Abstract

In each of its link, Technology & Information experienced: speed and equalization in its progress. Use of Sisfomen (Management Information System): In the institution there have been many applications because sure to manage-the process becomes very practical and efficient. Activities of an institution, especially on: educational institutions basic, medium and high, in general need to SISFO for efficiency and effectiveness performance. Lending space is: one of the ways in support in the business pace of a field especially campuses that have some also empty space to be processed into additional opportunities. In doing this loan, students or related parties still need to inquire in the campus schedule directly to come to the provider of the room, this makes students or any related parties who want to borrow space waste a lot of time and also the certainty of whether or not the provider. In addition, lending procedures still use manual processes, this is sometimes in the case of loan transactions that arise as conflicts and errors. Therefore, this application is made by the title: "Information system for lending room at National University based Website".

Abstract

Every individual, organization and culture in the world will always change. This study studies how the organizational culture of Be Like a Bee changes at PT. ILF, by looking at what values are instilled from the culture of Be Like a Bee, how is the internalization process and the role of the leader in socializing those values.This research is a type of descriptive research because it aims to provide an overview of the organizational culture changes Be Like a Bee that occurred in PT. ILF, what values are instilled, how the process of internalizing these values and the role of leaders in socializing it. The data analysis method used in this study is the grounded theory method. This method is an analytical method that combines scientific thinking and art. The values that are instilled include: hard work, work discipline, productivity and efficiency. The internalization process is carried out in various ways at the manager level and staff and non staff levels.

Abstract

The Gunung Sindur Public health centre in its work area handles several villages, each of which has a number of Posyandu cadres in the village. Posyandu activities in addition to providing information about health, also facilitate the community in obtaining health services for mothers, infants and toddlers. In this activity, each village midwife must make a monthly report that is recorded in the cohort book to produce an evaluation as a reference to follow up the performance development activities, and the PWS-KIA calculation process is still done using conventional counting tools that are reported to the Puskesmas coordinator midwife and after it was reported to the Bogor District Health Office as a monitoring target and target for mothers and children so that in the storage of the MCH reporting archives it appeared to be poorly documented. Therefore, this research analyzes and develops a reporting information system to make it easier for coordinating midwives and village midwives to calculate monitoring indicators and document them. The research method for system development uses the waterfall method which consists of analysis, design, programming, and testing. The results of this study developed a web-based KIA indicator information system in the Gunung Sindur Bogor Puskesmas, input data will be processed automatically and presented quickly and neatly in the form of tables and graphs.

Abstract

The National University Quality Assurance Agency (BPM) is a form of quality assurance organization at the National University to guarantee the fulfilment of quality standards in the management of education, research and community service. However, the database system at BPM is not sufficient enough to do the data processing that is needed, namely where BPM does not have master data yet. Therefore, a database system design is needed so that BPM has its own system to facilitate the processing of data in each unit, and later each unit is able to upload the regulations made based on access to the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) itself. In managing this data MySQL database software and PHP programming language are used for the server idea. The purpose of building a database system at BPM is so that data processing of existing regulations can be more flexible and efficient.

Abstract

At this time technology is a must in advancing performance in every organization and various other activities. One example of the application of technology that will be explained in this study is the design of information storage and data processing systems at the website-based quality assurance agency (BPM) at Nasional University. UPM by processing and storing it in the system to upload regulations made based on each access of UPM and online will be able to see the results of the Rector's Decree in public and can be downloaded as a PDF file. Previously in making reports from the Chancellor's Decree and other regulations, it still applied a manual system which could not be seen publicly and would take a lot of time and be less flexible. If UPM has made regulations for the Chancellor's Decree, it can be seen publicly where other UPMs can see the report of the Rector's Decree that has been made. In designing this web-based BPM system, the author uses the PHP programming language for the idea server and MYSQL for the database server. In addition, the Captcha system is used to verify first when logging into the BPM system. The purpose of the BPM system can be used as flexible processing and storage of regulations, making it easier to help speed up the process of activities more quickly.

Abstract

Admission registration for new students will be entered or commonly known as PPMB is a route of years in every private and public university every year. Various information about the PPMB also published from: various media, among others: sources in various web campuses, as well as the following info about the registration, schedule and test location as well as information about graduation or absence. Many of the info also often forced students to always see the PPMB sites, if missed then: will always remain in the information about obtaining the latest information about PPMB. Therefore, the need to build an Android-based PPMB application into a proper alternative and with PHP programming language with PostgreSQL and Waterfall method is also a good choice. The research conducted in this phase is based on gradual, namely: the need for analysis, designing and design of the system, implement the system and also test the system. According to the test tests that have been conducted, it can be seen that: a PPMB application with the Android base could be used as an intermediary list for the new students. Other things from the analysis of the making of PPMB are also able to become intermediaries new information about the information registration with real-time so that the candidates from students have the convenience of getting the latest information on the PPMB site.

Abstract

Rob is a flood disaster that is generally caused by the flow of strong water that rises to lower land. In other cases, the occurrence of tides is due to the meeting of tides with the flow of the river so that the overflow of water into the mainland. Therefore, to support the mitigation of tidal disasters, researchers took the initiative to design a water level monitoring tool to provide early warning information about tidal disasters in real-time. The design of the tool uses an ultrasonic sensor and a Wemos D1 R1 microcontroller as a prototype of seawater level detection devices, then sensor data will be sent to thingspeak to be monitored in real-time so as to produce output in the form of warning notifications via telegram on smartphones and social media information on Twitter and Facebook. The results of testing the system and tools are able to work as expected. When the sensor reads the water level between 26 <35cm it will be alerted to a telegram alert with a delivery time of 17 seconds, and the system will automatically post warning information via Facebook with a duration of 10 seconds and Twitter for 13 seconds. However, if the water level is <25cm, the hazard notification will appear continuously every 16 seconds by telegram. The results of testing the sensor data accuracy there is a difference of an average error value of 3.68cm with an error percentage of 7.7%.

Abstract

Teaching and learning process raises new problems, some students feel the turmoil in understanding the online-based learning process and the lack of motivation to do the work. With the Chatbot-O Program, students will find it helpful to better understand the online learning process but have not been fully able to build student learning motivation. This study aims to develop to a further stage regarding the Chatbot application to provide motivation to learn at national university students by displaying answer messages based on the questions given. This research uses AIML which is part of the XML set. And also as a language used in composing chatbot logic to understand the input that has been received

Abstract

Data Mining is very useful and widely applied in various fields, one of which is in the field of education. Data mining can be applied to the field of Educational institutions and is also often referred to as Educational Data Mining (EDM). Colleges currently compete with each other to improve the quality of their education for the creation of competent and high-integrity human resources. The amount of data contained in Higher Education can be utilized for the need for useful information so that the data attributes can be known so that the data is analyzed to improve student performance and achievement. And also the results of the analysis are expected to be able to anticipate the problem of delays in the study period that is often experienced by students. In this study conducted using two algorithm models namely K-Nearest Neighbor and Decision Tree C4.5. The best accuracy value is the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm model with an accuracy rate of 59.32%, whereas in the Decision Tree C4.5 model the accuracy rate is 54.80%, the application of EDM and is expected to be maximized and developed so that it can contribute and develop in education world especially in data mining

Abstract

At the moment, the information service System in every campus is very important, and students are also currently enthusiastic to conduct activities on campus by utilizing the facilities provided by the campus, therefore it is necessary to do to design the information system of lending management services through the website, because the current system is still manual, which is the user of the room in the process is still done by meeting the administrator This requires a relatively long process that makes it difficult for users and administrators. Then in the data logging of the room that has not been integrated into a system will complicate the administrator if you want to give access to the user room. The method for designing the application uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. RAD is a model of the software development process that belongs to the incremental technique (multilevel), the RAD method used is iterative (recurring) in developing the system, in the creation of the RAD model that works, in the development stage set the need (requirement). The stages of creating this Web application utilize PHP and Mysql. From the results of this research user and the user can easily manage the management of room lending.
