Abstract

Loyalty has a very important meaning for the sustainability of the Muhammadiyah Association. Muhammadiyah member's loyalty will automatically strengthen and enlarge the existence of the organization through the various propaganda activities it developed. The purpose of the study was to see the effect of satisfaction on Muhammadiyah's loyalty members. The study was developed using an associative design involving two variables, namely member's loyalty, and member's satisfaction. Each variable was developed into 18 and 16 indicators, respectively. The population was determined by all Muhammadiyah members in South Sumatra who had  Muhammadiyah Standard Number (NBM- Nomor Baku Muhammadiyah) of 6,617 people. The number of samples was determined as much as 5% of the population of 232 members by cluster sampling. The determination of clusters was based on districts spread across South Sumatra. The main data used primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis technique used simple regression. The results of the study showed that member's satisfaction significantly influences Muhammadiyah's loyalty members in South Sumatra.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect between Liquidity on Share Prices at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Liquidity as the independent variable while the Stock Price as a Bound Variable. The cause of Jasa Marga's share price decline is because the company will enter an expansion cycle. This increase was due to the increase in debt to the Bank to finance land bailouts to the Subsidiaries which was quite high. This condition is considered to have influenced the downward trend in share prices of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. This type of research is associative using secondary data, the population used is financial statement data for 12 years starting in 2007 - 2018 while the sample in this study is financial statement data for 5 years, namely in 2014 - 2018. The sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. Collection techniques using documentation and study of literature. Data analysis techniques using Current Ratio, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Simple Correlation Coefficient, Simple Determination Coefficient, and One-Sample t-Test Analysis. The results of the Current Ratio value have fluctuated for 5 years, but losses have increased very high in 2015, 2016, and 2018. Current Ratio has a significant effect on the Stock Price

Abstract

The economic costs of fraud in financial statements continue to be a problem for organizations and the public. The problem discussed in this study is limited risk management strategies to detect early for the prevention of fraud made by company managers and auditors. This strategy is important for proactive fraud prevention and for the integrity of financial statements in the future. The aim of this multi-case qualitative study is to explore early detection and methods of preventing fraud on financial statements using a conceptual framework of risk management. As a conclusion, there is a gap in the concept of risk management in current practice to detect and prevent fraud, and how the auditor's perspective in creating a proactive anti-fraud model. In addition, with this finding practitioners can develop proactive antifraud risk management procedures, and for auditors can develop early detection guidelines in fraud prevention

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study and the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Lubuklinggau Branch Office. The research sample consisted of 72 employees and the data analysis used was regression, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and F test. Regression results were obtained: Y = 0.850 + 0.016X1+0.769X2. Meanwhile, the value of R square (R2) was 0.524 (52.4%), the remaining 47.7% was influenced by other variables not examined. TQM results did not significantly affect the Performance of Employees with tcount=0.461<ttable=1.667. Organizational Culture significantly affects Employee Performance with tcount=8.778>ttable=1.667. TQM and Organizational Culture significantly affect Employee Performance with Fcount = 38.031>Ftable=3.13. It was concluded that there was an influence of TQM and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Lubuklinggau Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs associated with technological innovation to improve employee performance at the Center for Community Training Development of the Ministry of Villages, PDT, and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia. The research approach used is qualitative research, adopting a needs analysis model developed by Witkins and Altschul. The study used data collection techniques and tools through questionnaires, interview guidelines, and supporting documents. This research collaborates with the head of the division at level one, a staff member from the administration division, and the data management and information system program. Various recommendations for solutions that can be applied instructional are applying the application of technological innovation, analyzing the application of technological innovation, evaluating technological innovation, developing technological innovation models.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how consumers’ decisions in using the RedDoorz application, and to find out how the effectiveness of e-service quality in the RedDoorz application as well as customer feedback on the RedDoorz application. This research uses descriptive and associative methods and uses a nonprobability sampling technique that's is purposive sampling. By distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents with a survey on the city of Sukabumi, data collection was done by collecting primary and secondary data, researchers conducted questionnaires testing using validity and reliability tests, also using the classic assumption test that is the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test to determine residual values normal or reverse regression. The data analysis technique used is a simple correlation coefficient, multiple correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using a partial test ( T-test) and simultaneous test ( F test). From the results of the questionnaire, analysis can be declared valid and reliable, as well as the results in testing the normality test of the total population expressed normal distribution. The results of the analysis conducted by researchers are the influence of e-service quality on decision using the RedDoorz application, also the influence of customer feedback on decision using the RedDoorz application, decision using the application can be explained by e-service quality can also be explained by customer feedback, including in the simultaneous test of e-service quality and customer feedback both influence the decision to use the RedDoorz application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the influence of Product knowledge, Sales promotion, and Brand image on the Purchase intention of the newest product from Bridestory, which is Bridestory Pay. Bridestory Pay is an electronic payment for marriage. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 70 brides or grooms. Multiple linear regression is used as the method of analysis. This study uses 3 independent variables, i.e. Product knowledge, Sales promotion, and Brand image, as well as Purchase intention as the dependent variable. The result of this study are all the independent variables influence the dependent variable, Product knowledge influence Purchase intention, Sales promotion influence Purchase intention, and Brand image influence Purchase intention. With partial results Product knowledge or knowledge of the product has a significant effect on purchase intention; Sales promotion has a significant effect on purchase intention; the Brand image has a significant effect on purchase intention. Simultaneously, these variables significantly influence purchase intention. For further research can examine other variables that affect the purchase intention of Bridestory using Bridestory Pay, increase the number of respondents and add qualitative methods to explore the results of research more deeply.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the outcomes of higher education, in this case the University Technology of Sumbawa, because of its strategic location and positive response from the people of Sumbawa Regency, its ability to create added value and strategies for increasing public awareness of its financial future.The object of this research is the community in Sumbawa Regency with a sample size of 250 respondents. This study measures the role of Lecturers on, Financial Literacy and Inclusion.This study found that financial literacy partially affects the role of lecturers in being rejected. The financial inclusion variable has a significant effect on the role of the lecturer. Meanwhile, the variables of financial literacy and financial inclusion have a simultaneous effect on the role of lecturers.The conclusion of this research is in determining the right strategy to improve Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion by increasing the role of Lecturers through Tri Dharma in order to create a well-lierate financial society

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance. The research was conducted in one of the Camat offices in Palembang City. The research population is 35 employees. This research is a census study because the number of people studied is as much as the total population. Data was collected using a questionnaire, which was arranged according to the phenomena and objectives expected in this study. Before being distributed to respondents, the questionnaire was tested first through validity and reliability testing. After that, the questionnaire was distributed to the real respondents. To answer this goal, the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously, there is a positive and significant effect of work stress and motivation on the performance of X Camat employees in Palembang City. Individually, there is a positive and significant effect of work stress on the performance of X Camat employees in Palembang City. Individually, there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on the performance of X Camat employees in Palembang City. Because these variables have a significant effect, then to improve employee performance, the most appropriate step is to pay attention to work stress and work motivation.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance in operational company as a Work From Office in the Pandemic Era of Covid 19. This research was done because the researcher think that it was necessary to know how is the infuence among variables in Pandemic condition. Therefore, the company could prepare good human resources to face new normal Era. The object of the research was PT.CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang. The researcher gave the questionnaires to 74 employees as  the sample of the research. This research used multiple regression analyses, stimultaneous testing and individual testing.This results of the research conducted jointly between all the variables that illustrate that there was the influece of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. And the results of research individually known that there was the influence of work motivation and work environment and work discipline toward to  employee performance.
