Abstract

In the business world, the risks faced can be in the form of loss due to fire, damage, loss, or other risks. To reduce unwanted risks in the future, we need an insurance company that is willing to bear this risk, where every problem faced by its customers, whether individuals or business entities, is an insurance company that is willing and able to bear these risks. An insurance company that has many marketing agency offices. The payment system that has been running so far is carried out using a conventional process, where customers come to the company to make payments. However, there are many obstacles faced by customers when paying a policy such as not remembering the insurance policy number, due date, and the total premium that must be paid. With the design of the mobile andriod-based customer policy reminder application, it will make it easier for customers and the company. This android based mobile application design uses the Java Eclips program language, PHP, and is supported by the MySQL database. This android mobile-based customer policy reminder application will later provide flexibility, namely notification of payment due dates to customers when the customer uses the application, information about the share price of each unit in the company, information about hospitals in Indonesia that work with the company, and also convenience. for customers in making policy payments every month. The applications that have been implemented currently are credit card, home, motor vehicle, health, life, and education insurance

Abstract

The purpose of implementing Enterprise Architecture (EA) is to create alignment between the enterprise architecture and the strategic plans of institutions and business functions, allocation of institutional resources, and selection of information technology tailored to the institutional business needs. To develop the application of EA, an EA methodology is needed with a Blended Methodology approach from several EA (Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) methodologies, The Open Group Architecture Framework - Architecture Development Method (TOGAF-ADM), Oracle Architecture Development Process (OADP), Enterprise Unified Process. (EUP). By knowing the relationship between several EA methodologies, a new methodology can be generated that can help develop the EA implementation of an institution to achieve its strategic objectives.

Abstract

Humans in general have a primary need which is none other than a place to live, namely a house. This primary need, not everyone can buy it in cash. Therefore, it is necessary to have a financial body or institution commonly referred to as a bank in order to provide financial assistance in the form of lending, in this case, of course, in the Home Ownership Credit (KPR). In order to simplify and speed up the work process, the right decision making is needed. There are several requirements or criteria in the assessment of prospective customers, this assessment is based on qualitative analysis, namely by looking at the down payment given by the customer, the number of dependents of the prospective customer, the customer's permanent job, the customer's income, the complete documents the customer has fulfilled. Through this research an application has been developed to perform the selection process for prospective customers in order to use an easier method. In this case, the method used by the author is the AHP method. By using the AHP Program method This is expected to determine whether or not a home loan is appropriate for customers

Abstract

Hypertension was a global health problem, including Indonesia, that increases mortality, morbidity, and cost. In Indonesia, hypertension kept on increasing due to change in lifestyle, consumptions of food with a high level of fat, cholesterol, less physical activity, and a high level of stress, etc. One of the classifications of hypertension used in some country were European Society of Hypertension (ESH) guideline. Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) was a method in machine learning for classifying data. LVQ were often used in pattern recognition processes such as images, sounds, etc. The purpose of this study was to see an increase in accuracy of hypertension classification based on ESH guideline as weight data. In this study, hypertension classification based on ESH guideline was used as weight data with LVQ method and the parameters used were 2 features, 100 epochs, 0.05 learning rate, 0.01 reducing factor, train data 70%, validation data 30%, and test data 30% from total data used. The result obtained in this study were 94.6667% in the hypertension classification process based on ESH guideline using LVQ method. The conclusion of this study, there was an increase in the accuracy of hypertension classification based on ESH guideline using the LVQ method.

Abstract

Millennials are often associated with the term “kids zaman now” or "children of today." If we associate today's children with previous habits, then we will find different things there. It affects their motivation to study at school. While teaching in schools still uses a conventional model, better known as Teacher-Centered Learning (TCL), the model is boring for today's students. As a result, many students today find it challenging to understand the lessons learned at school, and arriving at their homes is again preoccupied with their gadgets and forgetting the subject matter learned in school. Children's Learning Room application ranging from early childhood to elementary and junior high school students can provide a pleasant atmosphere in the child's learning process; besides, this App can be played without any difficulty by the child in its use. At the app creation stage, there are three stages of testing: functional testing, device testing, and user interest testing. From due diligence using questionnaires from 30 respondents from three professions, namely students, teachers, and parents of students with 12 questions asked on the questionnaire, most respondents agreed, or positive responses got 95.4% of the responses strongly agreed. It can be said that this Children's Learning Room Application is suitable for early childhood to elementary school children computer technology.

Abstract

The development of an integrated computer network is very important for the purpose of this research is to be able to build and monitor the performance and computer network of the Kuantan Singingi Islamic University (UNIKS) specifically for the lecturer LAN network which is connected to the SISTER RISTEKDIKTI local server on the UNIKS campus which has been built on the Cisco Packet Tracer simulator. and airLink simulation, this computer network design will use Wireless Media as an Access Point in each unique building so that each lecturer can access Sister without having to go to the admin sister psd who is in bakasi. The beginning of this research by means of storing the situation for access to the special computer network for sisters is very limited, the use of computer networks has not been maximized because the computer network infrastructure of Sister UNIKS is only found in the BAKASI-UNIKS building and can be accessed in that building. In carrying out the process of analyzing and designing Sister's computer network infrastructure using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) Method. Lecturers and several stakeholders at the Kuantan Singingi Islamic University psd Sister in developing Computer Network Infrastructure are very supportive of integrating all existing buildings in the UNIKS environment for the purposes of Lecturer Certification carried out at the Ministry of Education and Culture SISTER

Abstract

The Government of Bekasi City through The Department of Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Lands (DISPERKIMTAN) has a program to reduce slum areas with the City Without Slum Program (KOTAKU). District data collection is currently being carried out manually by the team and then the data is entered into the information system which can only be accessed internally. Existing data are not updated quickly so it is sometimes difficult to determine policies related to development assistance. Rukun Tetangga (RT) and Rukun Warga (RW) are part of the government structure closest to the community so that if data collection is carried out by them, the data will be fast and updated. This slum application development was developed using the SDLC model of waterfall method, while the stages include analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. Testing the application using a black box and the results are in accordance with the scenario and expectations.

Abstract

Teachers are professional educators who have the main task of teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing and evaluating students. There is another phenomenon which reveals that low work motivation for some teachers causes a decrease in teacher teaching performance. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze: 1) the influence of organizational culture and pedagogical competence on teacher performance and motivation, 2) the influence of organizational culture and pedagogic competence through work motivation on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, to analyze the causality of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. This research was conducted at Public and Private Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Ternate City and was carried out in 2019. The population in this study were teachers in Public and Private Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Ternate City. The total population is 353 people. The type of data used in this study is primary data sourced from respondents through a questionnaire distribution. While secondary data was obtained from the 2015 UKG results summary and the 2015-2017 National Examination result documentation. Validity and reliability tests used thecorrelation coefficient product moment andcriteria Cronbach's Alpha and Item-to-Total Colerations using the computer assistance of the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program.
