Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah pengaruh pelatihan keterampilan psikologis terhadap mental atlet futsal. Fokus utama dari review ini adalah mengidentifikasi bagaimana intervensi psikologis, seperti pelatihan keterampilan mental dan mindfulness, dapat meningkatkan ketahanan mental, mengurangi kecemasan kompetitif, dan memperbaiki kinerja atlet. Penelitian terbaru menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan psikologis yang efektif mampu memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam hal keterampilan mengatasi tekanan dan membangun identitas tim yang kuat di kalangan atlet futsal. Dengan semakin meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya kesehatan mental dalam olahraga, kajian ini menggarisbawahi perlunya penerapan program-program psikologis yang terstruktur untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman atlet, baik di dalam maupun di luar lapangan. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pelatih dan organisasi olahraga dalam merancang program pelatihan yang lebih holistik, serta mendorong penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai aspek psikologis dalam futsal dan olahraga lainnya.

Abstract

Wabah COVID-19 memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan dan dinamika dunia olahraga di Indonesia. Aktivitas-aktivitas yang sebelumnya dilaksanakan secara langsung, seperti sesi latihan, pertandingan, hingga pengelolaan organisasi, mengalami gangguan akibat diterapkannya pembatasan sosial. Situasi ini mendorong para pelaku olahraga nasional untuk melakukan inovasi, salah satunya melalui penerapan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis dampak pandemi terhadap sektor olahraga serta mengeksplorasi berbagai bentuk digitalisasi yang muncul sebagai respons adaptif terhadap kondisi krisis. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan studi pustaka, dengan mengacu pada sumber dari jurnal ilmiah nasional dan internasional, dokumen resmi lembaga, serta publikasi terakreditasi yang terbit dalam kurun waktu 2020 hingga 2025. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan dianalisis secara tematik-induktif untuk mengidentifikasi pola, klasifikasi, serta tema-tema utama dari literatur yang dikaji. Secara keseluruhan, studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pandemi COVID-19 tidak hanya menimbulkan tantangan, melainkan juga menciptakan peluang percepatan digitalisasi dalam industri olahraga nasional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya strategi nasional berbasis ekosistem digital olahraga, penguatan infrastruktur, serta pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang mampu beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi. Abstract

Nutritional deficiencies cause delayed physical development and impaired motor coordination. This study aims to examine the relationship between nutritional status and motor development in early childhood. The method used is a literature review. Articles were searched using the Google Scholar database and then grouped based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Articles were searched according to the research topic for the period 2020-2025 using the keywords “nutrition,” “motor development,” and “early childhood,” and 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria were found and analyzed further. The results of the study showed that nutritional status was significantly related to the motor development of early childhood. Children with good nutrition had more optimal motor skills compared to children with poor nutrition. In conclusion, fulfilling balanced nutrition from an early age is the main foundation in supporting children's physical growth and motor skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine influence of small ball throwing catching game on eye-hand coordination ability of grade V students at SDN Johar Baru 15. The method used is Quasi-Experiment Design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group. Population in the study 60 students, of which 48 student were selected as samples and divided equally into experimental and control groups. The instrument used to measure eye hand coordination is test coordination eye hand, while data analysis was conducted with normality tes, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the resulst of the normality tests using the Shapiro-Wilk normalty test indicate that the pretest and posttest data from both groups have significance values >0.05. Specifically, the pretest significance group experimental value was 0.723 for the group control pretest value was 0.122. While the significance the posttest group experimental value was 0.555 for the group control value was 0.357. That result the data is distributed normally. The result of homogeneity using Levene's statistic stated that pretest significance of 0.786, and significance value of the posttest 0.702, this indicates both >0.05 homogenity distributed data. Hypothesis test used paired sample t-test yielded a p value (0.000) <0.05. Thus,it can be conclusion that the small ball throwing catching game influence eye hand coordination ability of students at SDN Johar Baru 15.

Abstract

Assessment in field practice learning within higher education Physical Education programs continues to face challenges in measuring learning outcomes comprehensively and objectively, particularly across psychomotor, cognitive, and affective domains. This study aimed to develop a Field Practice Learning Assessment Instrument (ASPRAK) that is valid, feasible, and effective for use in outcome-based practical learning. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research subjects included course instructors and undergraduate students enrolled in field practice courses in the Physical Education program. Data were collected through expert validation and small-scale and large-scale trials using Likert-scale questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative techniques by converting scores into feasibility percentages. The results indicated that the ASPRAK instrument achieved an average feasibility score of 82%, categorized as feasible, and demonstrated high alignment with Course Learning Outcomes and sub-learning outcomes, ease of independent use, and strong support for student self-reflection. Therefore, ASPRAK has the potential to serve as an objective, transparent, and applicable assessment instrument to support the implementation of Outcome-Based Education in field practice learning in higher education. Abstract

Population aging is associated with an increased prevalence of sleep disturbances and cognitive decline, which may reduce independence and quality of life among older adults. This study aimed to examine the relationship between physical activity, sleep quality, and cognitive function among older adults participating in a community-based exercise program (Sang Surya gymnastics). A quantitative correlational design was applied involving 33 older adults. Physical activity was assessed using the Physical Activity Scale for the Elderly (PASE), sleep quality using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and cognitive function using the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE). The results showed that participants had moderate physical activity levels (PASE = 112.36 ± 28.47), suboptimal sleep quality (PSQI = 6.21 ± 2.14), and cognitive function ranging from normal to mild impairment (MMSE = 24.87 ± 3.12). Physical activity was significantly associated with cognitive function (r = −0.39, p < 0.05), whereas its association with sleep quality was weak and not statistically significant (r = −0.11, p > 0.05), and sleep quality showed a weak, non-significant correlation with cognitive function (r = 0.21, p > 0.05). These findings indicate that community-based physical activity is more closely related to cognitive function than sleep quality among older adults, suggesting that physical activity programs may contribute to cognitive health maintenance, while improvements in sleep quality may require additional targeted interventions.
