Abstract

By applying the Madrasah Vocational Education Program, it is expected that student’s creativity will be encouraged in their work, so that after graduating from the Madrasa, their own needs can be met and they become individuals who are independent and not dependent on their parents. The vocational program implemented at MAN 2 Sijunjung relates to the work areas in the community, namely vehicle engineering and clothing design, which are imparted through skills classes. The aim of this study is to determine to what extent the application of professional madrasah learning has developed at MAN 2 Sijunjung. The method used in this research is field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques in this study used documentation and interview techniques. Data analysis techniques were gained from data reduction, presentation and inference to answer the problem formulation and answer the main questions as well as answer the description of the data obtained from the researcher. The conclusion of this study is in the form of a description or description of the implementation of the Madrasah Vocational Learning Program at MAN 2 Sijunjung.

Abstract

Pola asuh orang tua (parenting) merupakan bentuk perlakuan atau interaksi antara orang tua dengan anak. Karena itu, pola asuh yang benar akan menghasilkan anak yang berakhlak mulia, istiqamah dalam menjalankan perintah Allah SWT dan menjauhi larangan-Nya.. Berkenaan dengan pentingnya pola asuh dalam keluarga, maka salah satu sekolah di Kota Payakumbuh yang mempraktekkan pola asuh atau parentong adalah SDS Al Huffazh. SDS Al Huffazh merupakan salah satu sekolah di Payakumbuh yang berada di bawah naungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Payakumbuh. Sekolah ini menerapkan Kurikulum Tematik Iman yang merupakan ciri khas Al Huffazh, disamping Kurikulum Nasional (K-13) dengan tetap memperhatikan adab-adab keseharian siswa selama berada di sekolah, mulai dari adab salam saat menyambut kedatangan dan kepulangan siswa, adab muta’allim selama pembelajaran berlangsung, adab makan saat sarapan dan makan siang, adab shalat, adab tidur saat qaylulah, sampai pada adab saat berada di kamar mandi, serta adab-adab keseharian lainnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan  jenis penelitian metode deskriptif kualitatif yang diarahkan ke suatu penelitian lapangan (field research). Sumber data yang diperoleh yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan (observation), wawancara (interview), dan dokumentasi (documentation). Setelah data terkumpul, dilakukan analisa data dengan menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman yaitu dengan cara memilih data yang perlu atau menambah data yang kurang, kemudian disusun berdasarkan kebutuhan lalu disimpulkan dalam bentuk kalimat sederhana dan mudah dipahami. Kemudian, untuk menguji keabsahan data yang digunakan maka dilakukan reduksi data, tahap penuyajian data, dan tahap menarik kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi program parenting dalam menunjang pendidikan akhlak di SDS Al Huffazh dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator yaitu : keimanan, adab, kejujuran, kasih sayang, tanggung jawab, dan akhlakul karimah. Kata kunci : Implementasi Program Parenting, Ta’limul Abawayn, Pendidikan Akhlak, SDS Al Huffazh.

Abstract

In this day and age, English is also known as a much needed international language. People are increasingly required to be able to speak English both passively and actively. English language tutoring is one of the programs implemented at SMAN 13 Bone, which is evaluated using the Kirkpatrick model. The purpose of this study was to assess how the reaction, learning, application, and impact of English tutoring for students at SMAN 13 Bone. This study uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory case study method. This research was conducted at SMAN 13 Bone in the academic year 2022/2023. Data collection techniques used are interviews and observation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of English language guidance went well. This can be seen from the 4 stages, including: (1) Reactions caused by positive responses given by students regarding English language guidance, because the learning and the material are interesting. (2) Learn here about vocabulary, correct pronunciation, spelling, and even learning materials in class. (3) Its application involves the frequent application of English in daily life. (4) The impact of the English language guidance is an increase in students' understanding and report cards.

Abstract

 This study aims to: 1) describe the reality of organizational communication; 2) describe the reality of the work climate; and 3) examine the correlation between organizational communication and work climate at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamic Middle School 1 Bone south Sulawesi. This research uses quantitative methodology with correlational design to explain the research questions. The instrument used to measure the variabels of this study was a questionnaire then analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferntial statistics use analiysis of the product moment with SPSS version 21 software. The result of the study show in descriptive of organizational communication is in the good category of 83,05% and work climate is in the conducive category of 81,09%. In addition, the analysis of inferential with correlation product moment analysis suggest that there is a positive and significant correlation between organizational communication and work climate, signified by correlation coefficient of 69,4%, which is at strong level of correlation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Teachers as educators have a major role in building the quality of education in Indonesia. The transformation of education towards digitalization has changed teachers' perspectives on teaching. Technology provides both opportunities and challenges for teachers. Therefore, teachers are required to continue learning, developing themselves and openly accepting developments in the era that are based on digital technology. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research was carried out in August 2024 at SDN 5/81 Kampuno. The subject criteria in this research are (1) Teachers at SDN 5/81 Kampuno (2) Have implemented the independent learning curriculum (3) Carry out technology-based teacher duties. Data and information were obtained through structured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation, as well as searching for various literature in the form of books and research journals related to the object of study. Data is collected, reviewed and analyzed then carries out data reduction, data presentation, and draws conclusions. The research results show that the challenges faced by teachers in the 5.0 era include (1) the ability to master digital platforms from the Ministry of Education and Culture such as PMM (Merdeka Mengajar Platform); (2) Ability to design technology-based learning; (3) The ability to create a fun and interactive learning experience by choosing the right method and utilizing technology-based learning media; (4) The ability to measure student learning outcomes using digital evaluation tools such as the independent report card application. The efforts made by teachers to face challenges in the digital era 5.0 are (1) Learning independently through websites and YouTube channels; (2) Discuss with family, co-workers or superiors; (3) Participate in training programs organized by the District education office. Abstract

ABSTRACTInternal quality assurance is carried out with reference to national educational standards in order to realize the educational goals of the country. Internal quality is currently used in basic and secondary education in addition to universities. This study aims to identify and explain the internal quality system cycle's implementation. Data collecting methods include observations, interviews, and documentary research. According to the findings of this study, Darul Farah Cihampelas Secondary School has implemented the following quality improvement activities in accordance with the stages of the SPMI cycle: first, a school self-evaluation based on the education quality report; second, quality improvement planning through the creation of a quality assurance committee and a re-analysis of the results of the school self-evaluation; third, implementation of quality improvement; and fourth. The evaluation of educational quality comes in second. Quality strategy for the fifth fiscal year, evaluation following quality improvement, and quality improvement results. Implementing internal quality assurance will have an influence on the development of more creative teaching methods, student and school performance, internal and external customer happiness, and the fulfillment of the eight National Education Standards.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether students were satisfied with what was promised when the PPDB committee carried out its marketing with the services available at the Mutiara Hikmah IT Middle School Bekasi because seen from the condition of the number of interested students at Mutiara Himah IT Middle School from year to year, sometimes it was in accordance with the quota. or less than the quota that has been set, while the strategy carried out has been maximized to attract the interest of prospective new students. This research uses a quantitative research approach and correlational methods. The population in this study involved grades VII to IX, with a sample of 73 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. For data analysis used, namely descriptive statistics and classical assumption tests, hypotheses were tested by calculating the coefficient of determination, significance level, and regression analysis. The results of the research show that there is an influence of educational service marketing strategies on service satisfaction for students. It is known that the calculated t value is 12.976 1.993 t table with a significance value of 0.000 0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The level of influence of educational service marketing strategies on the service satisfaction variable for students is 70.3% with the remaining 29.7% being influenced by variables not studied.  Keywords: Marketing, Education and Service Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to discover the school committee's involvement in fundraising activities, their participation in policy and program development, and their role in facilitating the aspirations of parents and the community at State Elementary School (SDN) Ajung 3 Jember. This study used a qualitative approach to understand the phenomenon of implementing educational quality improvement strategies through the engagement of the school committee at SDN Ajung 3 Jember. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis followed an interactive process involving reduction, presentation, and verification. The research findings indicate that the school committee's participation in fundraising enhances educational quality by providing physical, financial, and conceptual support. These funds also assist in activities that enhance school quality beyond the budget and aid in formulating and establishing the School Operational Plan and Budget (RAPBS) based on principles of transparency, accountability, and democracy. The school committee plays a role in overseeing school policy implementation for sustainability. Acting as a mediator, the committee effectively facilitates the aspirations of parents and the community, receiving input that is subsequently conveyed to the school principal and discussed in meetings involving stakeholders.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving school services at MI Muhammadiyah Majenang. The study utilizes a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data is collected through observations, interviews, and reviewing documents and records related to the research. The findings of this research indicate that the implementation of TQM at MI Muhammadiyah Majenang has improved customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the increasing enrollment at MI Muhammadiyah Majenang. Continuous improvements are made by the school, leading to numerous achievements by teachers and students. However, it is also found that one inhibiting factor in the implementation of TQM at MI Muhammadiyah Majenang is the lack of commitment from some parties in the long term. This finding suggests the need for synergy in implementing TQM, where the school head, as a leader, should provide motivation and involve all levels of management, teachers, and staff to take responsibility and instill confidence in determining the quality to be achieved, thus upholding their commitment to improving school services.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam dunia pendidikan berkembang sangat pesat. Hal ini berdampak pada tuntutan setiap lembaga pendidikan harus mampu mengembangkan segala potensi yang ada dalam pengelolaan teknologi. Selain itu seiring perkembangan era digital muncul pembaharuan era society dimana menekankam pada empat aspek yaitu 4C yang meliputi Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration. MTsN 3 Ponorogo merupakan salah satu madrasah digital yang menerapkan teknologi dalam pengelolaan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi lapangan dengan pendekatan deskripsi data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang digunakan MTsN 3 Ponorogo dalam mewujudkan madrasah digital di era society. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan dan mengembangkan beberapa aplikasi sebagai penunjang pengelolaan pendidikan di era society serta sebagai salah satu cara MTsN 3 Ponorogo memiliki keunggulan bersaing dengan strategi diferensiasi.
