Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah instrumen tes diagnostik untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang berbentuk uraian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Plomp yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu: (1) tahap pengkajian awal (preliminary investigation phase), (2) tahap perancangan (desaian phase), (3) tahap realisasi/konstruksi (realization/construction phase), dan (4) tahap tes, evaluasi dan revisi (test, evaluation and revision phase). Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MAN 1 Makassar yang berjumlah 38 orang siswa. Hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa instrumen tes diagnostik berbentuk uraian ini sudah dikatakan valid karena hasil CVR yang diperoleh adalah 1 dan telah memenuhi kriteria yaitu ≥0,99 dan hasil CVI yang diperoleh adalah 1 dengan kategori sangat sesuai atau berada pada kisaran 0,68-1,00. Hasil uji reliabilitas yang diperoleh adalah 0,75 dengan kategori tinggi dan berada pada kisaran 0,60<r11<0,80. Instrumen tes diagnostik berbentuk uraian memiliki tingkat kesukaran dengan hasil rata-rata 0,56 dengan kategori sedang yaitu berada pada kisaran 0,31-0,70. Instrumen tes diagnostik berbentuk uraian memiliki daya pembeda dengan rata-rata 0,34 dengan kategori cukup dan berada pada kisaran 0,20Dp0,40. Hasil data tes diagnostik berbentuk uraian untuk mengidentifikasi pemahaman konsep siswa, dapat diketahui bahwa jumlah siswa yang termasuk dalam kategori paham konsep 29,74%, persentase siswa yang mengalami miskonsepsi sebesar 32,11% dan persentase siswa yang tidak paham konsep sebesar 38,16%. ABSTRACT This study aims to produce a diagnostic test instrument to identify the level of understanding of students' mathematical concepts in the form of descriptions. The type of research used is Research and Development (R & D). The development model used is the Plomp model which consists of 4 stages, namely: (1) the initial assessment phase (preliminary investigation phase), (2) the design stage (desaian phase), (3) the realization phase / construction phase, and (4) the stages of testing, evaluation and revision (test, evaluation and revision phase). The subjects of the trial in this study were the eleventh grade students of MAN 1 Makassar, which amounted to 38 students. The results of the trial conducted, it was found that the diagnostic test instrument in the form of this description was said to be valid because the CVR results obtained were 1 and had met the criteria of ≥0.99 and the CVI results obtained were 1 with a very appropriate category or in the range 0, 68-1.00. The reliability test results obtained are 0.75 with a high category and are in the range of 0.60 <r11 <0.80. The diagnostic test instrument in the form of description has a level of difficulty with an average result of 0.56 with a moderate category which is in the range of 0.31-0.70. The diagnostic test instrument in the form of description has a differentiating power with an average of 0.34 with sufficient categories and in the range of 0.20 <Dp0.40. The results of diagnostic test data in the form of a description to identify students' conceptual understanding, it can be seen that the number of students included in the conceptual understanding category is 29.74%, the percentage of students who experience misconceptions is 32.11% and the percentage of students who do not understand the concept is 38.16% .

Abstract

The purpose of this research are : 1) knowing the process of developing interactive with using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional media, 2) knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning with using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional media, 3). knowing the ability of students' mathematical understanding after using the Adobe Flash CS3 Professional media. The type of research is Research and Development (R & D) with One-Group Pretest-Posttest. The research was conducted at Mardi Waluya 2 Sukabumi Junior High School in the 2018/2019 semester event. The writer take the population of this study is on VII class. The sample used simple random sampling and for the instruments used were validation questionnaires media and tests. Data analysis techniques are using the Likert scale for validation questionnaires media, using the T test to determine effectiveness, and N-Gain to determine the increase in students' mathematical understanding skills. Interactive learning media are valued by media experts and material experts, with the results obtained that are valid so that they can be used in learning. The results of the effectiveness test are Thit (8.78)> T table (1,699) with a significant level used which is 5%. With high criteria of N-Gain test results are 75.61. Based on the results of these studies, interactive learning with using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional media can be effective in learning and can improve students' of mathematical understanding skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis kesalahan siswa dan faktor-faktor penyebab kesalahan siswa serta solusi untuk mengatasi kesalahan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal trigonometri berdasarkan teori Newman. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Tempat dilaksanakan penelitian ini yaitu di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Sukabumi. Pengambilan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Busana Butik SMK Negeri 3 Kota Sukabumi yang terdiri enam orang siswa dengan teknik pengambilan subjek secara purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan/verivikasi. Setelah data dianalisis kemudian data divalidasi dengan keabsahan datanya dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik, yaitu dengan membandingkan hasil dari jawaban tes diagnostik siswa pada soal tes dan hasil wawancara pada subjek. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah jenis kesalahan membaca yang dilakukan subjek penelitian pada kesalahan membaca mencapai 3%. Jenis kesalahan pemahaman yang dilakuan oleh subjek mencapai 27%, kesalahan transformasi yang dilakukan subjek mencapai 12%, jenis kesalahan keterampilan yang dilakukan subjek mencapai 20%. Dan jenis kesalahan yang sering dilakukan subjek adalah jenis kesalahan kesimpulan mencapai 38%. Faktor yang menyebabkan siswa melakukan kesalahan yaitu faktor internal atau faktor yang ada pada dalam diri siswa seperti kurangnya ketelitian dalam menyelesaikan soal, lupa rumus, kelelahan karena selesai praktikkum, dsb. Solusi untuk kesalahan siswa yaitu dengan cara sering memberikan soal yang beragam dan bervariasi tentang materi trigonometri, kemudian guru membimbing dan melatih keterampilan siswa dan ketelitian siswa dan dilatih membiasakan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal secara sistematis, lalu dibahas bersama agar pemahaman subjek penelitan lebih baik lagi, sehingga akan membuat siswa terbiasa menentukan rumus atau konsep dengan tepat.

The results of the research that has been done are and can be concluded that there is a difference or influence of Kahoot application interactive games to improve the understanding of mathematical concepts, the application of a kahoot interactive game is better than learning by using conventional learning in improving the ability to understand the mathematical concepts in working on the problem with Use the app's interactive game from the work of the book.

Abstract

Salah satu model yang paling cocok dengan pendekatan saintifik adalah model problem based learning (Marsigit,2013).Problem based learning pada intinya memberikan masalah kepada siswa sebagai ganti materi/isi pembelajaran, dan dalam prosesnya, siswa bisa memcahkan masalah tersebut. Sama halnya dengan pendekatan saintifik, dalam problem based learning juga menjadikan guru sebagai fasilitator dalam proses pembelajaran. Sebagai fasilitator, guru harus mempuyai strategi yang baik sehingga tujuan pembelajaran bisa tercapai secara optimum.Menurut Cindy and Barrow (2006), dengan strategi yang terukur, guru dapat memfasilitasi siswa untuk menggunakan penalaran yang efektif dalam proses pemecahan masalah.Sehingga penggunaan PBL yang baik, dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematika siswa dalam menemukan konsepnya sendiri

Abstract

This research aims to develop high quality learning materials (RPS and RPP) in the event of the upcoming industrial era 4.0, from validity, practicality, and effectivity aspects to improve creative thinking ability. This development research consisted of 10 steps, i.e.: (1) research on previous research findings, (2) literary study, (3) designing and developing research instruments, (4) designing and developing products, (5) internal testing of the design, (6) design revision, (7) building research products, (8) limited testings, (9) product revision, and (10) public testings. This research was performed in STMIK Akakom Yogyakarta. The product of this research was regarded as of high quality if the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectivity are met. The data was collected using questionnaire (validity and practicality) and testing (effectivity). The result shows that in the event of the upcoming industrial era 4.0, the learning materials (RPS and RPP) are of hogh quality from validity, practicality, and effectivity aspects so as to be used to improve 31,7% creative thinking ability.

Abstract

The aim of this research’s are : 1) giving opportunity for asking the material what given by the lecturer, 2) giving the alternative how to solve the problem, 3) giving the stimulus of the student for show and understanding the idea, 4) giving the opportunity for see and find the giving solution of problem and 5) giving the stimulus to take the resk. This research is use the Problem Solving Education for increasing the creativity of study math in Mathematic subject in Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. And the result of this research’s are : 1) Reaching the knowledge of understanding the material of mathematic, 2) have the skill of show their suggestion and respecting some suggestion of their friends, 3) have the knowledge to see and problem solving to do the exercise of mathematic, 4) have the ability of showing their suggestion, and 5) have the ability to take a resk and improving their ability for solving some problems in mathematic it self.

Abstract

Salah satu mata pelajaran yang cukup sulit dan penting menurut siswa adalah matematika. Berdasarkan hal ini maka perlu adanya penelitian untuk mengatahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi belajar matematika siswa terutama tingkat SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif berupa data skor rata-rata dari setiap item kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat diketahui bahwa skor rata-rata tertinggi yang diperoleh yaitu berkaitan dengan guru. Menurut siswa SMA, keakraban guru dengan siswa merupakan faktor yang sangat memengaruhi belajar matematika. Sedangkan faktor yang memperoleh skor rata-rata terendah yaitu keadaan ekonomi keluarga.

Abstract

This study was aims to determine the differences in students mathematical understanding abilities with using snowball throwing learning model compared to direct learning model, and to determine the effect of snowball throwing learning model on improving students' mathematical understanding abilities. The benefit of this study is to provide information about how big the effect of snowball throwing learning model on students' mathematical comprehension abilities. This study used a quasi-experimental method. The Population used in this study was class VIII students of MTs-Al-Musthofa with a total sample 60 people taken by random sampling technique. The instrument that used in this reseacrh is test intrument mathematical comprehension ability consisting of 5 items essays. The results of the study showed that: 1) the ability of students' mathematical understanding using the snowball throwing learning model was better than the direct learning model. 2) There was an increase in the students' mathematical understanding ability using the snowball throwing learning model.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses how to improve students' abilities after using a problem-based learning model in mathematics learning material. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative research consists of experimental methods and survey methods. In this study using the experimental method. The experimental method used to find interaction. The research design used was a quasi-experimental design with class 2 research taken from class VIII SMP in one of the cities of Sukabumi. The research sample used cluster random sampling technique. The research design used in this study was the design of the pretest-posttest control group. The instrument used in this study is essay questions as many as 6 items which have been declared valid and reliable. Based on the prerequisite test of the data produced by the research data, it is not normally distributed so that further testing is carried out, namely the mann-withney test. From the data analysis, the average posttest value of the experimental students with the problem based learning learning model was 18,24 and the average score of the posttest control class students without using the problem based learning learning model was 15,17. There is a significant difference in student learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the mann-withney test so this study rejects H0 and accepts H1. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes in mathematical punishment abilities of students who use learning by using problem-based learning models on the material to get a flat side space.
