Abstract

One type of activity of the HIMATIKA UTY organization is holding meetings. This activity is carried out regularly during the management period. However, the management of meeting activities is still done manually so it is not efficient. The purpose of this research is to build the HIMATIKA UTY Meeting Agenda application which is used to optimize the implementation of meeting activities. The system built in this study will implement Firebase Cloud Computing (FCM) which is used by the secretary and management. This application serves to facilitate the secretary in managing meeting activities, managing attendance and submitting permits, and providing notifications to the management if there is a meeting schedule, minutes, or meeting information. Based on the SUS score of 89.08, this system falls into the “Highly Satisfactory” category, indicating that users overall have a very good experience using the system. This figure shows that the system has met the standards of ease of use and good interaction quality.

Abstract

Customer credit assessment is still carried out using traditional methods that are time-consuming and less accurate. This is evidenced by the fact that there are still customers with problematic credit who pass the loan application process. To address this issue, this research aims to develop a method using the C4.5 algorithm. The purpose of this research is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s debt collection process. This research uses customer data from PT Menara Indonesia, which has credit loans. The data includes seven independent variables: net income, loan amount, credit score, number of arrears, tenure, assets, and loan age, as well as one dependent variable, namely credit risk. The C4.5 algorithm is applied to build a customer credit repayment prediction model. This model is tested using the k-fold cross-validation method with k = 10. The test results show that the C4.5 model has excellent performance, with an accuracy of 99.70%, precision of 99.25%, recall of 98.52%, and an F1-score of 98.88%. The advantage of this method is its ability to provide highly accurate predictions, thereby helping the company identify high-risk customers and improve the overall debt collection process

Abstract

Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) as a community institution serving villages and urban areas plays a crucial role in conducting activities that transfer health knowledge and provide healthcare services. Various information technology-based Posyandu platforms have been developed across different regions, offering a diverse range of features. However, there has yet to be comprehensive and holistic research discussing the developed Posyandu platform models. This study aims to develop a standard platform for the Digital Move Posyandu application (Posyandu-DM) to support Posyandu management in Indonesia. Using the waterfall methodology, this research is conducted from October 2023 to June 2024 through the stages of systematic literature review, needs analysis, model design, implementation, testing, and application maintenance. Posyandu-DM is designed to provide key features such as registration, health checks, reporting, mapping, and education. Evaluation is conducted using the ServQual method, which assesses the dimensions of information quality, efficiency, and reliability, yielding scores of 4.1, 4.3, and 4.2, respectively. These results indicate that the application is performing reasonably well but requires some improvements, particularly regarding interface personalization for elderly users.

Abstract

In recent years, the development of information technology has changed various sectors, including the agricultural sector. One important policy in the agricultural sector is the fertilizer subsidy program, which aims to help farmers gain access to fertilizers at affordable prices and maintain food production stability. However, the challenge of distributing fertilizer subsidies in a targeted and efficient manner is still an issue that needs to be addressed. In developing this application, a backend framework that is fast, efficient, and capable of handling large amounts of data is required. Express.js is one framework that is widely used in the development of Node. js-based applications because of their reliability in building lightweight and fast APIs. This framework allows developers to build server-side applications that can support mobile applications in communicating data in real-time and effectively. Interpretation of Ease of Use results: 83% of users were satisfied or very satisfied, Interface design: 75% of users were satisfied with the interface design of the application, Speed of Response: 76% of users were satisfied with the application's response speed, Information Relevance: 88% of users felt that the information presented was very relevant, Overall Satisfaction: Overall, 81% of users were satisfied with the app, although some areas could be improved.

Abstract

The potential of a village encompasses various aspects that can be developed to improve the welfare of the community, including natural resources, economy, society, and infrastructure. Tanjung Kramat Village has significant potential in the field of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially tuna-based processed products such as shredded tuna, tuna meatballs, crackers, sausages, dumplings, and pempek. Although these products are affordable, the main challenges are the conventional promotion and distribution methods, as well as limited access to technology. Most promotions remain local and have not optimally utilized digital technology, hindering local economic growth. Based on interviews, 75% of Tanjung Kramat Village residents work as fishermen and rely on the processing of fishery products. Therefore, a technology-based solution is needed to facilitate broader marketing. This study aims to design a digital application that assists MSME product owners in Tanjung Kramat Village in promoting and selling their products across Indonesia. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method will be applied, involving users actively to ensure the application meets their needs. This research is relevant and important, as the designed application will serve as a digital tool for the community to expand markets and increase income, thereby positioning MSMEs as a driving force for the local economy

Abstract

Through this user experience analysis and evaluation, we can find out how much the JKN Mobile application is worth, based on the assessment of the use of the application. This study uses the User Experience Questionnaire plus (UEQ +) method where UEQ + has the advantage of Creating questionnaires with UX aspects that can be selected according to the needs of various scales in the product to be evaluated. UEQ + also uses Microsoft Excel to analyze the questionnaires obtained. As an Online Questionnaire, the scale used in UEQ + is no more than 6 scales considering that it is important to keep the length of the questionnaire within a reasonable range to get a reasonable response rate. UEQ + also has several measurement dimensions such as Trust, Dependability, Content Quality, Trustworthiness of Content, Efficiency, Clarity, Intuitive Use, Value, and Usefulness. The results of this study found that as a type of application for Medical is good, the KPI value of the 9 scales gets results greater than the standard deviation value which indicates that JKN Mobile is considered very good by respondents.

Abstract

Traditional methods of recording data are often prone to errors that impact the inefficiency of the reporting process. Therefore, a system is needed to simplify data handling, minimize errors, and increase efficiency. The utilization of information technology has not been maximized, so they still use manual systems in various activities, such as administration, attendance, evaluation, and data collection. This causes several problems, including inaccurate data, repetition of data, and errors in calculations. The paper-based system also makes it difficult to manage data in the long term. This research aims to build a prototype academic information system at SMK YP Gadjah Mada Palembang using the logical record structure (LRS) model. This system is expected to increase efficiency and effectiveness in academic data management. Based on calculations using the system usability scale (SUS), the overall score is 632. The total amount after multiplying by 2.5 is 1577.5. The SUS value obtained is 105.1, indicating a high level of ease of use of the system.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information technology, both public and private universities are increasingly competing to develop repository systems in archiving, especially the theses of alumni. This thesis documents that information systems are very necessary to be able to support the progress of a college. With this system, the process of archiving and searching for theses can be done more quickly and accurately. Based on the research problems raised in this study, the prototype of this thesis document information system was built, and after testing the success of the system used using the System Usability Scale (SUS) model with a total value obtained of 87.9, it can be concluded that the system tested shows excellent performance in terms of usability, and provides a satisfying experience for its use.

Abstract

Identity cards in Indonesia serve as official identities that store important information for administrative and social purposes. Managing information on ID cards often faces challenges, especially in manual processes. Implementing OCR technology for ID card data extraction improves operational efficiency and opens up opportunities for developing more innovative digital services. With the automation of data capture, organizations can focus on improving service quality and analyzing community needs more precisely. This research develops a CNN and Optical Character Recognition (OCR)-based ID card detection system to improve data processing efficiency. The system was tested and produced 92% accuracy, 100% precision, 85% recall, and 92% F1-Score. Based on this data, using OCR technology allows text extraction from physical KTP documents with high accuracy, thus speeding up data verification and reducing input errors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the success rate of the Application E Study with the Human, Organization, Technology Evaluation Framework. (HOT-FIT Model). E Study application used to handle academic data and deliver academic information. Problem formulation How does service quality affect user satisfaction and the influence of user satisfaction and organization on net benefit. The results of the study are that Quality of Service (KL) has a significant influence on User Satisfaction (KP) with coefficients of 0.889 and C.R. 6,900. User satisfaction (CP) has a significant impact on Net Benefit (NB) with a coefficent value of 0.467 and a C.R value of 2.483. The results of the research show that the use of the E Study Application is successful because the user is satisfied with the features of the Application available on the E Study. The user is happy with the fast and responsiveservice
