Jurnal Pundi ( E-ISSN: 2656-2278 ) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan platform bagi para peneliti mapan dan karier awal. Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of return on asset (ROA) and efficiency (BOPO) to Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) at PT. Bank Nagari in Padang year 2016-2018. Object of this study taken Bank Nagari accessed on website www.banknagari.co.id and obtained banking monthly report as much 36 data. This research classified the quantitative research. Data analysis is done by multiple linear regressions as a statistics tool. Hypotheses test used t-statistic and f-statistic at level significance 5%.Data procesing using eviews8. The result shows that ROA have a significant negativeinfluence on CAR and BOPO have a significant negative influence on CAR.. However, ROA and BOPO have a significant influence to CAR simultaneously. Based on coefficient determination showed, all independent variables have 22,70% contribution value toward CAR

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh PDRB per kapita, pendidikan, kesehatan, kemiskinan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) kabupaten dan kota di Sumatera Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data panel, data panel merupakan gabungan antara data time series dengan data cross section, data time series untuk penelitian ini dari tahun 2018 – 2020, sedangkan data cross section terdiri dari 19 kabupaten dan kota di Sumatera Barat, sehingga jumlah data untuk penelitian ini adalah 3 x 19 = 57. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah model fixed effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PDRB per kapita, pendidikan, dan kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence about the effect of Taxpayer Awareness and Tax Sanctions on Taxpayer Compliance at KPP Pratama Padang Satu. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data obtained from primary data is through questionnaires by using incidental sampling technique and by using the slovin formula. The population in this study were all individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Padang Satu in 2020 using 100 samples in this study consisting of individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Padang Satu.The results of the study produce a coefficient of determination which indicates that taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions affect taxpayer compliance by 28.4%, while 71.% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Taxpayer Awareness, Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Compliance

Abstract

Fishery production in Padang City is dominated by catch fisheries. The catch of fish from year to year continues to increase. The purpose of this research is to study the marketing of fresh marine fish in Padang Utara District, Padang City with the SWOT method approach so that it can help traders in facing market competition and increasing sales in the future. The results showed that the more appropriate strategy to be used in determining the business development strategy of fresh sea fish traders in North Padang District, Padang City was in quadrant III, which means that it supports the Turn Around Strategy (reverse strategy) which is to achieve opportunities for fresh sea traders in the District. North Padang is very big, but on the other hand it faces some internal constraints/weaknesses. The focus of this strategy is to minimize the internal problems of fresh sea traders in North Padang District so that they can improve a better development strategy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on financial distress. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample consists of 12 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 using purposive sampling. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results show that the profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, leverage ratios and activity ratios have a positive and significant effect on financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019

Abstract

The purpose of investment done by investors in the capital market is to get return of said investment. Expectations of investors in investing is to obtain dividend payout ratio. dividend payout ratio can be determined by analyzing the company's financial performance which is proxied by Current Ratio, Return on Assets, and Company Growth. Dividend policy is an established guide for the firm to determine the amount of money it will pay out as dividends to investors. The size of the dividend to be distributed by the company to investors depends on the dividend policy of each company. This study aims to find out the effect of liquidity, profitability, and company’s growth on dividend policy. The sample of this research is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2020 which were selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is a panel data regression model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, that liquidity has no effect on dividend policy, profitability has a significant negative effect on dividend policy, and company’s growth has no effect on dividend policy. Keywords: liquidity, profitability, company’s growth, dividend policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the filing and inputting procedures of BRIMEN and to conduct research on discrepancies between documents in the BRIMEN system and data stored in one place at Bank BRI Unit Sleko Madiun. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection, namely observation and analysis of brimen data in BRI Unit Sleko. Good archiving procedures are needed, the goal is that existing documents are not lost and are easily found when needed. As an effort to manage customer documents properly, Bank BRI has created a digital system called Brimen (BRI Document Management System). The use of digital systems means making changes from conventional to digital systems in terms of services to fairly strict internal improvements. It can be concluded that there are seven stages in archiving Brimen starting from sorting brimen archives to arranging boxes on shelves. Meanwhile, Brimen input can be done in two ways, namely Brimen input from Microsoft Excel and BRIMEN registers (Manual List and Q-RIS).Keywords: Bank Rakyat Indonesia; Application of Digital Systems; Financial Institutions; Input Procedures; Brimen

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the creativity of fish processors in Pasia Nan Tigo Village, Koto Tangah District, Padang City. This type of research uses quantitative research using survey research methods. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression with independent variables namely Motivation, Interests, Creativity Attitudes and Processing Facilities/Equipment with the dependent variable being the amount of processed fish production. The results showed that the factors that influence the creativity of fish processors in Pasia Nan Tigo Village are motivational factors with a t-count value of 2.223 > t-table 2.05183 and an interest factor seen by a t-count value of 2.122 > 2.05183. The results of the F test also show that the calculated F is greater than the F table 23.555 > 2.73. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) Adjusted R Square shows that 74.4 percent of processed fish production variables can be explained by the variables of Motivation, Interests, Creativity Attitudes and Processing Facilities/Equipment. While 25.6 percent is influenced by other variables not included in the mode regression.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of interest rates SBI and Inflation on the performance of Sham Mutual Funds. This research uses Monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) of equity mutual funds registered with the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), as well as monthly data on SBI Interest Rates and Inflation obtained from Bank Indonesia monthly report. By using purposive sampling method selected fourteen equity mutual funds that are active and always exist in five years research to analyze as sample. Indicators used in Determining the performance of equity mutual funds is the Sharpe ratio method. Statistical test that used in this research is multiple regression test. Research result shows that the SBI Interest Rate and Inflation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of equity funds.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of promotion and service on consumer choice when using food services in Padang City during the Covid-19 pandemic with a case study on the Gunung Pangilun community. The research involves quantitative research, the population of this research is the public and students of Padang city who used Go-Jek in Go-Food services. In this study population, there were 14,700 service users from January to June. The sampling method used in this study was non-probability sampling. The non-probability sampling method used in this study was random sampling. The number of samples collected in this study was 60 people. respondents. Data analysis techniques used validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive analysis (TCR testing), classical hypothesis/assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that promotion, physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a positive and significant impact on consumer decision on  the use of  Go-Food services during the Covid-19 pandemic in Gunung Pangilun, Padang city. Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, Consumer Decision, Go-Food.
