Learning outcomes can be influenced by learning models, learning styles, and learning media. The accuracy of the learning media used can increase students' thinking abilities even to higher levels of thinking. High-level thinking students can be trained through learning in classrooms. Suitable learning media for teaching material can help students in thinking at a high level or HOTS so learning media are needed in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to create learning media and try out these media. Learning media developed using the Borland Delphi application. The learning media developed were tested in junior high school grade 8 in Medan. The research sample was taken by cluster random sampling where each school had the same opportunity to become a research sample. Samples were divided into categories group A and group B. Group A and group B were subjected to the normality and homogeneity tests. This study uses research instruments in the form of multiple-choice questions as many as 15 questions and questionnaires on students' opinions on the learning media used. The results showed that the learning process by using instructional media produces better or higher learning outcomes than the learning process without the use of instructional media. The average posttest students in the class using media developed higher than the average posttest students in the class who do not use instructional media. The results of the student questionnaire argue that the media need to be designed to be more interesting so that students are happier to use it.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an airborne disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) which usually attacks the lungs which can cause severe coughing, fever and chest pain. The recognition of TB negative and positive TB x-ray image patterns in this study uses HOG feature extraction and the SVM method as a classification method by adding linear and polynomial kernel functions to the SVM method. This is because even though it is very good at solving classification problems, SVM can only be used on linear data, so that in order to be used on non-linear data, SVM must be modified using kernel functions. The results showed that the linear kernel was better at classifying the x-ray image of TB with an average accuracy of 79.50% while the polynomial kernel was 77.50%.

Franchise business is a business which has high number of raw material transactions with more than 1300 partners number. Currently, the transaction logging is still done manually which relies on the conventional documents, therefore the overall transaction recording of raw materials in the form of database is really necessary to minimize the errors in terms of the data management. The database management system certainly holds an important role in this case. This system is able to provide assistance in solving problems, to speed up the transaction process of incoming and outgoing goods and also to produce report of raw materials in every distributor or every franchise partner

An autonomous system (AS) is the collection of networks having the same set of routing policies. Each AS has administrative control to its own inter-domain routing policy. Computer networks consisting of a bunch of AS's with different routing will not be able to interconnecttion one another. This is causes communication in the network to be inhibited. For that we need a protocol that can connect each different AS. External Border Gateway Protocol (EBGP) is an inter-domain routing protocol ie between different AS that is used to exchange routing information between them. In a typical inter-network (and in the Internet) each autonomous system designs one or more routers that run EBGP software. EBGP routers in each AS are linked to those in one or more other AS. The ability to exchange table routing information between Autonomous System (AS) is one of the advantages of EBGP. EBGP implements routing policies based on a set of attributes accompanying each route used to pick the "shortest" path across multiple AS, along with one or more routing policies. EBGP uses an algorithm which cannot be classified as a pure "Distance Vector", or pure "Link State". It is a path vector routing protocol as it defines a route as a collection of a number of AS that is passes through from source AS to destination AS. This paper discusses the implementation of the EBGP routing protocol in the network that have different AS in order to interconnect. Its application using Graphic Network Simulator (GNS3) software for prototyping and simulating network. So that later can be applied to the actual network.

In the business world, the value of success is not only determined by capital and enthusiasm for work. Business actors really need to know the development of technology, management and reliable financial systems and understand the dangers caused by the use of chemical substances when the type of business is in the food sector. It is difficult for the MSME group of rambak cracker to develop because of the many problems faced and unsolved due to the lack of knowledge in the fields mentioned above. Production results are mostly non-uniform in dimensions, appearance or even taste quality. UMKM rambak cracker business group can only be said to survive and pay less attention to a better future and sustainability. From the above conditions, we as academics are very moved to help UMKM partners who are in Sawo Village, Dukun District, Gresik Regency, East Java Province, who are currently in a difficult condition to develop. The solution offered is the method of discussion and observation to identify problems, conduct activities, training workshops with materials on marketing and entrepreneurship management. We also give lectures on the use of hazardous chemicals in food mixtures with the noble aim so that MSME partners are not solely looking for profit but act as good entrepreneurs and care for others. Assistance and monitoring activities are also carried out to determine the extent of the development of their production business and the impact training outcomes as well as facilitating marketing access which is expected to increase capacity building.

Earnings management is a very interesting topic to discuss. As long as management prepares financial reports in accordance with accounting standards in Indonesia, it cannot be said to do earnings management. However, on the other hand accrual-based accounting can cause distortion. This study aims to analyze the effect of information asymmetry, financial performance, financial leverage and managerial ownership as factors that affect earnings management in companies implementing Initial Public Offering (IPO) policies for the 2014-2018 period. This study will also test the audit committee variable which is used as a moderating variable in the research model. The population is companies that carry out Initial Public Offering (IPO) policies for the 2014-2018 period. The population of this study was 149,?5%, information asymmetry and managerial ownership have a significant effect on earnings management, while financial performance and financial leverage do not have a significant effect on earnings management. The results of this study also indicate that the audit committee is able to moderate the effect of information asymmetry on earnings management, on the other hand, the audit committee is unable to moderate financial performance and financial leverage on earnings management.

The concept of a SmartCity which is becoming a big issue in big cities around the world encourages the active role and participation of the community in city management using a citizen centric approach so that there is a more dynamic and close interaction between citizens and service providers. The aim of implementing a SmartCity is to be able to form and implement a city that is safe, comfortable, controlled and facilitates access for its citizens and strengthens the competitiveness of the city in terms of economy, social and technology. SmartCity must have a strong governance-oriented approach that emphasizes the role of social capital and relationships in urban development. The Smart City concept is no longer limited to ICT diffusion, but looks at people and society's needs. To meet and exceed citizen expectations, city leaders must innovate in core service areas in the application of the SmartCity concept. In order to create innovative, creative and resilient leaders, it is necessary to design a Smart Integrated Leadership (SMILE) to support the success of a SmartCity.

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a part of an independent hospital (an agency under the director of service) a special room provided by the hospital, of course a very special room has special staff and special equipment with the aim of treating patients suffering from various diseases such as critical, injury or diseases that threaten life or potentially life threatening with the prognosis dubia. This room is very well maintained and maintained, for example, if someone wants to visit a patient who is sick who has been operated in the room (ICU), of course the conditions must be fulfilled by the visitor. For example the visitor must wash their hands and other provisions. In this study the authors designed and making a vacuum cleaner control prototype or commonly called a vacuum cleaner, to make it easier for hospital cleaning service workers, especially room cleaning services (ICU). The problem of this research is how to make a prototype tool that is controlled by Android and can send reports to the Web. This research includes several stages, the stages of analysis, the design stage, the implementation or implementation stage and the last stage is the testing stage. Current technological developments make it possible to automate the use of a vacuum cleaner which has been too troublesome in the manual way. Then an automatic vacuum cleaner was designed whose movement is directly controlled by the RC Control application, connected using Bluetooth and android we can control via Buton buttons which is already in the application, and in the application button there are several buttons that can be controlled such as the tool button moving back and forth, left and right and the vacuum cleaner button. when sending a report to the website that the vacuum cleaner tool is turned on. WEB only displays reports when the tool is turned on in the form of active tool time.
