Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Quality of Work Life as a quasi moderator in the effect of transformational leadership on employees’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Jambi Ekspres Televisi. This topic is important because organizational citizenship behavior is not always formed solely through leadership style, but is also influenced by the quality of work life perceived by employees. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 employees of PT Jambi Ekspres Televisi using a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive but insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In contrast, Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Furthermore, the interaction between transformational leadership and Quality of Work Life significantly affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior. These findings indicate that Quality of Work Life does not only function as an independent variable but also strengthens the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, Quality of Work Life can be categorized as a quasi-moderating variable. This study confirms that improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the broadcasting media industry requires strengthening the quality of work life to support the effectiveness of transformational leadership

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difference in performance between sharia stock mutual funds and conventional stock mutual funds available on the Bibit application during the period from January 2022 to June 2025. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of monthly Net Asset Value (NAV). The research sample amounted to 35 mutual funds, consisting of 8 sharia stock mutual funds and 27 conventional stock mutual funds, which were selected using purposive sampling techniques based on criteria that had been set according to the research objectives. Performance measurement was carried out using the Sharpe Ratio, Treynor Ratio, Jensen Alpha, M², Information Ratio, RMAR, and RDIV methods. Furthermore, differential testing was performed with the Independent Sample T-Test for normally distributed data and the Mann-Whitney U Test for non-normally distributed data. The results of the study show that there are significant differences in the Sharpe Ratio, RMAR, and Jensen Alpha indicators, while in the Treynor Ratio, M², Information Ratio, and RDIV indicators, no significant differences were found between the two types of mutual funds. Conventional stock mutual funds show better performance based on the Sharpe Ratio and RMAR indicators, while Islamic equity mutual funds are superior to the Jensen Alpha indicator. Overall, the results of the study show that conventional stock mutual funds tend to have better performance than Islamic stock mutual funds during the study period.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of destination image and sharia value on tourist satisfaction, with tourist loyalty as a mediating variable in the context of halal tourism in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research used a quantitative approach through a survey of 305 Muslim tourists. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and mediation analysis with the causal steps approach through EViews software. The research results indicate that destination image significantly influences tourist loyalty but does not directly affect tourist satisfaction. Conversely, sharia values positively and significantly impact both tourist loyalty and satisfaction. Tourist loyalty significantly influences satisfaction and acts as a mediator in the relationship between destination image and tourist satisfaction, as well as a partial mediator between sharia values and tourist satisfaction. The results of the mediation test show that tourist loyalty acts as a full mediator in the relationship between destination image and tourist satisfaction, and as a partial mediator in the relationship between Sharia values and tourist satisfaction. This finding emphasizes the importance of Sharia values and loyalty in enhancing halal tourist satisfaction

Abstract

The energy sector plays a strategic role in driving the national economy, but faces significant pressure to transition to clean energy, which requires significant funding from creditors. This study aims to examine the relationship between ESG disclosure and leverage on the cost of debt and to determine audit quality as a moderating factor by selecting energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2022–2025 period. The research approach is quantitative and uses data panel, obtaining data from sustainability reports and annual reports from a total of 25 companies. The analysis tool used is EViews13. The research findings indicate that ESG has a significant negative effect on the cost of debt, with a coefficient of -0.2485 (p=0.0206). Meanwhile, leverage has an insignificant positive effect with a coefficient of 0.2369 (p=0.2444). Audit quality moderates the relationship between ESG and the cost of debt, weakening the negative effect of ESG (interaction coefficient 0.2605; p=0.0115). Meanwhile, audit quality was not shown to moderate the relationship between leverage and cost of debt (coefficient -0.2214; p=0.2840). This study concludes that increased ESG transparency and high audit quality can help energy sector companies achieve more efficient financing costs. However, high audit quality tends to reduce the influence of ESG on lowering the cost of debt.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for improving funding and lending performance in achieving performance targets at BMT Ar Rahmah Jaya Mulia Metro Branch. The academic issues discussed include strategies for fund collection, financing distribution, and solutions implemented to overcome the institution's operational challenges. This research employed a qualitative approach using a field research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed descriptively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the funding strategy was implemented through a pick-up service system, family-based services, and strengthened communication with members. Meanwhile, the lending strategy was carried out through business feasibility surveys, periodic monitoring, and persuasive approaches in handling late payments. The findings are also supported by operational data showing that the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) level reached approximately 15% of the total financing amounting to IDR 65 million in December 2024. This condition indicates the need for stronger risk management and more effective financing evaluation. The solutions implemented include strengthening management, improving human resource capacity, optimizing monitoring systems, and providing financial education to members. These integrated strategies are considered capable of supporting operational stability and improving the achievement of BMT performance targets in a sustainable manner

Abstract

This article examines the synergy between Islamic digital finance, renewable energy policy, and Red Ocean strategy as an integrated model supporting Indonesia's inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) design reinforced by an illustrative case study, this research constructs a four-layer Synergistic Causality Chain (SCC) model: (1) Islamic contracts (akad) as profit-sharing-based financing sources, (2) renewable energy as a transformer of production cost structures, (3) Red Ocean strategy as a converter of cost advantages into market positions, and (4) economic growth as the output of their synergy. The Wajo Silk Weaving Cooperative case illustrates that IDR 2.5 billion musyarakah financing allocated to a 50 kWp solar installation resulted in an 84% reduction in electricity costs, 38% production increase, and 80.4% revenue growth within 18 months. Findings show the three variables are asymmetrically complementary and directionally dependent. This article contributes to literature by integrating three domains Islamic finance, energy economics, and competitive strategy previously studied in isolation
