Abstract

The problem of this study is whether there is the influence of inflation, interest rates, exchange rates and gross domestic product on the value of the company in the textile and garment sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the study concluded, first, inflation has a negative effect, it states that inflation is inversely related to the value of the company with inflation. Second, interest rates, exchange rates and gross domestic product have a positive influence on the value of the company. The third is an increase in the value of the company, so there is also an increase in interest rates, exchange rates and gross domestic product, and vice versa. Third, inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and gross domestic product partially influence the value of the company in the textile and garment sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017 simultaneously and have a positive and significant effect on the value of companies in manufacturing companies. Textiles and Garments Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Fourth, inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and gross domestic product jointly affect the value of the company in the Textile Subsector and Garment Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Income is one important factor to measure the success of micro businesses. Increased capital also allows obtaining additional income for micro businesses. Koperasi Karya Indonesia Banda Aceh is one of the cooperatives consisting of micro entrepreneurs. This study aims 1) To determine the effect of giving capital and giving credit together to the income of small traders 2) To determine the effect of giving capital and giving credit partially to the income of small traders. The study uses a quantitative approach which is correlation research. There are three variables developed as a basis for assessment. There are 295 cooperative members as a population taken 62 as a sample. The data needed is primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research prove that 1) There is an effect of giving capital and giving credit together to the income of small traders 2) There is an effect of giving capital and giving credit partially to the income of small traders

Abstract

The culinary industry is mushrooming along with the busyness of the community and its high mobility. One such industry is fast food. Competition in the fast food industry is also growing fast so differentiation is needed to win the competition. This research discusses the difference between product and service quality with the decision to buy fast food Richeeese Factory Rempoa, South Jakarta. In this study a sample of 133 fast food respondents was used in Rempoa, South Jakarta. This study uses a survey method by collecting data directly, which is derived from a questionnaire distributed to the sample. Sampling uses non-probability sampling with accidental sampling method. The results of the study prove that there is an effect of differentiation and product quality both simultaneously and partially on the decision to purchase fast food from Richeese Factory, Rempoa, South Jakarta.

Abstract

The aim of this research to determine the effect of Managerial Ownership (MOWN) on Company value (Tobins) mediated by devidend Policy (DPR) in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for perid of 2013-2017. The population on this study were 14 companies with 7 companies that became the study sample. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. The method used is quantitative by emphasizing numeral data. The data used in this study are secondary data taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique using the path analysis test. The results showed that managerial ownership had a significant positive effect on firm value; Managerial ownership has a significant positive effect on Devidend Policy; Devidend policy has a positive effect on company value; and Devidend policy mediates between managerial ownership of company value.

Abstract

The point of research to analyze a affect celebrity endorsement, product variation and brand image simultaneously, partially to the purchasing decisions Rabbani product in Surakarta. The research using quantitative methods. Used 100 respondents to the sample and the sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. The population is all consumers of Rabbani products in the city of Surakarta. Data collection is done by documentation, questionnaires, observation and data analysis techniques using instrument testing, classic assumption test, linear regression, F test, t test, determination (R2). Results F test is celebrity endorsement, product variation and brand image simultaneously and significantly influence the purchasing decisions of Rabbani products in Surakarta city with Fcount 47.681> Ftable 2.70 and significant value 0.000 <0.05. Celebrity endorsement, product variation and brand image partially a significant and positive effect purchase decisions of Rabbani products in Surakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the development of Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) to assess financial performance at PT. Surya Eka Lestari Ogan Komering Ulu. The results of this study indicate that financial performance at PT. Surya Eka Lestari is good enough because it has reached the ratio standard. The good or bad management of a company can be reflected in the financial performance of a company. Development of Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Surya Eka Lestari Ogan Komering Ulu from 2013 to 2017 produced an average of 30.87% and had met the standards set above the 1.5% ratio, the ratio achieved was categorized in a healthy group. The higher the return on assets produced, the higher the net profit generated from each fund that is embedded in the total assets. While the development of Return On Equity (ROE) at PT. Surya Eka Lestari Ogan Komering Ulu from 2013 to 2017 produced an average of 43.50% and had met the industry average of 40%, the ratio achieved showed the company's condition was quite good. The higher the yield, the better because the dividends distributed or reinvested as retained earnings are also greater.

Abstract

Turnover intention is very disruptive to the company's activities in achieving its goals. Among the causes of turnover intention are workload and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of workload and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The object of this research was PT Agrofarm Nusa Raya Ponorogo workers, with 38 respondents. The nature of causality research with primary data primary data taken through questionnaires. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study 1) Workload and organizational commitment play a significant role together towards employee turnover intention 2) Workload has a positive and not significant role on employee turnover intention. 3) Organizational commitment plays a negative and significant role in workers' turnover intention.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the factors which affect Teacher Performance consists of Compensation and Organizational Climate at SMAIT DEF, Sawangan - Depok.This research is causality using quantitative approach. Variables used are two variables, those are independent variables which Compensation (X1) and Organizational Climate (X2) with dependent variables is Teacher Performance (Y). The population in this research includes all teacher who work in SMAIT DEF. The sample technique used by total sampling as many as 30 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.According to the research result, find: (1) Compensation and Organizational Climate simultaneously have positive and significant effects to Teacher Performance in SMAIT DEF, Sawangan - Depok; (2) Compensation has no significant effect to the Teacher Performance while Organizational Climate has significant effect to the Teacher Performance

Abstract

Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa,Tbk. in 2007-2017.This research is causality using quantitative approach. Variables used are three variables, those are independent variables which Cash Turnover (X1) and Receivables Turnover (X2) with dependent variables is Return On Asset (Y). The population in this research includes manufacturing companies sub-sector of cement. The sample used in this research is PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Year 2007 until 2017. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.According to the research result, find: (1) Cash Turnover and Receivables Turnover simultaneously have positive and significant effects to Return On Asset on PT. Abstract

Small and medium businesses (SMEs) face the biggest challenges since the rise of online system sales. Shifting mindset and patterns of public service to the needs of an item needs to make SMEs who do not understand the development of information technology become worse and close their businesses. However, actually the phenomenon that occurs in society is only the marketing pattern but production remains a necessary factor. This type of descriptive qualitative research with the aim of getting an in-depth overview of the phenomena that occur then linked with journals to find solutions to these problems. The methodology used in research journals. The novelty model concept is found in this study, the dimensions of the model concept are explained in detail.
