Abstract

Data security is very important data needed to stay awake in strict confidence from hacker intrusion or criminals who want to steal the data. Data security methods that are used in this paper is a digital image encryption by using a modified Hill’s code which is done by changing the way of encryption. If we are using Hill’s code then matrix pixel multiplied is the key matrix while on the modification Hill’s code before the key matrix then the matrix is multiplied pixels must be added to the results of the main diagonal elements of the matrix times key. The results obtained in the process of digital image encoding indicating that the image is encoded with password modification results of modified Hill's code more mixed reviews when compared to the image that was encoded with password Hill so that more effective in securing data in the form of a digital image. The size of the image file using the encoding results in a modification password Hill is smaller than ordinary password Hill with a percentage decrease of 4.6 % so more ease in delivery through electronic media Keyword: Digital image, modified Hill code, encryption, description

Abstract

Identification of ibuprofen, ketoprofen and diclofenac can be done by using simple method, it is called test strips. Test strip is made by immobilized specific reagents with entrapment technical on membrane matrix, which the used membrane nata de coco. Immobilization reagents with entrapment techniques aimed to trap reagent molecules in the space between the supporting material. The success of this imobilization can be seen from membran changing color after additional reagent and there is no leeching after additional sample on membrane. The used reagent for this identification is methyl red for ibuprofen and ketorpofen, copper acetate for ibuprofen, potassium iodide for ketorofen and mandelin for diclofenac. From the testing result can be seen that potassium iodide is the most specific reagent compare with the other threee other reagents. By using tes strip arranged with the strip made by this imobilization, test srtrip can be used to differentiate the tree other standard samples.   Keywords: entrapment, nata de coco membrane, reagent spesific, test strip.

Abstract

Oil and natural gas as a fossil fuel that is essential for human civilization, and included in nonrenewable energy, making this energy source is not easy for updated availability. So that it is necessary for exploration and exploitation reliable implementation. Seismic exploration becomes the method most widely applied in the oil, in particular reflection seismic exploration. Data wells (depth domain) and seismic data (time domain) of reflection seismic survey provides information wellbore within the timescale. As for the good interpretation needed information about the state of the earth and is able to accurately describe the actual situation (scale depth). Conversion time domain into the depth domain into things that need to be done in generating qualified exploration map. Method of time-depth curve to be the method most preferred by the geophysical interpreter, in addition to a fairly short turnaround times, also do not require a large budget. Through data information check-shot consisting of the well data and seismic data, which is then exchanged plotted, forming a curve time-depth curve, has been able to produce a map domain depth fairly reliable based on the validation value obtained in the range of 54 - 176m difference compared to the time domain maps previously generated. Keywords: Energy nonrenewable, survei seismik, peta domain waktu, peta domain kedalaman, time-depth curve

Abstract

SCMV (Sugarcane Mosaik Virus) is sugarcane crop disease resulting in chlorosis in leaves with the formation of the colors yellow and green intermittents. Based on survey information obtained that the air observation of all varieties of sugarcane was already stricken with the virus SCMV. Even the most formidable attack is on PS881 varieties with the intensity of the attacks reached 80%, so that it is estimated will lose up to 40% of the harvest. The sugarcane is virus free can be obtained via organogenesis in tissue culture method directly on the apical meristem, somatic embryogenesis at, and also with the addition of khemoterapeutan (acyclovir). The workings of the khemoterapi materials are the chemotherapi will interfere with replication and synthesis of genetic material of the virus but also cause the same effect against the mechanism of synthesis of nuklet acid on plants hosts. This research aims to find the best concentration and exposure time the most good in eliminating viruses SCMV in the apical bud culture of sugarcane PS881, using the antiviral acyclovir in conditions of invitro, so that the resulting plant will be virus free. The methods used to detect the presence of the virus by using the two ways, the first is by serology test through the protein content of the virus / checking nucleic acid virus with ELISA and the second is by RT-PCR. The results of the analysis showed that the interaction between the concentration of chemotherapy and exposure time produces the best treatment in eliminating the virus was . treatment with acyclovirc oncentration of 20 ppm and exposure time of 5 weeks.
