Abstract

This research aims to develop the world of computer technology, especially in the health sector. Inflammation of the intestine is a disease of the digestive tract in human organs and can occur at any age, but which often occurs at the age of 15-30 years. Inflammatory bowel disease or inflammatory bowel disease consists of 3 types, namely ulcerative colitis, pancolitis and Crohn's disease, where each type of disease has different symptoms. This study uses an expert system with the naïve Bayes method in determining solutions based on the symptoms experienced by the sufferer. The exact cause of intestinal inflammation is not known with certainty, but it is thought to be related to an immune system disorder in the human body. The main symptoms of inflammation of the intestine vary, depending on the location of the inflammation in the digestive tract. It is hoped that this web-based expert system for diagnosing inflammatory bowel disease will help facilitate the community in handling and solutions if they experience inflammatory bowel disorders independently.

Abstract

Historical data of former student contains rich informations. This research begins with a hyphothesis that there must be a correlation between former student data history and their success. By deeply observe the historical background of student, a pattern can be determined. Once a pattern is developed, a prediction of success can be projected to new and current students. This information is helpful for the new student admission strategy. In order to find the pattern a machine learning algorithm will be implemented. C45 works very well for machine learning to generate the rule based on attributes impact to the label. C45 is impelemnted to learn student pattern in the past in order to determine the pattern to predict the future students. A dataset is taken from the last 3 years vocational student graduation dataset. Success is defined as national exam and length of study. A final exam grade of senior high school is consider input to C45 classifier. According to experiments result an accuracy of report score prediction to determine success of national examination score is achieved by C.45 algorithm on success prediction. The test score attribute is taken from presence shows the highest impact to the student success, while attributeachievement as the lowest impact to the output.

Abstract

Anxiety can attack anyone, including society, against Covid-19. Excess anxiety can cause people to experience psychosomatic problems. Based on the existing problems, a system is needed that can help provide information to detect people's anxiety levels and deal with excessive anxiety levels quickly. The method used in this research is the Dempster-Shafer and Certainty Factor methods, which will then be compared to determine the accuracy value of each method. The method that has the highest accuracy value will be applied in the expert system to be created. From the calculation accuracy obtained on the certainty factor method, the accuracy results are 91% and the dhemster-shafer method the accuracy results are 54.5%. Then it can be concluded that the certainty factory method has a more accurate accuracy than the dhamster-shafer method in detecting early levels of anxiety society against covid-19. The research carried out aims to analyze the results of the comparison of the diagnosis of an expert system made in early detection of the level of anxiety in the community about Covid-19.

Abstract

The development of science and technology has encouraged reforms in the use of technology results in the learning process. As a teacher, you must package learning to be creative, innovative, and fun in order for learning to be successful. One way for learning to package learning to be interesting is to use learning media. One of the learning methods that can be applied to an angragogical approach and is effective in achieving learning objectives is learning using digital game-based learning methods (DGBL). This study aims to develop game-based learning in order to create a learning environment that is motivating, fun, and enhances creativity. Through a game-based learning approach in learning, it is hoped that the DGBL-ID method can stimulate emotional, intellectual, and psychomotor activities through the aspects of interactivity, direct feedback, virtual representations and repetition of settings and events in a lesson.

Abstract

Information technology governance self–assessment application aims to align the evaluation process that requires a large enough resource both in human resources, cost, and time. By knowing the portrait of information technology governance conditions, a City can control the information technology investment that has been issued so that it is in line with the goals of the City and supports the implementation of a Smart City. The research method used is a qualitative method with COBIT 5 as the Information Technology Governance Evaluation framework. Meanwhile, the software development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design model. The result obtained is a ranking of the maturity level of information technology governance with application media as a means of collecting assessment data so that it can help improve the efficiency of the implementation of Information Technology Governance Evaluation in Cities.

Abstract

At this time the government often to provides social assistance such as cash assistance (BLT) one of them in Menteng sub district, But the implementation of the distribution is still problematic because the implementation of the distribution is still subjective. With this the author utilizes a decision support system using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for ranking. So the results of the design of this system can assist in selecting and determining BLT recipients so that the distribution is right on target. The result of the collaboration between the AHP method and the SAW method get the ranking results with the highest preference value is 0.65 and the lowest is 0.30

Abstract

Nutrition is the supply of ingredients or food that both organisms and cells in the human body need to be able to: survive. While in the field of science and medical, nutrition may refer to: the science or practice of consumption as well the use of food. Malnutrition is a technical term commonly used in: nutrition, health, and medicine circles. Malnutrition: the condition of a person whose nutrition is below average. Symptoms of malnutrition can also be felt with following characteristics such as: fatigue, loss of appetite, impaired vision, growth and poor intellectual development too. According to the Basic Health Research in 2018, the percentage of the number of malnourished toddlers in Indonesia is: as much as 3.9% and malnutrition is: 13.8%. This study aims to detect malnutrition aged 1-5 years (toddler). This research uses: the Naïve Bayes method. In this study, there're known to be types of disease based on the symptoms, namely: Kwarshiorkor (P1), Marasmik-Kwarshiorkor (P2), Marasmus (P3) with 24 symptoms of malnutrition. With this research, it is expected to: help in the prevention of diseases and minimize the symptoms of malnutrition in toddlers.
