Abstract

This study examines students’ perceptions and brand image of MedRep as the predictors of purchase intentions for the MedRep profession. To examine the proposed research model, 100 samples are collected. Multiple regressions are used to test the hypotheses. There are mixed results in relation to the tested relationships. Brand image have a significant impact on student purchase intention for the MedRep profession. Surprisingly, analysis using the student sample indicated that students’ perception has no significant impact on student purchase intention for the MedRep profession.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the factors that influence the interest of muzakki in paying zakat profession through zakat institution. The constructs used in this study are religiosity and reputation as the variables used in measuring the interest. This research was conducted in Ponorogo district. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The researcher approaches this study with survey method, in which the scale of instrument measurement used is the Likert scale as well as using purposive technique in sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is regression analysis and the data is processed by using SPSS for windows version 20. The results of this study indicate that the factor of religiosity and reputation have a statistically significant effect on the interest of muzakki in paying zakat profession through zakat institution in Ponorogo district.

Abstract

This research entitled the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Placement also Controlling on Employee Perfomance of PDAM Lematang Enim Tanjung Enim Branch. This Study aims to determine the effect Organizational Culture and Work Placement also Controlling on employee perfomance of PDAM Lematang Enim Tanjung Enim Branch. There are two problems in this study, firstly whether organizational culture and work placement also controlling have a significant together on employeeperfomance of PDAM Lematang Enim Tanjung Enim Branch. The second is organization culture and work placement also controlling have a significant effect partially on employee perfomance of PDAM Lematang Enim TanjungEnim Branch. The date used in this research is primer date with 60 respondens of General PDAM Lematang Enim Tanjung Enim Branch. Date test validity test and realibility test, with used multiple linear regression method and classic asumsion test are normality test, multicoliniarity test andheterocesdasticity with helpping program SPSS version 17.0 and the level significance 5%. Test result with SPSS linear regression shows the organization culture and work placement also controlling have a significant effect and together on employee performance of PDAM Lematang Enim Cabang Tanjung Enim. Partially, work placement and controlling have significant effect on employeeperfomance, and organization culture not have significant effect on employee perfomance. R value of 0,789 means that there is a strong link between organization culture (X1) and work placement (X2) and controlling (X3) of the employeeperfomance (Y). R square value 0,623 means that the ability of the independent variabel organization culture and work placement also controlling to explain to the employee perfomance variable (Y)

Abstract

This research aims to find impact of work discipline, competence, occupational health and safety to employees performance on Sucofindo, Co. Ltd Branch Palembang. Design used in this research is associative. Variables used are four variables, those are independent variables which Work Discipline (X1), Competence (X2), and Occupational Health and Safety (X3), and also dependent variables is Employees Performance (Y). Population in this research as much 135 persons. Sampling technique useed probability sampling, sampling method used cluster sampling. Sample used as much as 101 persons. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.According to the research result, find: (1) Work discipline, competence, occupational health and safety simultaneously have positive and significant effects to employees performance on on Sucofindo, Co. Ltd Branch Palembang, (2) Work discipline and competence partially have positive and significant effects to employees performance on on Sucofindo, Co. Ltd Branch Palembang, and (3) Occupational health and safety have no significant effects to employees performance on on Sucofindo, Co. Ltd Branch Palembang.

Abstract

This research has an eye to know the affection from responsibility of government officer and quality of service, to influence trust of society and government. The research design which is used contains of questionnaire tooffice and client counted 108 respondents. The result of answer is analysed statistically by using moment product with pearson which is operated with SPSS 16 for Windows. The result of this research indicates that there is a correlation among responbility of government officer and quality of service, to influence trust of society and government with F – Count is 47.859 meaning bigger than F – Table with trust storey; level 99% that is 4,79. Thereby Ho refused and Ha accepted by its meaning. There is a positive correlationamong responbility of government with hand in glove correlation storey level. R2 (determination) reside at number 46,7% its meaning the percentage isaffecting among responbilty of government officer and quality of service, to influence trust of society and government. It is counted 53,3% the rest influenced by other factor which don’t be commented in this research while equation had this research is Y = 16,860 + 0,523.X1 + 0,347 X2..

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the behavior of teachers, the variationsin teaching and learning motivation of students simultaneously influence thestudents’ learning outcomes the students of state senior high school in thedistrict of Talang Ubi regency of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir. For the effectof partially found that there are a positive and significant influence teachers’behavior partially on students’ learning outcomes, and there is a significantnegative influence of variations of teaching and students’ learning motivationpartially on students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

Problem formulation in this research are there relationship between the fundamentals of segmentation with the purchase decesion gallon water in Palembang. The purpse of this study to identify and analyze the relationship between the fundamentalas of segmentation with the purchase decesion gallon water in Palembang. This research is the associative study. The variables of this study are the basic segmentation and purchasing decision. The data used in this research isthe primary data. Data collection method is questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is Chi Square. Based on research done then it canbe inferred that there is a significant relationship between the fundamentals of segmentation with the purchase decision gallon water in Palembang. In conjunction with the basics that segmentation is significant relationships between proven segmentation demographicand purchase decision, as well as between segmentation psicographic and purchase decesion

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation and competence 52 employees of Forestry Office District Muara Enim for employee performance. The problem is the motivation and the competence of the employees of Forestry Office District Muara Enim is very low. The analysis which used in this research is multiple linier regression analysis, F test and t test. Based on first hypothesis testing (F test) knew that there are positive influence between motivation and competence for employee performance. It can be seen from F-arithmetic and F-table of ?=0,05 which used determinant coefficient 0,493 or 49,3% and 50,7% was explained by the other factors aside from motivation and competence Based on second hypothesis testing (t test) knew that there are positive influence of motivation variable for employee performance. It can be seen from T-arithmetic and t-table of ?=0,05 which motivation variable for employee performance is 0,372 or 37,2& and 62,8% was influenced by other variable aside from motivation variable Based on third hypothesis test (t test) knew that there are positive influence of competence for employee performance. It can be seen from T-arithmetic and t-table of ?=0,05 which competence variable for employee performance is 0,468 or 46,8% and 53,2% was influenced by other variable aside from competence variable

Abstract

Issue of this research is: (1) There is factors influence applied to forming of capital for rejuvenation of rubber plantation, (2) Does farmer have allocation ability of the earnings to forming of capital for rejuvenation of rubber plantation, (3) Does the residue of earnings that is not consumed (real saving) can be applied to forming of capital for rejuvenation of rubber plantation, (4) Is there is source of other business to add earnings of farmer to forming of capital for rejuvenation of rubber plantation. Analytical method used is regression and hypothesis test. The result of this research is: (1) Partially, household earning, residue of earnings that is not consumed (real saving), formal education of farmer, old worked as farmer, and rubber plantation wide variable have positive and significance effects to forming of capital for rejuvenation of rubber plantation, (2) Partially, household expenditure variable have negative and significance effects for forming of capital to forming of capital for rejuvenation of rubber plantation, and (3) Partially, sum of member of adult families and ownership status of rubber plantation variable have no significance effects to forming of capital for rejuvenation of rubber plantation.

Abstract

Para pemasar harus mempelajari keinginan, persepsi, preferensi, perilaku berbelanja serta perilaku pembelian pelanggan sasaran mereka. Dengan mempelajari dan mengetahui keinginan, persepsi, preferensi, serta perilaku pembelian akan memudahkan para penjual untuk menentukan strategi apa yang harus dilakukan agar pemasaran yang dilakukan berhasil (Thamrin Abdullah & Francis Tantri, 2012 : l l l ). Suatu perusahaan yang menganut konsep pemasaran harus memahami perilaku konsumennya secara keseluruhan agar perusahaan dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya. Pemahaman yang baik mengenai perilaku konsumen akan menjadikan produsen memiliki informasi yang lebih baik mengenai konsumen, sehingga dapat mengendalikan perilakunya agar dapat menjadi konsumen yang bijak dan melindungi dirinya dari praktik-praktik bisnis yang merugikan mereka (Ujang Sumarwan, 2011:8).
