Abstract

Formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of cost agency without control variables and with control variables to dividend policy on the companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index, and how the Islamic perspective on the agency problems and dividend policy. This study isdesigned as associative and descriptive. Population in this studies are the companies entering more than 5 times during the period of 2010-2014, there were 23 companies as the sample. This study use simple random samplingby using lottery technique in determining the sample. The data used are secondary data from financial statements company. Model analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, and for hypothesis analysis by using F and t test with significance level of 5%. Research results simultaneously (F test) showed negative significant effect on dividend policy agency cost without the control variables as well as after the added control variables. t test results showed insider ownership (X1) significant negative effect on the dividend policy (Y) either without or after the with control variables, whereas institutional ownership (X2) significant positive effect on dividend policy (Y) either without or after the controlvariables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of motivation,compensation and leadership style on employee performance in thecompany of Palembang Chemicals Distributor, either partially orjointly.Design / Methodology / This research approach is all employees ofthree Chemical Distributor companies in Palembang. Samplingtechnique that writer use is Saturated sample (census). Datacollection techniques used are questionnaires. The answers given bythe respondents were analyzed quantitatively using SPSS for windowversion 20.00. The research data is tested its quality with validity andreliability test. In this research, we tested the basic assumption ofmultiple regression which consist of data normality test, linearity test,multicollinearity test and heterokedastisity test.These findings indicate that there is influence of compensation,motivation and leadership style together to the performance ofemployees at the chemical distributor company Palembang.Implication Based on the results of the frequency distribution ofrespondents' answers that employee performance in the companyhas been good therapy has not been maximized. Based on theresults of regression then other efforts that can be done to improveemployee performance is to provide compensation to increasemotivation and improve leadership style, because these three factorshave positive and significant factors to employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of motivation, discipline, and worksatisfaction, to the employee performance in the Education and Training Agency of South Sumatera Province. The design which is used in this research was associative. There are 4 variables used namely motivation, discipline, work satisfaction, and employee performance. There are samples of 92 respondents randomly taken. Following this, the primary data used was questionnaire data collection. The analysis method is multiple linear regression. The result shows that there is an influence between motivation, discipline, and work satisfaction, to the employee performance in the Education and Training Agency of South Sumatera Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of educationand training, motivation, and work environment on the performance ofteachers SMK Negeri Banyuasin The study was conducted using associativedesign. In the study used four varables namely education and training,motivation, work environment, and performance that each developed intoseveral indicators. Primary data were obtained from 145 samples selectedby cluster sampling. Data collection methods used are questionnaires. Theanalysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of theresearch proves that 1) Education and training, motivation, and workenvironment together have significant effect on teacher performance 2)Education and training and motivation have a significant effect partially onteacher performance, while work environment gives insignificant influence toteacher performance.

Abstract

This research entitled influence Compentation and the Work Field also Leadership on Employee Job Satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Prabujaya Prabumulih City. This Study aims to determine the effect compentation and  the work field on Employee Job Satisfaction of PDAM Tirta PrabujayaPrabumulih City. There are two problems in this study are firstly whether compentation and the work field also leadership have a significant together on Employee Job Satisfaction. The second is compentation and the workfield also leadership have a significant effect partially on employee job satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Prabujaya Prabumulih City. The data used in this research is primer date with 55 responden on employee PDAM Tirta Prabujaya Prabumulih City. Date test validity test and realibility test, with used multiple linear regression method and classicasumsion test are normality test, multicoliniarity test and heterocesdasticity with helpping program SPSS version 17.0 and the level significance 5%. Test result with SPSS linear regression shows the compentation and the work field also leadership have a significant effect and together on employee job satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Prabujaya Prabumulih City.Partially, compentation and the work field also leadership have significant effect on employee job satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Prabujaya Prabumulih City. R value of 0,701 means that there is a strong link between compentation (X1) and the work field (X2) also leadership (X3) of the employee job satisfaction (Y). R square value 0,491 means that the ability of the independent variabel compentation and the work field also leadership to explain to the employee job satisfaction variable (Y)

Abstract

This Research test the Influence of Compensation, Job Experience, and Education To The Job achievement on Departement of Agriculture’s Food Crop and Horticulture of Ogan Komering Ulu’s District Government. Population in this research as much 62 Officer on Departement of Agriculture’s Food Crop and Horticulture of Ogan Komering Ulu’s District Government. From calculation result by using program of SPSS for Windows Version 16.00, got result that : 1) There is influence Compensation, Job Experience, and Education which significant, by together to Job Achievement and 2) There is influence Compensation, Job Experience, and Education which significant, by partial to Job Achievement. Implementation, become the input for Departement of Agriculture’s Food Crop and Horticulture of Ogan Komering Ulu’s District Government, to paying attention Compensation, Job Experience and Education, in order to improving Job Achievement.

Abstract

This research entitled influence Chairman of the Departement Leadership and Motivation also Training to the Profesional Competence of Lecturers FKIP Universitas “ABC” Palembang. This Study aims to determine the effect chairman of the departement leadership and motivation and also training to the profesional competence of lecturers FKIP Universitas “ABC” Palembang. There are two problems in this study are firstly whether chairman of the departement leadership and motivation also training have a significant together to the profesional competence of lecturers?. The second is chairman of the departement leadership and motivation also training have a significant effect partially to the profesional competence of lecturers?. The date used in this research is primer date with 116 responden on lecturers FKIP Universitas “ABC” Palembang.Test result with SPSS linear regression shows the chairman of the departement leadership and motivation also training have a significant effect and together to the profesional competence of lecturers. Partially, chairman of the departement leadership and motivation also training have a significant effect and together to the profesional competence of lecturers FKIP Universitas Palembang. R value of 0,469 means that there is a strong link between chairman of the departemen leadership (X1), motivation (X2), training (X3) to the profesional competence (Y). R square value 0,220 means that the ability of the independent variabel chairman of the departemen leadership (X1), motivation (X2), training (X3) to the profesional competence (Y).

Abstract

The high number of entrepeneurs can increase economic growth of a country.In this era, Indonesia still have shortage of enterpreneurial because the population of them is 0,12% which is far below the minimum valeu of 12%. So, this research explained about the factors which motivated women to become enterpreneur. The design of this research used descriptive design which is described independent variable of motivation of women. The object of this research is women-run business and her subject which is women who are members of the Wanita Pengusaha Indonesia (IWAPI) in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Total population in IWAPI is 98 peoples. This research developing the variable become 20 indicators. Required data is the respon from the sampel from all of indicators. Respon accepted from quessionaire instrument, then we make processing data using analysis factor. This research conclude that there are six factors that motivate women become entrepeneur which is economic needs and freedom factor, offspring and forced factor, skill factor, autonomy factor, influence of friends factor and leadership factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine theimpact of organisation culture and leadershiptyle toward employee peformance in sekolah tinggi serasan muara enim simultaneously and partially, in which causalty is used as a research design.The variables used are organization culture, leadership style and employee peformance.Population is 35 employees. Data collected convert the data from ordinal to interval, the regression analysis is conducted.There is an impact of organization culture and leadership style toward employee peformance Based on the analysis that F<p value therefore Ho is rejected, means that organization culture and leadership style have an impact toward employee peformance both simultaneously and partialy. R.coefficient is 0,631, means that 63,1% of both independent variables could explain the employee performance

Abstract

The Fromula of this research are : 1) If significant influence between motivation and training together about extension of family planning performance in Musi Banyuasin regency. 2)if significant influence between motivation and traing of extension about family planning performance in Musi Banyuasin regency. This research used survey desaign with correlational method. There are three variables used for this research which is instructor motivation instructor training and instructor performance. The population in this research is 63 peoples and all of them used as sampel. Required data is primer data as the answer of instructor (responden) with data collection questionnaire method. Multiple linier regression selected as analysis technic. This research conclude that determination coefficient value is 0,268. Besides, this research prove that : 1) There are influence of independent variable of instructor performance satissfaction together. 2) There are influence of independent variable of instructor performance sattisfaction parcial.
