This paper attempts unravel construction of Kiai of Islamic Boarding thoughts on two issues are Islamic education modern, Islamization and integration of science. Election of Kiai pesantren is subject of research which intended as test case to assumption of issues in Islamic education, all this time become elite consumption on formal Islamic education on a limited basis. For research feasibility, we limit the research to Kiai leader of Pesantren in Situbondo. Situbondo was choosed by consideration, this city has religious fanaticism, including a strong religious education, many Islamic Boarding and Kiai and there are institutes of Islamic.

Education is important of issue for every aspect progress, human development and especially for our big nation. The context school is as education organization that needs supervision and assessment.The main role of superior is as coordinator, consultant, leader of club, and evaluator. Work of coordinator is as program which managed by staff member for studying and teaching. Work of consultant is giving help and consulate of problems experienced by teacher as individual or collective. Work of leader club is lead of teachers for developing cub potency when they develop of curriculum, subject and teacher professional needs. Executor is leader of supervision, supervisor and supervisor. They are responsible supervisor for existence and dynamics school as institution then hoped can be awaken nation potential in future. The Successful economic of management business development has some factors that can support to organizing and controlling in economic business of Boarding Institutions Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Situbondo. Researcher can find these from two operational methods, such as the study design and qualitative approach who has a role of key instrument. To get validity obtainded data, researcher used triangulation method by several steps. Such as data analysis, researcher known that economic management of business development in Boarding Institutions Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo of Situbondo has some steps which are the organization that coordinating by an institution named Badan Usaha Milik Pesantren and the controlling one that held by the institution named Badan Pengawas Keuangan & Kekayaan Ma’had. Human Resources have an important thing to reach the successful of these situation. Based on the result of research, researcher can be gave the suggestion that we must increase the management system and controlling with professional act, autonomy expansion in management system, and providing training with brings someone experts from outside who are competent in the business world.

This writing discusses about the way of devotion in Mosque Nurul Hidayah Sarimulyo Village Cluring of Banyuwangi. Action of Emphasis devotion is empowerment programmer, implementation of empowerment programmer and result of empowerment program to pilgrim of Nurul Hidayah Mosque. The empowerment is part of participation devotion which put community position as perpetrators of social change has hope by them. The effort will be achieved on two stages for four months and be start from on September until on December 2016. Some cycles are part of empowerment strategic which will do in this devotion. Results of devotion are 1) Form empowerments pilgrim in Mosque are enhancement economic programmer such as training and establishment of cooperation. 2) Implementations of empowerment pilgrim mosque as training and establishment are smoothly. It was formed stewardship and membership on business field such as provision of basic foods, snacks, books of Qiroati, electrical token listrik, PLN and others. But some of them did not yet done because of limited of modal and time. 3) Results of empowerment pilgrim mosque can dug, push and give motivation and make pilgrims independent and confidence.

This thesis discusses about the Cultivation of Values of Character Education through Pesantren Learning System in SMPN 2 Asembagus. The main questions that will be answered through this research are: (1) The Cultivation of Values of Character Education in SMPN 2 Asembagus ?, (2) The Role of Pesantren Learning System in Cultivating the Values of Character Education in SMPN 2 Asembagus ?. To answer the question then discussed through field study conducted in SMP Negeri 2 Asembagus with descriptive qualitative approach. The findings of this study indicate that the values of character education are very important to be inculcated through the learning process in school. Education is required to be able to change the students towards the better. The values in character education are expected to be able to print the next generation of strong character through the pesantren learning system. Pesantren learning system in question is through pengajian taysirul kholaq book. The results showed: (a) the values of character education that have been implanted in SMP Negeri 2 Asembagus is Faith / Religion, Honesty, Self, Discipline, Friendly / Communicative, Curiosity, Hard work, Democracy, Love of Peace, Care for the environment and Maintain cleanliness, Social Care, Spirit of nationality and Love of the homeland. (b) the role of the pesantren learning system in inculcating the values of character education is closely related to have the same orientation of character formation. The value of the characters embedded in the students in SMP Negeri 2 Asembagus is obtained through the study of Taysirul Kholaq as the teaching stage of moral values (Moral Knowing) and the habituation done by the students (Moral Action) so as to give birth to the students with positive character (Moral Feeling).

One of the quality management concepts that can be applied in pesantren is total quality service (TQS). Total Quality Service is a modern management concept of study that focuses of five areas, 1) customer focus, 2) total involvement, 3) measurement, 4) systematic support, and 5) connous improvement. Pesantren education institute is said quality meaning refers on resulting product quality by pesantren, one that covers; a lot of students have achievement well at academic area and also at non academic, mark sense good lead support among pesantren “its customer”, output and outcame pesantren corresponds to expectation, and is still a lot of again. The Qur'an as kalamullah descended to the Prophet Muhammad through the angel Gabriel as a miracle. The Qur'an is used as a guide for life for humans. To find the guidelines contained in it, the Qur'an is not only used as a readable scripture, but we must also understand the content of its meaning. The understanding of the content of Al-Qur'an content has been done by some great scholars. This understanding is done through several approaches, among others, with a hermeneutic approach. The presence of hermeneutics can’t be separated from the growth and advancement of thinking about language in the discourse of philosophy and other scholarship. Hermeneutics as a method of reading the text has been widely recognized in various fields of traditional Islamic scholarship, especially in the tradition of Fiqh and Tafsir al-Qur'an. Meanwhile, modern hermeneutics Islamic of ideology can basically be called a big leap in the formulating the methodology of Islamic ideoogy in general and the method of interpretation of the Qur'an in particular.

Leadership behavior is individual behavior a leader (Principal) which directs group activities to achieve common goals. Organization culture refers to a system of all meaning shared by members that is distinguishes from other organizations, this system of all meaning, when observe is a set of key characteristics appreciated by the organization. The Islamic Education Teachers Performance is achievements that achieved by a teacher of Islamic Education in carrying out duties for a certain period According to competency standards and predefined criteria. The Influence of Leadership Behavior Principal and Organization Behavior can have an effect on Islamic education teacher performance. The purpose of studies are (1) Explain the level of leadership behavior, organizational culture, and Islamic education teacher performance, (2) Explain the influence of leadership behavior on Islamic Education teacher performance, (3) Explain the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance and (4) Explain the influence of leadership behavior, organization culture on Islamic education teacher performance at Fakfak. The results of data processing known that are (1) from 45 respondent more than 80% has agreement about the important of leadership behavior principle, organization culture and increasing teacher’s performance. (2) There are a positive and significant influence on leadership behavior, and organizing culture on the Islamic religious education teachers performance, explain data value is Fcount (82,142) >Ftable 3,219 significance 0.000< 0,005, (3) There are positive influence and significance leadership behavior on Islamic religious education teachers performance, its show on value of counted (7,460) > t-table 2,018 and significance t-test 0.000<0,005, (4) there are positive influence and significance organization culture on Islamic education teacher performance, its explain with data value t-count (3,451) > t-table2,018 and significance t-test 0.001<0,005, (5) There are positive influence and significance simultaneously leadership behavior, organization culture on Islamic education teacher in elementary school , junior high school and senior high school at Fakfak. The result of analysis test F with significance value 0.000 < 0,005. High R square is 0,787, its mean 78,7% and balance 21,3% effected by other variable in addition to two variables like leadership behavior and Organization behavior.

This research has been aim for showing about how discourse analysis in media pilkada politic communication in situbondo, politic communication strategic was built byÂ candidate of regency fatayat inhegemoni or power of priyayi politic in Situbondo. So became development in politic communication of candidate leader of area on practice and scholarship. Then many questions will be answered are: 1) how is Fatayat of women Situbondo preception of realty politic in Situbondo. 2) How do Fatayat women face the obstacles of political communication in Situbondo? 3) How do Fatayat women build political communication strategies in dealing with kyai political hegemony in Situbondo? By using qualitative-explorative research approach, some steps in observation data collection procedure, interview and documentation are done consistently and continuously so that the first research produce political climate in Situbondo is in the power of kyai (men) in gender analysis is patriarchy political culture so space women's politics are not as free as the political space of men. Both communication barriers and women's political participation are found in several factors, including cultural barriers, political capital constraints and human resource constraints. The three strategies of women's political communication are carried out in several ways: firstly lobbying, establishing cooperation with various parties and agencies, both communication processes ranging from message selection, media selection and proper selection of communication so that communication strategy becomes effective.
