Abstract

PT BRI Finance South Sumatra Branch is a financial company with partners throughout South Sumatra and competitors throughout South Sumatra. PT BRI Finance has new cars, used cars, and refinancing financing products, and each product has special programs such as Advance Payment Installments (ADDM) and Advance Payment Installments (ADDB). One application of the Naive Bayes algorithm is to determine the classification of sales, namely by determining the hierarchical classification of sales. A total of 900 customers as test data generated by this study that customers chose ADDM products as many as 84 or around 22.8%. The value of the performance vector accuracy rate to determine the success rate of naïve Bayes prediction is 74.67% success.

Abstract

One of the network instabilities is bandwidth traffic. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze monitoring and QoS on synchronous and asynchronous computer networks by measuring QoS to overcome these problems. QoS (Quality of Service) measurement is carried out so that internet users can find out whether the quality of internet services they get is good or not. Monitoring and QoS on synchronous and asynchronous computers at pmi muara enim emphasizes the process of monitoring and measuring network quality parameters on internet network infrastructure such as access speed and transmission capacity, work, from the sender point to the destination receiver point. Based on the results of the Quality of Service (QoS) analysis on the WLAN network, it can be concluded that Packet Loss is included in the “Very Satisfactory / Very Good” category with an index of 4. Delay: Also falls into the “Very Satisfactory / Very Good” category with an index of 4. Jitter: Falls into the “Satisfactory / Good” category with an index of 3. With a percentage of QoS value of 91.66%. So based on the percentage obtained, the quality of WLAN network services falls into the “Satisfactory” category. This shows that the network can provide good performance in terms of managing packet loss, delay, and jitter so that the user experience is considered very good and meets the applicable TIPHON standards.

Abstract

Stunting is the inability to grow and develop in toddlers caused by long-term malnutrition. This research aims to build a Decision Support System for Determining the Level of Stunting Susceptibility in Toddlers by analyzing the application of the Multi Attribute Utility Theory method to health services in Gorontalo. The urgency of this research is that the prevalence of stunting in Gorontalo Province is 23.8%, which is in the high category, stunting data at the end of December 2023 amounted to 4,545 children, therefore a support system is needed to determine the comprehensive and accurate level of stunting vulnerability of toddlers. so that you get the right treatment immediately. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), which is a process for designing and developing a system that aims to support decision making regarding the prevention or handling of stunting. The results of system testing using the Whitebox method obtained V(G) = 2 and Cyclometic Complexity (CC) = 2 results and Independent Path results were R1 and R2 which can be concluded that the logic flow for the toddler value input module carried out by the nurse was effective and efficient. Meanwhile, the results of the Normalization Matrix Calculation and Utility Values on data for eight toddlers show that there are 5 toddlers who are determined to be vulnerable to stunting and 2 toddlers who are determined to be Not Susceptible to Stunting with a utility value of 0.23, the results of the calculation and aggregation of utility values are decided based on the Vulnerable category if the utility value is > 0.5 and Not Vulnerable if the utility value is <0.5. The results of the MAUT method allow each criterion to be given weight according to its relevance and contribution to stunting conditions, resulting in a more objective and structured evaluation in assessing stunting vulnerability

Abstract

ELECTRE is one of the decision support system algorithms that is suitable for use, because this algorithm works by processing the weighted values of each criterion and scholarship recipient candidate and produces an absolute value that is easy to use. Elimination and Choice Translating Reality (ELECTRE) method. ELECTRE is used because it is in accordance with the concept of ranking based on alternatives and criteria that have been applied, the ELECTRE method can be used in conditions where alternatives that are less suitable for the criteria are eliminated and suitable alternatives can be generated. The output of this system is a report on the ranking results of scholarship recipient candidates from KMB who are more feasible. Based on the calculations carried out, there are two alternatives in the first rank, namely M4 and M8, with the highest score of 5, while the third rank is filled by M3 and M7 with a score of 4. In the last rank, there are three alternatives, namely M2, M5, and M9, which get the lowest score of 2. From the results obtained, the ELECTRE method can be used as one of the methods in determining the ranking of scholarship recipients. Meanwhile, based on the success of the method in the assessment, the ELECTRE method in producing the best alternative is around 22.22% of the total alternatives evaluated.

Abstract

The use of the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method in evaluating and ranking lecturer performance. ANP is a complex decision-making method that allows the assessment of various interrelated factors in a network.  In the context of higher education, evaluating lecturer performance is very important because the quality of teaching and lecturers' contribution to research and scientific development has a direct impact on students' learning experience and institutional reputation. However, assessing lecturer performance is not an easy task because it involves a variety of complex and interrelated factors, such as teaching ability, research contribution, community service, and various other administrative aspects. The results of this study show that the ANP method has proven to be effective and successful in providing an objective, structured, and detailed description of lecturer performance. The results can be used to support decisions regarding awards, promotions, or training needed to achieve better overall performance with a 70% success rate in assessing lecturer performance.

Abstract

Software-Defined Network (SDN) architecture in the growing digital era is one of the solutions in improving efficiency, flexibility and scalability in managing computer networks. The concept of centralised control is the advantage of SDN architecture where a network administrator only forwards the rules made to all network devices. At the same time, this concept can also be a target for Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. This research aims to classify traffic from SDN architecture using the MultiLayer Perceptron Classifier (MLPC) machine learning model to see whether the traffic is benign or malicious. The dataset used in this research is the ‘DDoS attack SDN Dataset’ which has a total of 23 features with a total of 104,345 data. The test results show that the MLPC model has an accuracy value of 99.05% and a precision and recall value of 99% in detecting benign and malicious traffic.

Abstract

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) play an important role in the development of mobile-based land mapping applications in Rembang Sub-district. This research aims to assist farmers in filing documents related to farmer data and land geospatial data, supporting more effective and integrated land management. This application is designed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of land mapping and facilitate farmers in managing their farms digitally. The method used in this research is the waterfall method, which involves observations and interviews with farmers as the main users to ensure the application fits the field needs and land conditions. Geospatial data collection is done with GIS technology to reduce data entry errors that often occur in manual methods. Implementation was done with PHP Native & Kotlin programming language, using Visual Studio & Android Studio Code development tools and MySQL for database. Testing was carried out using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with the UAT results reaching a satisfaction level of 88.75%. The app enables more effective data management, including geospatial information and relevant farmer data for sustainable farmland monitoring. Research shows that the app improves the efficiency of land mapping and strengthens farmers' capacity to adopt modern technology.

Abstract

The Community Health Center Management Information System (SIMPUS) is used to provide services at the Community Health Center, from patient registration to medical services. There are several regulatory inconsistencies that occur, so an evaluation using COBIT 5 is needed to evaluate the level of capability (As-Is) and draw conclusions. Therefore, in this research, an information system audit will be carried out using the COBIT 5 Framework by measuring the Capability Level (maturity) and Gap Analysis (gap level analysis). The domains used are DSS02 (managing service requests and incidents) and DSS03 (problem management) to produce recommendations for improving the information system for existing problems. The audit results in this study show that the Capability Level for the entire domain is at the Largely Achieved criteria where the DSS02 domain is worth 3.73, DSS03 is worth 3.75, which means that the overall domain results are at level 3 (established process), which means that the system has been implemented and has been implemented. running but not yet optimally and already approaching maximum and there needs to be improvements to the SIMPUS system as well as monitoring the performance of human resources and the Puskesmas operational system in the future to get maximum results. The results of the gap level (Gap Analysis) in DSS02 are 1.27 and DSS03 are 1.25

Abstract

People's interest in sports is very significant in the current era, especially in futsal. However, booking a futsal field often experiences obstacles, such as limited operational time for phone or in-person booking. This situation hinders accessibility and convenience for users who want to make reservations. The Scrum method, as one of the frameworks in Agile-based software development, offers an iterative and structured approach. Scrum allows research to work collaboratively, divides faster research flows called sprints, and delivers results incrementally. From the results of research on futsal field reservation applications, it can be concluded that system development by applying the Scrum method significantly contributes to increasing efficiency and ease in the field reservation process. A success rate can be proven by testing the overall evaluation of the system against users where the total success percentage of all modules is 90.67%. The module with the highest percentage of success is Field Booking (100%), while the lowest is Payment (80%). There is input from users based on the evaluation results to focus on improving the stability of the Payment module to increase overall success.

Abstract

The myUMSIDA application supports academic activities at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, but student reviews reveal complaints about its services and facilities. Sentiment analysis is necessary to classify these reviews into positive or negative categories, providing insights to improve service quality.This study uses the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm with a linear kernel, known for its high accuracy, combined with the TF-IDF feature extraction method to enhance text classification. A total of 1,300 reviews from 2023 were processed through labeling, preprocessing, transformation, and classification. Data were split into three scenarios: 70:30, 60:40, and 50:50 for training and testing. Performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score.The best results were achieved in the 70:30 scenario, with an accuracy of 86.92%, precision of 86.60%, recall of 84.72%, and F1-Score of 85.7%. This study highlights the effectiveness of SVM with a linear kernel and TF-IDF in analyzing sentiment, offering a basis for enhancing the myUMSIDA application's services.
