Abstract

 This research discusses the opportunities and challenges of children’s education in the pandemic era for career women at IAIN Bone. This study aims to understand the opportunity for children’s education in th pandemic era for career women in IAIN Bone and the challenges of children’s eduacation in the pandemic era for career women in IAIN Bone. This research is a field research with qualitative research, using pedagogical and psychological approaches using observation data collection methods, interviews, and documentation. Data collection techniques and data analysis use data clots as well as data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawings.The results showed that the first child education for women was because it made a necessity and more oppurtunities to be familiar with children to spend time together with shared sports, eating together, learning together, even gardening together. Parents better understand the child’s character and intellectual abilities of children, children can master learning with technology. Second, one the other hand, child psychological burden increases because it is often burdened with various tasks of the subjects that accumulate, for example when in one day there are three subjects, there are three tasks given by educators with the same deadline so sometimes making saturated children in learning.

Abstract

School culture is a description of the values applied in schools, norms that exist and are enforced in schools. Various dimensions and elements of school culture actually return to the role of organizational members to create and influence it. The culture of Athirah Bone Islamic Junior High School was built directed at achieving the predetermined vision and mission, determining and implementing school culture, carrying out monitoring and evaluation. The basic principles that are used as references in developing school culture are the working principles of worship, customer appreciation, the sooner the better, and being active together. Abstract

This study discusses the contribution of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering an attitude of religious moderation at SMA Negeri 13 Bone. As for the purpose of this study, namely, to determine the contribution of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering religious moderation in SMA Negeri 13 Bone. This research is a qualitative research (Qualitative Research). The approaches in this study are normative approaches, pedagogic approaches, sociological approaches and psychological approaches. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is then processed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the contribution of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering religious moderation at SMA Negeri 13 Bone, Islamic Religious Education teachers have given the best to students through inculcating tolerance values with learning activities with methods such as providing exemplary, giving directions, habituation, activities Rohis:, and the use of media in learning. All students are guided and fostered according to their talents and interests without distinguishing between religious backgrounds, especially for academic achievement and all school stakeholders have never shown the slightest sign of discrimination at SMA Negeri 13 Bone

Abstract

This research is a level 3 research and development (R&D) which aims to develop existing products. The product developed is the big book learning media which is then used as a means to improve the literacy science of students at MIN Bone. This research adopts Borg and Gall development research steps which include research and information gathering, planning, initial product development, conducting initial testing by media/design experts, material/content experts and learning practitioners, product revisions, conducting field trials, revisions the final product. There are three data collection techniques used in this study, namely validation carried out by the validator, effectiveness obtained through increasing literacy science and student responses to learning media. The results of the big book media validity test conducted by media/design experts are 85% with good qualifications, material/content experts are 91% with very good qualifications and learning practitioners are 91% with very good qualifications. The effectiveness of the big book media in improving literacy science. through the N-Gain 32 test which got a score of (g) 0.7 as many as 2  students, a value of 0.7 (g) 0.3 as many as 31 students, a value of (g) 0 ,3 as many as 2  students. The student response to the attractiveness of the big book media is 91% with very good qualifications.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the values of Islamic education contained in the anime One Piece Arc Alabasta using a qualitative approach.  The type of research used in this research is library research which makes the anime film One Piece Arc Alabasta the object of study.  The primary data source in this study is the anime One Piece Arc Alabasta, while the secondary data sources are books, articles and journals related to research.  Data collection is carried out by watching the anime One Piece Arc Alabasta and then recording the parts (scenes and dialogues) related to the research.  Furthermore, the research data obtained are then analyzed using the method of reduction, presentation and conclusion.  The results that is found in this study indicate that there are two values of Islamic education in the anime one piece arc Alabasta, namely 1) I'tiqodiyah values a) gratitude, b) Sincerity and patience, 2) Khuluqiyyah values a) Mutual help, b) Mutual trust/kind suspicion, c) Affection.

Abstract

This research discusses Religious Moderation in the Ministry of Religious Affairs (A Study on the Understanding of Madrasa Teachers in Bone District). The sub-problems are what the concept of religious moderation in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bone District is and how the understanding and implementation of religious moderation of madrasa teachers in Bone District is. This research is a field research. The research method is a qualitative method using a pedagogical, psychological, and sociological approach. The data collection methods are observation, interview-questionnaire, and documentation. Furthermore, the technique of data processing and data analysis is using the data triangulation method. The results showed that: First, the concept of religious moderation in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bone District has the indicators, namely love for the homeland, high tolerance, anti-violence, and accommodating to culture. The references for religious moderation at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bone District are in the form of perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors that always take a position in the middle, always act fairly, and are not extreme in religion. Second, the understanding of madrasa teachers on religious moderation in Bone District is still different based on the madrasa unit. At MAN 1 Bone, the teachers agree and understand well the concepts, dimensions, and indicators of religious moderation, as well as at MTsN 1 Bone, but there are still teachers who do not understand religious moderation, especially at MI Dārul Hikmah. Meanwhile, the implementation of religious moderation in madrasas can be done through three strategies, namely insertion, optimizing the approach, and organizing special programs on religious moderation. As a finding of the theory built on this research, the more programs that specifically focus on religious moderation, the better one’s religious understanding and attitude.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the National Library Standards for Higher Education (SNP 010:2011) at UIN Alauddin Makassar library and to analyze the obstacles in the implementation of such National Library Standards. This is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data collected was then analyzed qualitatively in three stages; data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the seven standard indicators of SNP 010: 2011; collection standards, facilities and infrastructure, services, library staff, management, implementation, as well as information and communication technology at UIN Alauddin Makassar library have met the needs of libraries and users as national standards required. However, some obstacles found in the implementation of such SNP 010: 2011, thoser are:  the limited number of library staff with a librarian education background, limited funds allocated to assist the implementation of human resource development activities, managerial continuity of UIN Alauddin Makassar Library was interrupted by the shift of senior librarians to functional lecturers, and the lack of computer facilities for users to browse library materials.

Abstract

This research was motivated because the motivation of educators in MTsN 1 Payakumbuh City is not very good because there are still educators who cannot be disciplined, educators who are often late absent, this is seen from the recap of absences every month. Educators who want to go home fast, educators who are slow to collect devices, educators' motivation to teach is lacking and this relates to the leadership of the principal himself. The limitations of the problems of this research are (a) Leadership of the principal in MTsN 1 Payakumbuh City, (b) Motivation of educators in MTsN 1 Payakumbuh City, (c) The relationship between the leadership of the principal and the motivation of educators in MTsN 1 Payakumbuh City. This research aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant relationship between the principal's leadership and the work motivation of educators in MTsN 1 Payakumbuh City. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive and significant relationship between the principal's leadership and the work motivation of educators in MTsN 1 Payakumbuh City. In this study there are two variables, namely the independent variable (principal's leadership) and the dependent variable (educator's work motivation). This research is a field research using a quantitative approach. This research method uses the correlational method. The population in this study was 54 educators and the total sample of 54 educators was taken using the total sampling technique. The research instrument used 2 (two) questionnaires, namely questionnaires about the principal's leadership and educators' work motivation. Data was processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 20.00, and analyzed using the Karl Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient formula. The results showed that from the results of Pearson Correlation at rxy = 0.627 greater than r table for significant 1% = 0.354 and 5% = 0.273, thus Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, meaning that there was a positive and significant relationship between the principal's leadership and the motivation of educators in MTsN 1 Payakumbuh City. And from the results of Pearson Correlation on r count = 0.627 can see the level of relationship in the classification of correlation numbers, 0.627 is located between 0.60 to 0.799 with a strong correlation level. Thus, it can be seen that the level of correlation between the principal's leadership and the work motivation of educators in MTsN 1 Payakumbuh City as much as r2 = 36% while 60% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the use of facilities and infrastructure in learning, at Madrasah Diniyah At-Taqwa, Ra'as District, Sumenep Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were school principals, teachers and school committees. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques using interactive models. Utilization of learning facilities and infrastructure through planning, implementation and control of facilities and infrastructure. The obstacles are that the place needs funds for repairs, as well as the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure. To overcome this problem, optimizing limited personnel, namely being more observant in determining priorities or needs according to the existing budget, then involving existing personnel in formal courses or training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih banyak guru yang belum mendapatkan supervisi akademik sehingga belum ada kedekatan antara guru dan Kepala Madrasah. Namun masih ada beberapa kepala madrasah yang tidak memberikan pengawasan akademik yang maksimal kepada guru, sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. Metode ini digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena supervisi akademik dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah yang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja guru di MTsN Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Lokasi penelitian adalah MTsN di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota dan masa penelitian dari bulan Oktober 2021 sampai dengan Januari 2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai R adalah 0,136, dan berdasarkan rumusan pengujian hipotesis, R menunjukkan pengaruh variabel yang di uji. Peneliti menafsirkan data hasil uji pengaruh bahwa pengaruh supervisi akademiksebesar 13,6% terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan tabel di atas peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa nilai besar pada tabel korelasi adalah 0,625. Peneliti mengambil hipotesis bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel supervisi akademik dan gaya kepemiminan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 62,5%. 100 dan Berdasarkan tabel di atas peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa nilai besar pada tabel korelasi adalah 0,625.
