Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of (1) leadership on employee performance, (2) discipline on employee performance, and (3) leadership on discipline. The method used is a quantitative method. The sample in the study was 100 respondents with the selection of samples by random sampling. The technique of collecting data is by interviewing and distributing questionnaires through google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) which is processed with the help of Smart PLS software. The result of this study prove that (1) leadership has a positive an significant effect on employee performance. If the leadership has increased, the employee performance will increase, (2) discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. If discipline improved, employee performance will also increase, and (3) leadership has a positive and significant on discipline. The better of leadership so discipline of employee will increase.

Abstract

PT. Restindo Dayatama is a manufacturer company engaged in the car body industry which concentrates on seat products, especially bus seats. PT.Restindo Dayatama in procuring goods cannot be separated from computerization. When the stock of goods in the warehouse runs out, the warehouse clerk submits a request for goods to the procurement by providing a letter of request for goods made through Microsoft Excel. This process is constrained by efficiency, and there is often duplication of data on demand for goods which results in goods piling up in warehouses. Therefore, PT. Restindo Dayatama requires a procurement information system that can assist in carrying out procurement transactions, calculating and storing more data, accessing data faster and making time more efficient. The development method uses DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and system development that will be built using a waterfall so as to produce a procurement information system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of spoiler impressions on social media Instagram on the decision to watch South Korean drama (K-drama). Korean drama is one form of the entertainment industry that is in great demand by generation Z around the world, including Indonesia. The Korean wave phenomenon is spread massively through social media. The information about the latest K-drama shows is disseminated through spoiler on Instagram. The uses and gratifications theory is the main theory used in this study. This study using a quantitative approach to a casualty with a survey method. The total population of 888 students and a sample of 276 students were obtained based on the Slovin formula with a stratified random sampling technique. The data were collected by questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using the SPSS-24 version and simple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicates the influence effect of spoiler on Instagram on the decision to watch K-dramas significantly.

Abstract

This research designs the Hardware Platform: (1) Ardunio Mega 2560 (2) NFC Sensor PN 532 (3) Buzzer (4) LCD i2C (5) Ethernet shield module, and Software: (1)Windows 10 (2)Arduino IDE 1.8 (2)XAMPP 3.2 (3)PHP (4)MySQL (5)Visual Studio Code 1.5 The system is connected to the Internet Network the data stream will be stored into a MySQL-based database in the NCC Lab, student data obtained from reading the NFC reader will be streamed through the Internet network, where the use of the ethernet shield module can integrate attendance equipment on a computer with a local MySQL database. Integration of Hardware and Software components produces an online attendance system for solutions at SLB ABCD Fitria Bogor, hardware, software and online attendance system services have been tested, with the following results: (1) the success of the system feature test, can refer to the black box test attachment (2) efficiency of attendance administration (3) improve the reporting performance of user agencies. This system solution has never been implemented in SLB ABCD Fitria Bogor schools and probably in many other special schools in Indonesia, which have service features and hardware and software systems that are simple, reliable and easy to implement, so that they can be added value for users, for further research can improve responsive websites.

Abstract

Codajie Cafe is a business entity that engages in culinary field. but in fact, the Cafe doesn't yet have a system that can assist in various processes in it, such as ordering process, and sales. This café report uses conventional methods in recording and storing data. This can cause problems such as human error in the ordering process. So to solve these problems, the authors create a computerized system that is design of an accounting information system for ordering menus at a conventional codajie café to make it more efficient. In the making of this web application, the author uses Javaweb Netbeans IDE 8.1 and programming languages such as PHP, HTML, javascript, css, jquery by having several facilities such as Login, menu data, Customer data, User data, sales transaction, order, and reports that can be accessed by the company owner and the cashier. By making a computerized system, the author can help the ordering process, sales to reporting on codajie Cafe, in order to achieve effective business activities and time efficiency in company activities.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling play an important role in the growth and development of the educational process in the school environment, because the purpose of the counseling guidance program is to assist individuals in developing their various abilities, besides that the performance of guidance and counseling teachers is described as a professiot has high work standards. can describe the quality that must be produced based on the structure and quality of work in accordance with the professional code of ethics so that the counselor is said to be professional or qualified in carrying out his services. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data triangulation analysis, the results of the study explain that the concept of guidance and counseling is an important part in the school environment, this role is also a center for personality and career development for all students, Counseling Guidance Services in the school environment Of course, it is not only focused on providing and directing students who have disciplinary actions, but these services are also functioned as regulators of order and policy determination in the school environment as a whole, the concept of governance has a view on indicators regulating, designing, managing up to evaluating, as for some Guidance and Counseling services that are implemented in the school environment, including orientation services, information services, placement and distribution services, besides that the concept of counseling guidance can also be integrated through several several subjects, one of which is the subject of Islamic Religious Education

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a student final project recommendation system model that can be used to improve the quality of final assignments in universities, especially AMIK Indonesia, and compare it with similar applications currently used. Agile Development Methods (ASD) is used in software development where this method is widely used for software development because it can produce system requirements data that is more descriptive and easy to implement into software. The researcher also uses the Case-Based Reasoning algorithm, which will later be implemented as the basic concept of developing a recommendation system prototype. The results of the study found that; 1) In knowing the topic or research theme in the student's Final Project with an expert system, it can be seen from the themes and sub-themes and valid calculations are carried out in helping students to quickly find out the research title for the final project, 2) By applying the Case-Based Reasoning method in detecting research topics or themes at AMIK Indonesia can produce valid calculations that are the same as manual calculations so that the selection process can be carried out quickly and accurately, and 3) in designing this application it consists of the main menu page, a list of research topics, FAQs and about applications using PHP, ReachJS and MySQL programming languages ??as data processors in the recommendation of a student's final project

Abstract

The tragedy that occurred in the Sampit area 20 years ago was commemorated and immortalized by the local government with the construction of the "Bundaran Balanga ". Initially, the roundabout was only a monument made of wood which became a symbol of peace which was later enhanced with typical Dayak ornaments which became historical tours for tourists. However, information about this history cannot be obtained by tourists or people who visit there or who want to visit the place because there is no media and supporting technology for this tour. A tourism application was made to introduce the history of the Balanga roundabout accompanied by Augmented Reality which can display a 360 degree view of the object. The data collection method is done by interview, documentation, observation and literature study. The stages of this research include concept, data collection, analysis and design, implementation and testing. This tourist application provides information about a complete description of the history of the Balanga Roundabout including the location and distance traveled along with photos. As for accessing Augmented Reality you have to scan the QR Code. This application helps provide information about the history of the Balanga Roundabout and tourists can feel as if they are in that location with a 360 degree view around it.

Abstract

Private Universities organize scholarship programs that are given to prospective scholarship recipients with the aim of being able to help reduce the cost of education. So it is necessary to make the correct and targeted selection. However, the selection of scholarship recipients is still done manually. This can be done with accurate analysis. This study aims to determine the best algorithm of the two methods compared, namely Simple Additive Weighting and Profile Matching. The assessment criteria used consisted of parents' income, home owner status, parents' home condition, number of dependents and parental status. The results of the study using the Profile Matching method produced an accuracy of 100% while the Simple Additive Weighting method produced an accuracy of 96%.

Abstract

Education is essentially a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students are actively able to develop the various potentials that exist in themselves, education also has a very strategic role in advancing the nation and state, for that it is necessary to have an education management ideal and well-organized. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data triangulation analysis, the results of the study explain that, through the Government Regulation (PP) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards (SNP) mandates that every education unit at the primary and secondary education levels must prepare curriculum by referring to Content Standards, Graduate Competency Standards, Education Management Standards, Process Standards, and Assessment Standards, as well as guided by the guidelines prepared by the National Education Standards Agency. Education management standards are standards in managing education in an educational institution, in essence the management of education is an integral component and cannot be separated from the education process as a whole.
