Jurnal Pundi ( E-ISSN: 2656-2278 ) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan platform bagi para peneliti mapan dan karier awal. Jurnal ini menerima penelitian- makalah berbasis dari bidang Manajemen, Akuntansi, dan Ilmu Ekonomi. Diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Keuangan, Perbankan dan Pembangunan Padang yang dapat digunakan oleh peneliti, dosen, dan mahasiswa di lingkungan kemenristekdikti RI.     Fast traslate Icon translate The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of commitment, communication, and service quality on loan customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Painan. To achieve customer satisfaction PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Painan makes it easy for customers to make loans to personal loans which is one type of credit that is in great demand of the public. This is because the procedure is easier, namely the credit ceiling taken based on multiplying the employee's net salary with the provisions with the bank. The population in this study were all loan customers at PT. PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Painan totaling 4,985 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling, while the number of samples used for analysis was 100 people. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression. The hypothesis testing uses statistical T test. The results of the study show that the commitment variable does not have an influence on the satisfaction of loan customers at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Painan. While communication and service quality variables have a significant influence on loan customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality on E-filing user satisfaction in Surakarta. The population and sample in this study are individual taxpayers registered at the Pratama Surakarta Tax Office in 2019. The data collection technique of this study uses incidental sampling techniques, and the determination of the number of samples using Slovin formula with a sample of 100 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it shows that there is a positive influence on system quality and service quality on E-filing user satisfaction. While the quality of information does not affect E-filing user satisfaction.Keywords: System Quality, Information, Services, User Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the Quality of Service (X) which consists of 5 research variables namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty and Customer Loyalty (Y) at PT. Bank Nagari, West Sumatra Branch Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat, using data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire of 100 respondents. In data analysis using validity, reliability, and classic assumption tests namely normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. As for testing the hypothesis that is the F test, the T test, the determinant coefficient R2 using SPSS tools. The results showed that the Tangible variable did not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat Branch, Reliability variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat Branch, responsiveness variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat Branch, Assurance variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat Branch, Empathy variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat West Pasaman Branch. Based on the results of linear regression testing found that the variable Service Quality consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy does not have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Along with social and economic progress, there have been increasing demands in various aspects of life. Therefore, producers must be able to keep pace with changing circumstances to gain consumer loyalty in order to thrive and succeed in the existing market share. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and branding strategy on consumer loyalty. The population used in this study was residents of Bandar Buat village, Padang who used Tupperware products. The sample is comprised of 85 people. The data was processed using the SPSS program. The results show that product quality and branding has strong influence on consumer loyalty which means that if the products are of high quality and the brand is associated with a positive image, the consumer will be more loyal to an item despite the existence of a number of rival products. Keywords: product quality, brand, customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Mandiri Ulak Karang Padang Sub-Branch Office, (2) To determine the effect of trust on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Mandiri Ulak Karang Padang Sub-Branch Office., (3) ) To determine the effect of commitment on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Mandiri Ulak Karang Padang Sub Branch Office, (4) To determine the effect of service quality, trust, and commitment to customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Mandiri Ulak Karang Padang Sub Branch Office. The variables used in this study are service quality, trustworthiness, and commitment as independent variables and customer loyalty as the dependent variable.This type of research is quantitative research, with descriptive causal. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The number of samples used is 100 samples who are customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Ulak Karang Padang Sub-Branch Office.The results of this study indicate that service quality, trust, and commitment have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The adjusted R2 value is 0.814, then the contribution of the influence of service quality, trust, and commitment to customer loyalty is 81.4% and 18.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This means that the three variables need to be considered and considered by the company.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of service quality, namely: tangible (physical evidence), empathy (empathy), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (response) and assurance (assurance) on consumer decisions. Pt. Prima Fajar Mandiri Padang Panjang. Popuulasi in this study as many as 77 respondents, sampling was done using the total sampling method. Data collection techniques are done by questionnaire. Data analysis is conducted with multiple regression analyst techniques. The results showed that tangilble (physical evidence), empathy (empathy), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (response) and assurance (guarantee) had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: quality of service, purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze how much influence the Leadership Style, Compensation, and Performance in PT. Tigaraksa Satria TBK Jambi. The instrument used in this study is a statement consisting of several statements about leadership style and compensation for employee performance. This study uses a saturated sample, where the entire research population will be selected as a sample of 48 people. The analysis technique used is multiple regression using SPSS tools. Research Results Based on the tests that have been carried out on leadership style on employee performance, the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tigaraksa Satria TBK Jambi, compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline either partially or simultaneously on employee performance in pdam padang. The population in this study are employee of pdam padang, amounting to 271 people with a total sample of 73 poeple using the slovin formula. Based on the research reults, the work environment and work discipline partially positive significant effect the pdam padang because the regression coefficient is positive. Ie b1 = 0.543 and sig value 0,000 is smaller than level of significant (α) 0.05. Work environment significantly positively effect the employee performance because the regression coefficient is positive, ie b2 = 0.642 and sig value 0,000 is smaller than level of significant (α) 0.05. Work discipline simultaneously significantly effect the employee performance because of sig 0.000 which is smaller than the level of significant (α) 0.05 and 37.2% of employee performance which is influenced by the working environment and working discipline, while 62.8% of employee performance is influenced by variables other than the models studied which are apart from the working environment and working discipline.Keyword: Environment, Diciplin, Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out influence of board of commissioner, and institisonal ownership to value of the company on manufacture companies. This study objects is manufacturing company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and the observation period from 2014 to 2018, the sampling technique used is purpisive sampling. This study used data of company’s annual financial statement and annual report summary has been obtained from the official website of IDX. This type study is quantitative research. The sample used was companies manufacture in 2014-2018 totaling 26 samples. Data analysis method used in this study is regression analysis in panel data. The result of the study show that board of commissioner has a negative significant effect on value of the company (PBV). Institusional ownership has a significant negative  not effect on value of the company (PBV).Kata kunci : Independent board of commissioners, institutional ownership, firm value (PBV).
