This study was conducted to know the effect of training and supervision and work discipline on the performance of civil servants in SKPD Social Agency of South Sumatra province. Methodology design using primary data and data secondary. Sampling Probability sampling methods that amounted to 133 employees with technique of data collection through questionnaires. In this research model test is test multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test, and test koefesien include F test and t test after it conducted the analysis model lines (direct and indirect influence). The result, simultaneously all variables are variables of training, supervision and discipline of work only to have influence on work performance by 38.3% while 61.7% influenced by other variables that are not addressed in this study, while partially only variable that was significantly training no effect on job performance with the magnitude of -0.148.

This study aims to describe the impact of job insecurity and job satisfactionon employee turnover intention at ceramic factory in Mojosari and to figureout the most dominant variable that influences employee performance. Thesample consisted of 68 employees of production department selected byusing Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. In order to pointout the level of job insecurity, job satisfaction, and employee turnoverintention, this study used Likert Scale analysis. Further, Multiple LinearRegression analysis was used to figure out the impact of job insecurity andjob satisfaction on employee turnover intention. The findings indicated thatemployee turnover intention was very high, job insecurity was high, and jobsatisfaction was moderate. Job insecurity did not influence employeeturnover intention with the value of t- arithmetic of 1.051 that is lower than ttableof 1.998. Meanwhile, job satisfaction negatively and significantlyinfluenced employee turnover intention with t-count of -3.108. The result ofSimple Linear Regression analysis, job insecurity and job satisfactionsignificantly influenced employee turnover intention. Moreover, bycomparing the regression coefficients, the most dominant variableinfluencing employee turnover intention was job satisfaction.

Through Mr.Djuanda Kartawidjaja (13/12/1957) Indonesia declared as an archipelagic nation and accepts this fact by all members of the union of nations. The Indonesian archipelago consists of many islands scattered stretches from Sabang to Merauke divided by the equator between the north and south as well as put together by the sea. Many potential maritime been dug, but more of the potential of marine resources are not optimally exploited. Author investigate it as search from some of article at and compile it from journal, internet, newspaper, etc. finally the case can to evaluate base on the acknowledgment of marine term and condition at Indonesia with wider history, than found have seriously to manage for come to the dream become to world central of maritime. As the background and as empiric data founded to evaluate base on evaluate methodology & development analysis that have summaries is Indonesia with sea territory majority still not maximum yet to explore and not have creating yet the marine acknowledgment to all of Indonesian.

This research aims: (1) to find influence of work discipline and work environment simultaneously and partially to employees work motivation at Labor and Transmigration Department of South Sumatera Province, (2) to find influence of work discipline, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously and partially to employees performance at Labor and Transmigration Department of South Sumatera Province, and (3) to find influence of work discipline and work environment to employees performance through work motivation at Labor and Transmigration Department of South Sumatera Province.Design used in this research is regressional. Variables used are four variables, those are independent variables which Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2), intervening variable is Work Motivation (Y), and also dependent variable is Employees Performance (Z). Population in this research as much 257 persons. Sample used as much 72 persons. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.According to the research result, find: (1) There is a positive and significant effect work discipline and work environment simultaneously and partially to employees work motivation at Labor and Transmigration Department of South Sumatera Province, (2) There is a positive and significant effect work discipline, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously and partially to employees performance at Labor and Transmigration Department of South Sumatera Province, and (3) There is no significant effect work discipline and work environment to employees performance through work motivation at Labor and Transmigration Department of South Sumatera Province.

The problem of this study was whether or not there was a significant correlation between fundamental segmentation with the decision to join MLM in Kecamatan Ilir Timur II Palembang. The objective of this study was to determine the significant correlation between fundamental segmentation withdecision of the community to join MLM in Kecamatan Ilir Timur II Palembang. This research was associative. The variables used in this study were the basics of segmentation, and decision to join. This study used were 100respondents as the sample. The sampling technique used was the snowball sampling (snowball sampling). The data required in this study was the primary data. The data collection technique used was questionnaires. Furthermore technique analysis used was Chi Square. The results found that the results of calculation using SPSS for Windows version 20.0 capitulation result obtained chi squared test calculations turned out mostly no relationship between the fundamental basis of segmentation with the decision to join the MLM community in the Kecamatan Ilir Timur II Palembang. There were only a few basic segmentations has correlation, such as the age of respondents to the time of join, marital status to the time of join, the respondents job to the kinds of MLM and the time of join MLM in Kecamatan Ilir Timur II Palembang.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and workplacement on the performance of employees of the Palembang VIII RiverBasin Region. The study was developed using associative design. There arefour variables used, namely leadership, motivation, work placement, andemployee performance which are overall developed into eighteen indicators.The number of samples was determined by 162 employees who were takenin cluster sampling. The main data needed were primary data withquestionnaire data collection method. The analysis technique used ismultiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that 1) there is asignificant influence of leadership, motivation and work placement togetheron the performance of employees of the Sumatra Sumgai VII Regional Officein Palembang 2) There is a significant influence of leadership, motivationand work placements partially on the performance of employees of theSumgai Sumatra Regional Office VII Palembang

This research aims to know the influence of work motivation and leadership, then also the influence of professional skill and culture of organization, to the work performance of ad-hoc judges in the state court of Palembang City. The design which is used to develop the research was cross-section design. There were 25 judges selected based on the census as the source of data research. There were 5 variables used and each of them was developed to several dimensions and indicators. Therefore, the main data of this research is the primary data with questonnaire as the collection method. Following this, the analysis method is multiple linear regression. The result of hypothesis testing is 1) there is a significant influence of work motivation,leadership, professional skill, and culture of organization to the work performance of ad-hoc judges; 2) It is partially proven that only work motivation and professional skill which influence significantly to the ad-hoc judge performance.

This study aimed to determine the effect of school leadership, the stress ofwork and competence of teachers on teacher performance SMK inBanyuasin. So the problem is formulated in this study is there any influenceof school leadership, the stress of work and competence of teachers onteacher performance SMK in Banyuasin.The data used in this study are primary data from respondents as many as145 people Teachers SMK in Banyuasin. The analytical method used ismultiple linear regression and by testing the validity and reliability of data.Test data used to determine the characteristics of the data that is test ofnormality and linearity test. Test models used consists of multicollinearitytest and test heterokedastisitas, aided analysis tools SPSS for WindowsVersion 20.0 with a significant level of ? = 0.05.The results of multiple linear regression showed principal leadership, workstress, and teacher competence jointly have a significant influence on theperformance of teachers. Partially school leadership but very little effect onthe performance of teachers, job stress negatively affect the performanceand competence of teachers' positive and significant impact on teacherperformance.

This research entitled the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Placement also Controlling on Employee Perfomance of PDAM Lematang Enim Tanjung Enim Branch. This Study aims to determine the effect Organizational Culture and Work Placement also Controlling on employee perfomance of PDAM Lematang Enim Tanjung Enim Branch. There are two problems in this study, firstlywhether organizational culture and work placement also controlling have a significant together on employee perfomance of PDAM Lematang Enim TanjungEnim Branch. The second is organization culture and work placement also controlling have a significant effect partially on employee perfomance of PDAM Lematang Enim Tanjung Enim Branch. The date used in this research is primer datewith 60 respondens of General PDAM Lematang Enim Tanjung Enim Branch. Date test validity test and realibility test, with used multiple linear regression method andclassic asumsion test are normality test, multicoliniarity test and heterocesdasticity with helpping program SPSS version 17.0 and the level significance 5%. Test result with SPSS linear regression shows the organization culture andwork placement also controlling have a significant effect and together on employee performance of PDAM Lematang Enim Cabang Tanjung Enim. Partially, work placement and controlling have significant effect on employee perfomance, and organization culture not have significant effect on employee perfomance.R value of 0,789 means that there is a strong link between organization culture (X1) and work placement (X2) and controlling (X3) of the employee perfomance (Y). R square value 0,623 means that the ability of the independent variabel organization culture and work placement also controlling to explain to the employee perfomance variable (Y)

Design / Methodology / Approach: the data used for analysis in this study isqualitative data , the variables in this study are motivation , workenvironment , work culture and performance achievement . The population inthis study is the Regional Revenue Service Employees Palembang ,amounting to 256 employees . The sampling technique used in this study issimple random sampling . The sample in this study using the formulaobtained slovin to 156 people . The method of analysis in this study usingOLS regression ( Ordinary Least Square ) Findings : Overall variablemotivation , work environment and work culture have a significant effect onthe performance of the Regional Revenue Service employee Palembang .But individually , motivation significant effect on work performance , workenvironment variables have a significant effect on work performance andwork culture variables significantly influence the achievement of RegionalRevenue Office of Palembang .
