Abstract

In making investment decisions for toll road infrastructure projects, financial feasibility is measured by Net Present Value (NPV) or Internal Rate of Return (IRR). This paper analyzes the financial feasibility of investing in the Pekanbaru-Dumai toll road infrastructure project through a stochastic method approach using the @Risk software application. The results of the analysis with the feasibility support from the government in the form of State Equity Participation (PMN) of 13% of construction costs with a concession period of 40 years obtained Net Present Value (NPV); minimum value of Rp (66,585.810,000); the average value of Rp. 153.573.12 million ; maximum value of IDR 1,218,854,320,000; probability of loss 5% 0 (positive). These results confirm that the Pekanbaru - Dumai toll road infrastructure project investment is financially feasible with a 95% confidence level.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of the Regional Financial Management Agency for Revenue and Assets in the City of Tebinggi Tinggi. It can be seen that the amount of adjusted R square value is 0.435 or 43.5% This shows that the Service Quality Variable (X) and can explain the Customer Satisfaction Variable (Y) is 43.5%, the remaining 56.5% (100 % - 43.5%) is explained by other variables outside of this research model. (2) The results of the t-test (partial) can be seen that the obtained tcount value is 6.289 With = 5%, ttable (5%; 51-2 = 49) obtained ttable value of 1.676 From the description it can be seen that tcount (6.289) > ttable (1.676), as well as the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Product Quality Variable (X ) has a significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction Variable (Y).

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus has two types of disease, namely Diabetes Type I and Diabetes Type II. Research on the grouping of diabetes based on age at RSU Royal Prima Medan has not been carried out. For this reason, the researchers made a research analysis in grouping diabetes based on age. The aim of this research is to find the age group that is susceptible to being diagnosed with Type I or Type II diabetes. Researchers took sample data from patients diagnosed with diabetes of 2019 as many as 200 data. The method used in grouping the data is Kmeans. The Kmeans method has been widely used in various studies for grouping in the medical field. The results of the calculation analysis show that a sample of 200 data is Type I Diabetes at the age of 43 - 47, 56, 62, 67, 68 while Type II diabetes is at the age of 49, 55, 63. It is possible from the results of the study that patients of that age are not based on There are not many types though. The conclusion in this study is that the grouping of Type I and Type II diabetes based on age is expected to assist the hospital in identifying patients quickly so that patients can receive health services quickly as well.

Abstract

Education at the college level is a suggestion that students can get a degree in order to have knowledge in the field of computer science. Taking a decision from a BIG DATA for Predicting student graduation time is useful to provide a means of knowing the estimated time of a student's graduation by seeing which students fall into a certain cluster based on the parameters of the Cumulative Achievement Index (GPA) and attendance. It is hoped that it can help the campus and students to predict the graduation rate on time and to improve the reputation for the campus itself and timely graduation for students so that their graduation is not late, besides that the campus can do things that need to be done if they are predicted pass not on time like by making motivation and other things.

Abstract

This partnership program was intended to solve problems that arose at SMP Swasta Ar-Rahman Percut such as the lack of teacher skills in developing learning media to foster students’ motivation and implementing online teaching that optimizes the use of technology. In the context of online learning, such difficulties will increase. The solutions offered were training through workshops on the development of interactive virtual reality (VR) using OpenSpace3D and assistance in the implementation. Five stages: Learn, Teach, Evaluate, Acknowledge, and Fostering in the method were held sequentially. Adult learning principles, focusing on experiential learning and self-motivation, were applied to encourage participants and instructors to actively participate. Results showed that the program has made a significant impact on teachers' skills in developing and implementing interactive VR in fun mathematics online learning.
