Bonds is one source of funding for both governments and companies that can be obtained from the capital market. The main purpose of the investors in the fund is invested for profit. In profit or yield bonds called yield.Banyak factors affecting yield. This study aimed to examine the effect of firm size, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), rating and maturity of the banking sector bond yields listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The existence of differences in the results of previous studies lead researcher wants to re-examine the factors that affect the yield. The population used in this study is the banking sector bonds recorded during the years 2010-2011 with the title Tbk (Open). The method used in this research is purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis, using the classical assumption test and test hypotheses in the form of F test and t test. Results of Multiple Regression Analysis is Y = 16 624 - 0,104X1 + 0,073X2 - 0,202X4 0,803X3 + e. The results of this study prove that the size of the company is negative and significant meaning to the bond yield, DER but not significant positive effect on bond yields. Rating significant negative effect on the yield obligasi.Maturitas positive and significant effect on bond yields.

This study discusses the effect of working capital turnover, dividend policyand debt ratio to the value of the company to profitability as an interveningvariable (study on property and real estate companies listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange) periode 2010-2015. The independent variable used wasworking capital turnover, dividen policy, debt ratio, profitability (return onequity) as intervening variable and dependent variable was the value ofcompany (price earning ratio). The sampling method use was purposivesampling with a sample of 8 companies. Data collection techniques wasdocumentation technique. The analysis methods of this study used theclassical assumption test and path analysis test.From the research that has been done, it can be seen that there was asignificant effect of working capital turnover, and debt ratio of debt as partiallyto profitability, and there was no significant effect of dividend policy aspartially to profitability. There was simultaneous effectf working capitalturnover, dividend policy, and debt ratio to profitability. There was significanteffect of working capital turnover as partially to the value of company, andthere was no significant effect of debt ratio and profitability as partially to thevalue of company. And There was simultaneously effect of working capitalturnover, debt ratio and profitability to the value on property and real estatecompanies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability couldn’t beintervening for independent variable to the value of company. The mostdominant factor affected the value of the company at property and real estatecompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is working capitalturnover.

The purpose of this research is to analyze: 1) influence of perceived quality on brand trust and 2) influence brand image on brand trust. Data was collected from 105 respondent who are consumer of Wardah cosmetics in Surakarta and the surrounding area. The method of analysis use multiple linear regression. Based on the test of all instrument variables are valid and reliable. Classical assumption test indicate that the data normally distribute and linier, moreover there are no multicollinearity and heteroschedastisity. The result of this research showed that: 1) perceived quality has positive and significant influence on brand trust and 2) brand image has positive and significant influence on brand trust.

This study aims to: Know and explain and evaluatethe effect of product packaging and taste on customer buying interests that have an impact on customer buying decisions; and knowing and explaining the influence of buying interest on buying energy drink customers. The variables in this study are product packaging and taste with buying interest as intervining variables and buying decisions as the dependent variable. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The population of this study were respondents who consumed energy drinks. The sample used amounted to 137 respondents using purposive sampling. The results showed that: product packaging and taste had a positive effect on customer buying interest; product packaging forms have a positive effect on customer buying decisions; product taste does not have a positive effect on buying interest and customer buying decisions.

This research was conducted on mustahik who received productive zakat from the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of productive zakat channeled on increasing mustahik business and increasing welfare. 52 mustahik chosen in this study were conducted using purposive sampling, namely the mustahik of recipients of productive zakat. The analysis was carried out by the bineary logistic regression method because of the welfare variables and business improvement variables in the form of dummy, where the determination of mustahik welfare using the CIBEST method. The results of this study indicate that productive zakat that is distributed does not significantly influence the increase in business and also the welfare of mustahik. this is because the amount of productive zakat distributed does not meet the feasibility of business development, besides that it is still not maximized monetizing and assistance carried out by BAZNAS in the development of mustahik businesses.

The problem formulation in this study was the relationship between demographic segmentation and the decision to use social media in Kelurahan 3-4 Ulu Palembang. The aim was to find out the relationship between demographic segmentation and the decision to use social media in Kelurahan 3-4 Ulu Palembang. This type of research was associative. The sample used was 235 people using a probability sampling technique. The data used in this study were primarily because they were obtained based on questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analysis technique used was quadratic Kai. The results of the study showed that there were indicators that indicated a relationship and there was no relationship between demographic segmentation and the decision to use social media in Kelurahan 3-4 Ulu Palembang. Indicators that showed the existence of a relationship were: (1) there was a sexual relationship based on the frequency of use. While indicators that did not show the existence of a relationship: (1) there was no sex relationship utilization (2) there was no relationship between types of employment in terms of use and utilization (3) there was no relationship between age of use and utilization (4) there was no relationship between income and utilization

This study aims to examine the effect of learning motivation on the interest in entrepreneurship of XYZ high school students, in West Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a simple regression test and t test to test the hypothesis. The data used in this study is a primary data using questionnaires as data collection instruments. The number of samples used is 52 respondents with saturated sample techniques. The results of a simple regression analysis show a constant value of 31.438 with a regression coefficient of learning motivation variables of 0.979. The result of the t-test is 5.385 with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) which means that there is a significance influences between learning motivation towards the interest in entrepreneurship of high school students XYZ, West Jakarta.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of discipline, personality competence and supervision of the principal on the performance of the teachers of the Public Middle School in the Seberang Ulu 1 District of Palembang.The research design uses an associative type. The population in this study were teachers of Public Middle Schools in the Seberang ULU 1 Palembang District, amounting to 305 people. The sampling technique in this study is cluster sampling. The sampling technique uses the Yamane formula to obtain 173 people, the analysis model used uses multiple linear regression methods.The results showed that: 1) There was a significant effect of discipline, personality competence and supervision of principals together on the performance of teachers in the Public Middle School in the Seberang ULU 1 Palembang District. 2) There is a significant effect of discipline, personality competence and supervision of principals partially on the performance of teachers in the Public Middle School in Seberang District ULU 1 Palembang.The implications of this study provide results that principals as leaders must be able to provide examples of discipline to teachers accompanied by communication that can lead to compliance. The principal includes his teacher for personality training to improve knowledge, skills, skills, and attitudes to be able to carry out tasks and positions based on the personality needed by a teacher. Furthermore, the principal needs to master the supervision technique so that he can find out the problems that occur in his school.

The formulation of the problem in this research is how tne positioning of the hospital in kecamatan kemuning. The goal is fine and analysis the positioning of the hospital. This research is a descriptiv eresearch. The variable in this research is poisitioning the hospital. The indicators are the pysical appereance of building ,equipment fitting, speed of action, friendly nurses, and medical completeness. The primary data is respondent answer to the question. The analytical method is quantitative analysis, kwadran analysis, profile can be seen that Dr.M.Hoesin prominent on the pysical apperence of buildingand equiment fitings measures, for Siti Khadijah prominent of friendliness nurses and the same actor like Rk Charitas.Result from the overall analysis showed that hospital that precies positioning is Dr.M.Hoesin and Rk Charitas while for Siti Khadijah imporer positioning

This study aims to determine the existence of a significant influence between takahyul on business names; there is a significant influence between business names on marketing performance; there is a significant influence between superstition on marketing performance; and the existence of a significant influence of superstition influences marketing performance by moderating business names.This type of research uses quantitative and descriptive, the aim is to provide or describe a situation or phenomenon that is happening now by using scientific procedures to answer the problem in actual terms. The population is a business name superstitious trust entrepreneur. The total sample of 200 respondents was taken by purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The sample analysis method uses purpose sampling with business criteria having a business name and extending the business name in front of its business location and having an average turnover from 0 to Rp. 3,000,000. per day.The results of this study are that there is a significant influence of business name variables on marketing performance, except superstition on marketing performance
