Abstract

Management (SCM) is planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling all supply chain activities. Supply Chain Management prioritizes the flow of goods between companies from upstream to downstream (from company to shop) and involves suppliers to customers. This Supply Chain Management will provide capabilities regarding the importance of managing the supply chain in creating an efficient and effective manufacturing system, as well as systematic procedures for managing various activities in order to obtain a transformation so that it becomes a product in process, then becomes a finished product and is forwarded by delivery to consumers through the system distribution. This supply chain management aims to provide sufficient knowledge about SCM and its components, and has the ability to analyze SCM components related to the use of information technology implementation. Supply Chain is the management of various activities in order to obtain raw materials, followed by transformation activities so that they become products in the process, then become finished products and continue with delivery to consumers through the distribution system.

Abstract

Utilization of industrial development 4.0 and IoT in the agricultural sector is still very minimal even though with the use of IoT technology and industrial development 4.0. in the agricultural sector can increase agricultural productivity. Efficiency in terms of watering plants manually is still lacking. The solution to this problem is to take advantage of technological developments, namely presenting a new innovation in watering plants by designing plant watering tools and monitoring using a web-based arduino Mega 2560 Rev3 microcontroller. The sensors to be used are: YL-69, DHT11 and HY-SRF-05 as the water tank volume sensor from the device, and using the ESP-01 as a WiFi module. If one of the earthen boxes is dry, the tool will water the dry soil box. This tool will also display the sensor data to the LCD screen, then send the sensor data to the database and the monitoring results will be presented in web form. The tool that has been designed can be used as a tool for watering plants for farmers and the general public as well as for up-to-date monitoring of plants.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee performance, significant positive influence between job satisfaction on employee performance and significant positive influence between leadership style and job satisfaction together on the performance of simalungun district health office employees. The population of this study is all employees of simalungun regency health workers totaling 1384 people. The study sample was taken as much as 15% of the total population of 207 people. This research method is a quantifying method. Data collection in this study was conducted by providing questionnaires in the form of questionnaires Leadership style, job satisfaction and employee performance to the parties concerned. From the data analysis, it is known that there is a linear relationship of Leadership Style (X1) to Employee Performance (Y), : as evidenced by the value of FHitung 0.02 < FTabel 1.45 so that the regression equation is linear and it turns out that FHitung 29.14 > FTabel 3.88 so that the regression equation Y over X1 is meaningful. The large contributions (contributions) given by the Leadership Style (X1) to Employee Performance (Y) are relative donations of 57.83% and effective donations of 5.52%. The result of analysis of Leadership Style (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) data on Employee Performance (Y), it turns out that it has a form of linear relationship, namely: as evidenced by the value of FHitung 8.99 > FTabel(? = 0.05) 2.64 so that the regression equation is linear and meaningful. The large contribution (contribution) given by Leadership Style (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) to Employee Performance (Y) is 13.59% so that Employee Performance can be explained by Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction or in other words 86.40% explained by other variables partially.

Abstract

This study aims to classify the book information contained in the Business Indonesia Polytechnic library. Book grouping is done using the K-Means Clustering method. In this K-means clustering algorithm, the variables used as input are: book id, book title, total loan and copies. The resulting output consists of 3 clusters, namely books that are borrowed most frequently, books that are borrowed frequently, and books that are rarely borrowed. With the use of the K-means clustering method, the final results of the grouping are obtained up to the 6th iteration, where the center point no longer changes and no data moves between clusters. The final results obtained consisted of: members of cluster 1 consisting of 119 book titles, cluster2 of 8 books, and cluster3 of 21 books. From the lending data, the data contained in cluster 3 is the book group with the highest loan amount among the other 2 clusters. In addition, books contained in cluster 3 have the fewest copies. From the results of this data analysis, it can be seen that the book titles contained in cluster 3 are the most recommended books to be added to the Business Indonesia Polytechnic library

Abstract

New Student Admission Is One Process in Higher Education which aims to filter out prospective students who are selected according to the criteria determined by the Higher Education to become their students. In general, the process of admitting new students is carried out through the stages of registration, selection tests, and student admissions. Every year, Politeknik Bisnis Indonesia conducts the Entrance Examination for ± 300 people, which is done manually so it takes longer time to print the questions, check the results of the exam and report the results of the exam. Computer Based Test (CBT) by utilizing the Moodle CMS is one of the evaluation strategies used to determine the capacity and competence of prospective new students more quickly and more efficiently. Utilizing this application simplifies the work of the Exam Committee so that it is more productive and professional in managing Administration. This application also requires prospective students to be accustomed to using the application and must be more mature in carrying out the examination because it does not allow working with others because the questions and answer choices appear randomly.
