer the problems presented is qualitative-descriptive using the Communication Strategy theory proposed by Effendy. This theory is used to find out about how the communication strategy carried out by Public Relations of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta to the residents who are disciplined. The research subjects used in this study were Suprapto as Senior Public Relations Manager, Ayep Hanapi as Junior Manager of Public Relations, Nanda Public Relations Staff and one of the residents who were disciplined. Data collection techniques using field observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation.                    The research results related to the communication strategy carried out by the public relations of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Jakarta Operational Area 1, namely through two-way communication which emphasizes more on persuasive communication strategies and informative communication strategies. Persuasive communication strategies and informative communication strategies are very visible when the public relations of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Jakarta Operational Area 1 conducted a dialogue with the tenants of the shophouse on the Nyi Raja Permas street in Bogor Station area through a socialization program, here the Public Relations of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) explained to residents that the area would later be built residential area integrated with the station and residents who would be disciplined would be moved or relocated to Pasar Kebon Kembang Bogor, of course the Public Relations of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 1 Jakarta also explained informally that this development project was a government project to improve the efficiency of the use of rail transportation. Keywords: Communications Strategy, Land Controlling, Transit Oriented Development

Abstract

This study aims to determine research trends related to online learning and the effectiveness of online learning. The study used a qualitative approach with the online literature review method where in collecting data information with documentation techniques, namely looking for data on relevant matters from various online sources such as journals, research results, documents, books, magazines, news. The criteria for the articles and news chosen were a discussion of the online learning process. The results of this study from 40 articles collected showed that the trend of online learning research was dominated by a qualitative approach, followed by quantitative and combined methods using primary and secondary data. As for data collection using interviews, observation, participatory. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, literature review and experimental. Learning is considered effective before the pandemic by 58.8%, decreasing at the time of the pandemic by 41.2%. Based on the level of early childhood education, primary schools, secondary schools and tertiary institutions are considered effective, but in practice there is still a need for improvement to be better. Keyword : effectiveness; literature review; online learning; trend of online learning.

Abstract

A crisis is an unexpected, dramatic, sometimes unprecedented event that pushes an organization into chaos, and can destroy the organization without any real action. The policy of the Minister of Manpower Regulation (Permenaker) number 2 of 2022 regarding the payment of Old Age Protection (Jaminan Hari Tua / JHT)) provoked protests and strong criticism from workers. The payment of the old-age protections, which must wait until the age of the worker reaches 56 years, has an impact on the emergence of a wave of protests throughout Indonesia in the period from February to April 2022. In this study, researchers conducted a study on how the Ministry of Manpower's public relations team (Kemenaker RI) who were members of the Ministry of Manpower crisis team tried to get through this crisis well. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by taking research data with interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Researchers want to find out more about the causes of the crises that occurred, what are the stages of the crises that they went through and what real conditions emerged that could be observed, and strategies for managing the crises that occurred. The results of the study can show that the cause of this crisis is a crisis of confrontation due to widespread protests and criticism from workers throughout Indonesia, then the stages of the crisis include the phases of prodromal crisis, acute crisis, chronic crisis, and resolution crisis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of consumers and consumer perceptions in making decisions about purchasing traditional food of Bogor, figure out the purchase decisions of traditional food of Bogor, find the correlation between characteristics and perceptions of consumers in decision-making of Bogor traditional food. Tourists who visited Bogor became the populations of this research. The samples are100 people using the Probability Sampling technique: Stratified random sampling. The results showed that the characteristics of consumers were dominated by women with an average age of 23-28 years, with Diploma / Bachelor education, with an average monthly income of Rp. 3,000,000-Rp. 4,000,000 and working as a private employee. Consumer perception in purchasing decisions of traditional food of Bogor showed the "upper" category because the average score obtained from the product quality indicator is 4.14, service quality is 3.85, prices is 3.88 and brands is 4.20 (scale 1 to 5). The decision to purchase a Bogor traditional food shows an average score with "agree” in category on each indicators about purchasing stability in a product of 3.98, the goal of buying a product of 3.81, information processing for up to purchase of 3.95, provide recommendations to others amounting to 3.46 (scale 1 to 5). There is no significant correlation between the characteristics of consumers with purchasing decision making with a correlation level of -0.024 (negative) means the the relationship between the two variables is opposing direction. The results of the analysis of the relationship between consumer perception variables with purchasing decision making showed a significant relationship with a correlation level of 0.360 (positive) with a high degree of correlation, so that the relationship between the two variables is unidirectional.Keywords: Consumer Perception, Consumer Behavior, Purchasing Decision Maker.

Abstract

Parasite (Korean: Gisaengchung) is a South Korean movie directed by Bong Joon-Ho. This movie, which is presented in 2019, is a dark humor film genre filled with tense scenes and dramas. Themes of social problems or problems that occur in South Korean society, namely poverty, are also presented in this movie. This research aims to analyze the poverty of a thriller drama movie. The meaning of poverty can be observed from several scenes through the relationship between signs and semiotic meanings using Charles Sanders Peirce's model with the concept of a triangle of meaning, namely sign, object and interpretant. Qualitative research in the form of Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic analysis is used as a method in this research.  Five of the entire scenes of the movie are selected as representations of poverty. The five scenes are analyzed through the relation of signs, objects and interpretant depicted in each scene. There are signs and meanings which describe poverty in several scenes in accordance with the type of poverty, namely relative poverty. The results of this study concluded that there are several scenes that represent poverty which is categorized into relative poverty as seen from the aspect of social inequality. This is because there are several characters who can make ends meet their minimum basic needs but they are still far lower than their surrounding society.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the communication management carried out by DISKOMINFOSTANDI in an effort to improve service quality through the Si Badra Application program. This  research  is  a  used  of  descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the communication management process carried out consisted of four stages, namely the analysis, planning, implementation, and control stages. In this stage DISKOMINFOSTANDI was less prepared in the implementation process, namely the training carried out. But it is very good in the other processes.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to identify the characteristic of morning-daily journalist of Radar Bogor news, the factor of morning-daily profession welfare, the perception of morning-daily journalist of Radar Bogor news and the relation between factor of profession welfare with the perception of morning-daily journalist of Radar Bogor news. The used method of this study was quantitative descriptive correlational. The used theory is Rakhmat perception theory. This study was done by spreading the questionnaire to 26 morning-daily journalists of Radar Bogor news. The used sampling technic was non-probability sampling. The analyzing data technic were statistical descriptive and statistical inferential analysis. The used counting methods of this study used the testing correlation with the formulas Ordinal Rank Spearman and Pearson Chi Square for the nominal data, for processing the data were by using SPSS 22.0 and validity testing by using the formulas of Pearson Product Moment. Validity and reliability testing stated that valid and reliable. The result of relational testing between variable was known that the relation (X1) as characteristic of morning-daily journalist of Radar Bogor news and variable (Y) as the perception of morning-daily journalist of Radar Bogor news stated that really unrelated. Then the result of relation testing between variable (X2) as factor of profession welfare with the perception of morning-daily journalist of Radar Bogor news with the variable (Y) as the perception of morning-daily journalist of Radar Bogor news stated that really unrelated. As for the result of this study related to the perception of morning-daily journalist of Radar Bogor news against profession welfare obtained data that morning-daily journalist of Radar Bogor news gave the positive perception against the factor of profession welfare.Key words: journalist, perception, the factor of profession welfare

Abstract

This study aims to determine the communication strategy of counseling guidance counselor (BK) teacher messages in guiding students to determine university majors in class XII students at SMAN 1 Sukaraja, what are the communication effects and what obstacles encountered by the Guidance Counseling teacher. This research uses Miles and Huberman data analyzing. The results show that the communication strategy of the counseling message give the counseling guidance teacher to help students determine university majors in class XII at SMAN 1 Sukaraja quite good in accordance with the communication strategy proposed by Hafied Cangara namely the determination of communicators, defines target and audience needs, preparation techniques message and media selection. Some of the obstacles that are no other than internal and external factors. Internal factors come from the school itself while external factors come from problems outside the school. The apprenticeship program from the school itself includes no campus surgical or carrer-B programs. External factors related from outside the school are family backgrounds that are less supportive of students in determining university majors. The community relations or public relation at school need to be made so that external factors could be stronger. More actively looking for scholarship programs, learning from the experience of seniors who have succeeded, balancing the desires of parents with personal ideals, so that such things must be able to be encouraging students.Keywords: communication strategy; counseling message; counseling guidance; students class XII.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge Tourism Communication Management in Tourism Management During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is motivated by the current condition of the Covid-19 pandemic, so how can the tourism sector carry out strategies for tourism management during the pandemic. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive approach. Key informants used as many as 1 person and 4 informants. Data collection techniques used are through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study, Communication Management in the Management of Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge Tourism During the Covid-19 Pandemic, namely by carrying out the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling processes which have gone quite well in the management travel during the Covid-19 pandemic. In planning, the tourism manager uses his Instagram social media by multiplying video and image content to inform tourism and the preparation of planned programs has been going well, the organization carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic has no reduction of employees, the implementation of maintaining infrastructure in an efficient manner. periodically, and supervision is carried out by means of evaluation as well as several parties involved in the supervision.
