Abstract

 Tesis ini disusun oleh Yuharniza NIM 10220010 dengan judul “Implementasi Supervisi Akademik Kepala Madrasah pada Pembelajaran Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di MTsN Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota” pada Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Institut Agama Islam Negeri Bukittinggi.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh persoalan pelaksanaan supervisi yang terjadi pada masa pandemic covid-19 dimana terjadi perubahan metode pembelajaran luring menjadi daring. Pembelajaran jarak jauh adalah suatu sistem pembelajaran baru maka supervisi akademik dirasa sangat perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan oleh guru selama pembelajaran jarak jauh ini. Supervisi akademik menjadi salah satu patokan dalam perbaikan mutu pembelajaran.Kajian teori dalam teori ini adalah hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan supervisi akademik, Kepala Madrasah dan pandemic covid-19 dengan fokus penelitian pada supervisi akademik Kepala Madrasah pada masa pembelajaran daring yang terdiri dari pengertian supervisi dan langkah-langkah supervisi akademik oleh Kepala Madrasah.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Metode ini digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena implementasi supervisi akademik oleh Kepala Madrasah se Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota dengan batasan penelitian perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut supervisi dengan masa penelitian dari bulan Oktober 2021 sampai dengan Januari 2022.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi akademik melalui beberapa tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Perencanaan supervisi akademik di masa pandemi terdiri dari merumuskan tujuan, jadwal pelaksanaan, ruang lingkup, serta menentukan teknik supervisi akademik selama pandemi. Sedangkan tahap pelaksanaan dimulai dengan pemeriksaan perangkat pembelajaran daring serta observasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan menggunakan instrumen supervisi akademik masa pandemi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan supervisi tetap berjalan meskipun pada pembelajaran daring meskipun belum maksimal pada beberapa aspek. Tahap tindak lanjut supervisi akademik dilakukan dengan pemberian pembinaan pada guru terutama pada penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, mendorong guru untuk ikut serta pada workshop secara virtual dan berbagai aktivitas pengembangan diri lainnya.Kata Kunci: Supervisi Akademi, Kepala Madrasah, Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to find out objectively about the supervision of the head of madrasah, especially academic supervision of the online learning process at MAN 1 Model Lubuklinggau regarding academic supervision planning, supervision implementation academic and follow-up academic supervision caused by changes in system processes face-to-face learning becomes online learning. As for the research approach used is a qualitative descriptive research case study type. Data sources are the head of the madrasa, became a source of informants who were supported by other sources, namely teachers, and education staff at MAN 1 Model Lubuklinggau. While the data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation documentation. Data analysis techniques through examples interactive based on Miles Huberman. The results showed that: 1) Supervision planning carried out by the head of the madrasah at MAN 1 Model Lubuklinggau has been carried out including the stages of compiling a supervision team, formulating supervision objectives, setting goals, making schedules and studying supervision instruments. 2) Implementation of supervision is carried out with an initial meeting of activities through virtual class visits and observations using a collaborative approach. 3) The results of supervision by use results of planning, implementation and assessment of learning 4) Follow-up, from the implementation of supervision by analyzing the results of supervision, evaluating and guiding teachers, holding meetings, group discussions and holding workshops

Abstract

This study aims, to describe the plan of the principal in improving teacher performance at SDN 11 Kampung Surian, to describe the organization of principals in improving teacher performance at SDN 11 Kampung Surian, to describe the implementation of the principal in improving teacher performance at SDN 11 Kampung Surian, and to describe the principal's supervision in improving teacher performance at SDN 11 Kampung Surian. The research method is qualitative research using the case study method. Research informants as many as 6 people. The data collection tool was the researcher as the key instrument and the supporting instruments were interview guides, observation guides, field notes, and hand phones. Data collection techniques are participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model which divides the data analysis into three, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing techniques use data triangulation and method triangulation. The results showed that starting from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the principal's program in improving teacher performance, for example increasing discipline, providing motivation, conducting teacher training, supervising teacher performance, coaching teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of tahfizh Al-Quran learning in producing students with character at MDTA Al-Masthuriyah Sukabumi. This study uses a qualitative approach in the form of descriptive, data sources obtained through interviews, observations, literature studies and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research at MDTA Al-Mashturiyah Sukabumi, it showed several impacts that were felt after learning tahfizh. Madrasas become more qualified after this program is implemented and become superior. Madrasas try to continue to improve themselves in the midst of increasingly fierce competition and the tahfizh program is one that is offered to parents to want to send their children to MDTA Al-Mashturiyah Sukabumi. While the implications for students are to make students motivated in the learning process, train memory or memorization stronger, and can be used as a basis in living daily life.

Abstract

Implementasi EDM dan e-RKAM merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk peningkatan mutu disebuah lembaga Pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana informasi yang diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara yang dideskripsikan dalam bentuk narasi tulisan sebagai temuan di lapangan yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang implementasi serta peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui EDM dan e-RKAM di MI Terpadu Al Husna. Implementasi EDM dan e-RKAM di lakukan dengan mengevaluasi diri madrasah melalui pemeriksaan mutu dari dalam madrasah dengan menyesuaikan kondisi dengan sistem instrumen yang ada. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan impelemtasi EDM dan e-RKAM di MI Terpadu Al Husna telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan terarah. Penyusunan e-RKAM diprioritaskan berdasarkan hasil rekomendasi dari EDM yang telah dilaksanakan oleh tim penjaminan mutu madrasah. Ada kendala dalam pelaksanaan implementasi yaitu keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana,  batasan waktu, sistem dan instrumen EDM yang berbasis online. Faktor pendukung adalah adanya dukungan dari pengawas madrasah dan Yayasan, terjalinya koordinasi yang baik antar kepala madrasah, adanya komunikasi dan kepedulian  antar warga madrasah. Manfaat Implementasi EDM adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kekurangan dan kelebihan madrasah, serta mutu madrasah yang akan diselaraskan dalam penyusunan e-RKAM agar sesuai dengan kondisi sebenarnya.

Abstract

The approach used in this research is a psychological and sociological approach. The type of research is field research, which is a type of research based on data obtained directly from research sites in the field and is descriptive analytic in nature.In this study the authors raise important points of discussion in the area of how schools are trying through the application of a hidden curriculum to build student character and improve spiritual intelligence at MI Tarbiyatus ShibyanQualitative descriptive is a method used by researchers in order to carry out in-depth data analysis.The concept of implementing a hidden curriculum is to include character values that are included in all subjects. The character values that are instilled are religious values, independent values, values of appreciating achievement, values of curiosity, values of love for the motherland and creative values.Characterizations in elementary schools can encourage the development of students' spiritual intelligence by emphasizing religious values and discipline. The main concept of character education is based on the school's vision, mission and goals, which are related to curriculum and academic subjects, school culture both in the teacher's environment and in the student's environment as well as self-management through identification and development programs. student interests and talents. The concept of teaching character statistics is implemented through a hidden curriculum, including character statistics in all subjects. The character values contained are religious values, independent values, achievement appreciation values, curiosity values, patriotism values, and constructive values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the influence of the madrasah principal's leadership on the work motivation of teachers at the Ash-Sholihin Islamic Boarding School, Gowa Regency. This research is a quantitative research using ex post facto method. The population in this study were 107 people from 3 levels of education, namely Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, and Madrasah Aliyah at the Ash-Sholihin Islamic Boarding School. Determination of the sample is done through probability sampling by determining as much as 25% of the total population so that the resulting sample is 27 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire and the data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics through simple linear regression. The results of this study prove that the leadership of the madrasah principal has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation by 37.51% with the resulting regression equation is = 115.016 + 0.186X. These findings indicate that the better the leadership of the madrasah principal is applied, the higher the work motivation of teachers in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine total quality management in Madrasah, identify the profile of Pancasila students in Madrasah and analyze the steps for implementing total quality management in realizing the profile of Pancasila students in Madrasah. This research is a literature research using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through documentation and instruments used are checklists of classification of research materials, writing schemes and formats of research notes. Data analysis in this study was carried out through data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results showed that total quality management in Madrasah is a method used by Madrasah in managing human resources continuously to achieve the goals of Islamic education that have been set. One of the elements in total quality management in Madrasah that must receive attention is students. Students as external customers will determine the quality of the Madrasah. Madrasah as an Islamic educational institution must have a target to realize the profile of Pancasila students in accordance with what is desired by the independent learning curriculum, namely having faith in God Almighty and having a noble character, global diversity, independence, cooperation, critical and creative reasoning. In order for this to be realized, madrasahs must implement total quality management in realizing the profile of Pancasila students through continuous improvement, determining quality standards, changing culture, changing organizations and maintaining good relations with teachers, education staff, students, parents, the community and the government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Pengarahan kepala sekolah terhadap guru bahasa Arab, 2) Pengawasan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru bahasa Arab, 3) Penilaian kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru bahasa Arab di MTs Muhammadiyah Karya Bhakti Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi sekolah. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data interaktif yang mencangkup tiga kegiatan yang berkaitan satu sama lain, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kepala sekolah memberi arahan dibidang akademik, seperti tahap perencanaan pembelajaran dan juga pelaksanaan. Selain memberi arahan dibidang akademik, kepala sekolah juga memberi arahan dibidang administrasi. 2) Kepala sekolah melakukan pengawasan dengan mengunjungi  kelas secara langsung dan tidak langsung ketika proses pembelajaran. 3) Kepala sekolah melakukan penilaian dan membuat catatan pribadi. Melakukan teguran terhadap guru secara langsung ketika kurang tepat dalam menjalankan tugasnya.Kata Kunci: Supervisi, Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja Guru, Bahasa Arab

Abstract

The term fundamentalism is often associated with extreme attitudes, rigidity, conservativeness, stagnation, conservativeness, and resistance to progress, so that many people shy away from the labeling of the term. Avoiding the use of non-neutral terms as above, in this study the term fundamentalism will be returned to its basic meaning, namely returning to religion in a "full" and literal way free from compromise, taming, and reinterpretation.This type of research is quantitative research, where the author makes students of the Islamic religious education study program at IAIN Parepare as objects. The researcher used a questionnaire as an instrument and used the Rasch Model research method. The purpose of this study was to describe the most dominant tendencies and factors in religious fundamentalism among students of the Islamic Religious Education study program.Based on the research conducted, it was concluded that students of the Islamic Religious Education study program IAIN Parepare had moderate and fundamental tendencies which were balanced with 80 total respondents, there were 34 people (42%) tended to be moderate. There are as many as 34 people (42%) tend to be fundamental. However, in the description of the discussion of respondents' tendencies, the most dominant type of dimension among the five dimensions is the IT dimension (Intolerance).
