Abstract

Andorid-based food ordering application is an application that can be used by people to order food online. Where customers can order food only by using a smartphone without visiting the restaurant in person. In general, when customers want to order food, they must visit a restaurant in person, choose a food menu and place an order. This is less efficient and effective because it requires costs and a long time, including waiting in line, being blocked by the weather on the way and stuck in traffic. Based on these problems, an android-based food ordering application is needed that can help customers order food quickly, view restaurant lists and food menus. Through this application, it can also help the seller or owner of each restaurant to simplify the management of food sales from the restaurant.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether Current Ratio, Debt to Total Asset Ratio, Cash Turnover and Total Asset Turnover have an influence on Return on Assets using the t test and F test. This research method uses a deductive approach, quantitative research types and descriptive research characteristics. . The population of the food and beverage sub-sector companies is 23 companies using purposive sampling, the sample size is 13 industries. The results showed that the partial current ratio has a positive and significant effect on ROA, by means of partial cash turnover has a negative and significant effect on ROA, but by means of partial DAR and TATO it has no effect on ROA. By simultaneous means Current Ratio, Debt to Total Asset Ratio, Cash Turnover and Total Asset Turnover have a significant effect on ROA. According to the exposure to the test results of the coefficient of determination observed through the Adjusted R Square value of 0.644, which means 64.4% of the variation in the dependent variable ROA that can be described by the variables (Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Cash Turnover and Total Asset Turnover) where the rest value of 35.6% is influenced by other causes such as cash turnover variables, accounts receivable turnover, working capital.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism development impacts on many factors, so that a dynamic model approach to tourism research becomes clear in many cases, one of which is in the development of Islamic sustainable tourism. These approaches usually look at a particular problem or the whole picture of tourism. As a result, it becomes difficult to manage tourism towards sustainability. This paper provides an overview of the systems thinking approach to systems analysis using the Causal Loop Diagram (CLD) model for sustainable Islamic tourism planning problems. This study shows that systems thinking has proven to be an effective and powerful tool for explaining the complexity of the tourism system. This has helped simplify, clarify and integrate isolated problems associated with the industry, and provided a mechanism for group learning and decision making to achieve desired results. This paper proposes systems thinking to be used as an appropriate tool for sustainable tourism development. The results of this study can describe the dynamic model of sharia tourism development with the CLD approach so that it can see the influencing factors that indicate causation. Abstract

In every company, the performance evaluation of each employee is very important in order to determine the ability, progress and achievement or performance results of each employee. Performance evaluation is an assessment of the performance of each employee whose results can be used for human resource development, companies and educational institutions. In relation to performance evaluation, it is very close to determining the selection of the best employees who will later be used as benchmarks in companies and educational institutions in providing promotions. Determining the best employee is a difficult decision making, the thing that makes it difficult is the implementation of the limited evaluation time and the number of employees so that the selection of the best employee is only chosen by the manager and the results of the assessment are subjective. Selection of the best employees in this study used the profile matching method, assessment and calculation of GAP values ??based on disciplinary criteria, employee performance and soft skills. The final result of the profile matching method is in the form of a ranking which shows that the higher the ranking is produced, the greater the chance to get an assessment as the best employee. The results showed that the profile matching method can be used in a decision support system to determine the best employees in companies and educational institutions.

Abstract

This paper presents a search technique for translating verses in the Al-Quran into Indonesian by developing a query expansion of the hot themes currently being discussed in social media. The hope of finding information in the verses of the Koran is very high as a step to respond and find a holistic religious perspective on the theme being discussed. The method of searching for verses using Indonesian translations is still deemed inadequate. The availability of dictionaries and indexes for the Indonesian translation of the Al-Quran is still very little, most of the verse search indexes use the Arabic book language including the very popular ones are Al-Mu'jam al-Mufahras lialfazhi Al-Qur'an and Fathurrahman li Thalibi Ayatil Qur'an. Researchers have carried out many studies to make certain techniques in searching to find related words in the Al-Quran, including from exact matching, matching according to major themes in the Koran (topic matching), matching with synonyms and a search for explanatory books (tafsir matching). This is done to find relevant verses and provide comprehensive information on the search terms. This research was conducted on 11 random keywords to the entire translation of the Al-Quran and the query results were tested based on the Al-Quran Index Book How to Find Al-Quran Verses compiled by N.A. Baiquni. HE. S Compoundqi, and R.A. Azis. The results of this study indicate that the use of query expansion gets a value of 44% and the exact query gets a value of 33% to find related themes, however the use of query expansion is better than the use of exact queries in the search for the translation of the Indonesian Al-Quran.
